after placing detailed below review , got call from DHI Chennai Manager and corporate office. Chennai Manager(porkodi) agreed that there was process miss in my consultation, she apologized as well. then she gave me offer to come for another consultation with surgeon with all DHI consultation process will be followed. due to my personal work and do not want to waste both(surgeon & me) of time, I said no for another consultation. then she told me, due to DHI side miss, we don't want that money , we will refund you, this statement was given by herself., I told her refund is your choice, I never asked for refund. I never asked for any personal benefits. I told her clearly my finance level not upto level to take DHI treatment so i am not continuing now. after a week, she pinged me and asked for UPI id for refund . after that she asked me to remove review, then I told , will revise my comment as "got refund post review, apologize for mistake and valuing customer feedback is good". corporate office person also asked me to delete review , I told him the same. today i am coming here to revise my comment , i am seeing there is reply from DHI and blaming me in public forum. here i just posted what happened to me and there was miss , consultation was not done correctly, it was agreed by DHI Chennai manager as well . i dont know where personal benefit comes here, dont know how good that simply giving back money and asking to remove review, and blaming me in same public forum. I am ready to refund that money back to DHI. Here some points told by DHI manager. 1.my consultation was not happened in official consolation room 2.there is test for all patients who comes for consultation but it was not done for me. here I don't know what is my mistake, I never asked for money back, also I said if it is fine, for their apology, never asked any compensation. in their reply they mentioned computerized test was done, OMG nothing happened to me, but don't know why they are claiming this false thing. also i never called or approached any of DHI team , they keep calling me and asking me to delete review.,bz f my persnl wrk i was not able to revise my review immediately as said. I went to This clinic last Sunday (3rd July), before i visit, i called and told them all my history and details about my insights on HT, only thing I am not aware is cost, for that they told me to come for consultation then only we can decide cost. I don't know why they asking me to come consultation just to tell cost also 500rs for consultation fee. After visiting clinic doctor akansha attended me , she explained all the details but nothing new to me. Only thing is 85rs per follicle. Which means per hair 85rs. Not per graft. I don't know why here HT is done based on hair not based on graft. That explanation was not given. Other than cost all other details are available free of cost in online. Also no proper hair analysis, simply doctor have look at my scalp and look at donor area and suggesting tentative count of hair needed. And amount will be calculated accordingly. Reason i am mentioning this here is i visited other clinic where they kept some device on my scalp showed me hair density on screen. But here nothing was like that. Just to know information of 85rs per hair and total around 3 -4 lakhs or 2-3 lakhs may needed, we need to waste our 500rs in the name of consultation. Also if dhi think i am not their customer or if they reply my name is not there in their list, i am ready to share consultation payment screen shot here. So whoever don't know anything about HT can go here and get all information about different HT and how Dhi method differs. If u know all details already then only cost u may not know, don't waste your time, above i posted cost details. I don't know why DHI India keeping so secret on this cost as other clinics are transperanly sharing thier cost info. Also as i investigated many clinics in Chennai and coimbatore this is highest cost ever. That too per hair not per graft. Hope this helps to saves 500rs of middle class peopls money.

During my first visit to DHI the doctor prescribed me with minoxidil saying that he can’t do a hair transplant because he was afraid of the shock loss which might happen. I have done my stemcell treatment in vcare 1 year ago . I could not see any result with Rs 75000 and then I have took treatment from Look studio 4 prp and 3 GFC but no hair fall is stopped . Went through my hair transplant with DHI Chennai on September 29 2021. Been almost 10 months today. Very good results and especially the hair line is looking very natural. The treatment cost might feel a bit expensive compared to other local clinics. I chose this Clinic for PRP(GFC) coz of the huge experience (50+ yrs) and good reviews of it. I think this is the best Clinic in Chennai result and cost wise. I'm done with 4 out of 6 sessions of GFC(PRP) treatment and I could see reduction in hairfall from 2 months. Earlier there would be too much hairfall when I'll bath. Also I have receeding hairline in forehead which is reducing gradually coz of the treatment. The doctors here are experienced and know well about the process and how you could achieve max results with slight changes in your lifestyle.
