This is not good place to stay. Building is not bad. But food is bad. U will face the language problem here. U can't expect anything from owner. Even though u pay all the money. He started asking money extra money without any reason. If u went to hometown for 2 days. The owner rent the room to another person. Then u have to pay another extra rent to get the room back. No safety. There are better PG available in nearby place. If you looking for peace place, then this is not the right place. All the person in PG facing this problem.

This place is worth of money. For Non -AC it was 5500 which includes food three times. It is a new building and good place to stay. I have lived in others places and had exprienced bad food, but here it is good apart from very few instances which is adjustable.. Accomadation is -5/5. Morning breakfast- 5/5. Afternoon lunch and evening dinner-4.5/5 Owner is helpful and there is one time non veg and egg.. Recommended for the money we pay..

Worst PG... Three times food is good. The rent is 5500 but If you got WFH and when you have to stay in room without going to office owner is asking for extra money... And no WIFI connection No TV connection... If I want to see TV I have recharge for the dishtv... For wifi also owner asking extra 500... Very worst PG don't recommend here anyone. And dont come here also...

This pg has both non AC and AC facility For non AC Rs.5800 is charged For AC it is charged around Rs.7000 (4sharing ) Rs.9000(3 sharing) The food quality is good. It has automatic washing machine .

Nice and calm place..including daily cleaning, 3 times food @5.5K with TV, wifi and washing machine

This is one of the worst place to stay, Even though the Place is good the Owners are so bad. He promised an AC room and gave the money in advance, when I came to place he is asking me to sleep in the HALL where people eat, when I was asking for the money and conversation went rigorous, he came with a wood log and started threatening. I am giving one rating to post otherwise it is negative

Water good. Food better. Hostel wordan pathiyamm. Room and rest room Maintenance bad. Afternoon food not allowed in office. Bike parking good . Friends not allowed. Iron Box and water heater not allowed. Opp 3 park very nice . TV and WiFi connection better because bill pay panamatanga.

Butter milk will keep in the afternoon but not in the night Any way that is 25 percent curd And 75 percent water All curries are watery. So you decide now

Nice & Neat. They are cleaning our rooms regularly except weekends. Food is good enough. We can eat the food without any face changes. Parking facilities are there. They are telling us 2 & 3 sharing rooms are available. But , the truth is only 4 sharing rooms are available but that is also quite spacious & sufficient for 4. Regarding the network connection, Wifi is not proper here. Owners only speak & understand their mother tongue, barely understanding Tamil. They won't tell us anything until & unless we pay rent.

You never get the advance amount back even though you inform them about vacating pg 1 month early. Worst people.

The worst PG interms of food, maintainance and behaviour. They will collect money in prior and latter say money was not given. Daily fight between son and father. Son will collect hostel fee and later father arrives saying its no my problem, give me fee. I suggest to think twice before joining.

Worst place I have ever stayed in. There is a owner's son who took money from me and did not return even though he assured me that he will return tomorrow. Then I asked owner he said he will not will not take any responsibility.
