Please give value to customer's money! you need to satisfy with customer and Cars 24 service as well, when your customer biding or negotiate to get good fit sale, please don't miss use the word negotiate as foot level price, please don't give embarrassing feel after meeting your Servicer. Probably I am cool minded, so I thanked him and quit quietly! Today is my embarrassed day!!!! I was not appointed, I just discussed that my expectation is 70-75% purchased cost of new Baleno Alpha 2018 model! so far I will give you as service charge 12k i.e. 2% of sales cost as well...I don't know why!what is the problem of that person. His verbal discussion is 50% of purchased cost! My car is in new condition with 22.4km fuel economy. Fully filled with Top featured in Baleno Apha.

One of the worst experience I ever had. The representative don’t even have an idea to buy the car. Explained me that their online prices are 6 months old and not even updated. There itself I got frustrated. Whatever the least price showing in the site, he is sticking to that without even looking my car. Not friendly, not even asked me to offer good price. Not sure how customers ending happy in this particular showroom. :-(

Seamless experience. Good hosting. Got better price for my vehicle. Jus took max of an hour to get my vehicle sold. Paper works was better. They have said that RC transfer would be done within 90 days. So hope that too would be a cool experience.

One of the worst company.. Online rate 18lacs quoted.. When we visit they are asking 10 lacs.. We are not Got the car free of cost to sale at this rate.. Idiots

Worst. Worst. Worst. They gave me a worst car, and the inspection report said no imperfection found. We drove the car only one day for 20 kms; the cars brake doesn't work, clutch is totally gone and the a/c creates fogg all over. Its been 4 days since i raised my return request. But, none have taken the car back. I have called almost 15 executives each day they fake promise to pick the car but none did. Mr. Rajkumar who was the sales executive for me called me n number of times till delivery time but now no response from him he asks us to take the request and pressurize the customer support and infact he gives us a deal that u see other car and get I will do the refund. Like, why? Why the hell should we buy another car from there after such experience. When he cant do anything with return and he claims he can do the needful only if we choose another car from there. Nice business in the name of fooling people. Worst place to invest, if you people are still not taking the car back in a day or two, i might have to take legal action. I had an amazing experience at my recent visit to Retail branch at PORUR, Chennai. The staff "MohanBabu" and the entire team was very cooperative and explained the entire process in detail. I was made aware of the tools used for inspection parameters which is very useful. Also I had an opportunity to access the seller dashboard viewing the bids placed on my car and was excited to know the price offered was higher than the price offered offline. I never seen such a worst service. Day1 we have told that our car has loan and we are doing settlement with bank. They said no issues but they don't know how to sort it out. All the staffs are inexperience and they Don't know what has to be done. They gave false hopes and customer has to roam round & round there to get free.

Went for inspection directly but they denied to inspect as they need NOC as my car was on loan. I said will be closing my loan in two days but still they denies to inspect.. just wasted my time

Even after 5 years of selling my car at cars24, they haven't changed ownership from my name. They have the audacity to say that they are just an intermediary. If you want to avoid life long scare of having been cheated and constant anxiety of car in your name being misused, please stay away. All they care about is increasing their run rate to show inflated sales numbers to get more funding. Mark my words, these rats don't care about you at all. Stay away at all cost.

Staffs are very helpful in explaining customer queries. As mostly customers bring cars there should be proper car parking facilities.

We are happy with the process of purchase by Cars24. Except the fact that we had full tank petrol and they didn't consider to refund the petrol amount. I would have been more happy if they had refund the petrol amount.
