Recently we travelled to Thailand on 4N5D package, it was well organised and excellently coordinated trip. We travelled with our 9 month kid and 10 year old boy and my MIL also joined with us. The trip was so comfortable, v felt like home. Ms Nisha took great care on us and ensured we get all facilities for the kids. I was double minded, whether to go for trip for not even the day before v start. But all my fears faded in air once we started. Took a 7D6N trip to kashmir as a couple in April with Awesome Vacations and it was the worst trip ever. Overall : False promises and highly unprofessional. Negatives: Initially showed good hotels during booking, but when we reached kashmir made us stay in different sub-standard hotels and not the promised ones for 3 nights. The hotel was terrible. Booking was made in advance of 2 months and 10 days, still gave reasons such as hotel non-available and hotel increased their price suddenly which she must have taken care before quoting the price and booking the trip. The local agent expects the user to avail additional paid services such as local brokers to break queue and finish the day trip even though they are not necessary and behaves rude if the customer don't accept those services. No professionalism or politeness and expects the tourists to follow his rules and timings and as if he is offering some free service to the customers. Positives: Ready to customize trip and add new places if required at additional cost Provided support in air and gondola ticketing. Drivers are punctual at pick up time.

Rates charged for flight and accomodation are very reasonable and affordable. Assistance required are provided on immediate basis which is unique here. Periodical inquiries on our landing till return is an excellent service which I have never experienced with other service providers. Great service provider in this area who does commendable job.

Recently we booked sikkim and darjeeling tour package with awesome vacation. We had a nice experience and they coordinated very well with hotels and cab driver during the entire trip. We planned for honeymoon trip to srinagar especially for experiencing snow fall but unfortunately flight to srinagar got cancelled.... Immediately awesome vacation guide replanned our trip to kulu manali without any extra charges and luckily we enjoyed the snow fall in manali which is rare in February and hotels booked by them was pretty good and food was awesome. They will give tips about Do's and Dont's based in the area we are going and I will definitely recommend to anybody in future because they will handle any circumstances and make sure our trip a memorable one.

When we were planning for holiday trip, we first tried managing the arrangement from our end, then I asked my husband to suggest a travel planner and then he shared me this Awesome Vacations and we planned a Ooty trip for 5 days and 4 nights. Initially I had a doubt about the organizer, and I had only 50% of confident with them as it was 1st time with them, with that mindset we started our trip and reached Coimbatore. From day 1 to day 5 we enjoyed a lot and spent good holiday time with my kids and family. All the arrangement was excellent and Nisha was reachable all the time when we needed her. A very good personal service with a meeting phone calls to discuss a complex holiday arrangement. Suggestions for amendments to possible itinerary and new to me hotel recommendations.with the exception and that made up for later of failure to contact me .the service was excellent and an understanding of the possible amendments to the “garden route” element made the experience very personable.
