Showroom is located in the service lane just after MGR salai junction when you are heading towards Thiruvanmiyur. It prominently visible too. The range of collection is good and there are offers (even upto 70%) time and on, better than those in Adyar and ECR.

Bata was not like before where 3 yrs back. Their products were too good and the customer service was awful. But now customer service is far better now but products are very very worst, but prices were too high and not worth the quality. We are ready to buy at any cost wat we expect is quality and life of product. But these we can't expect at bata. Very very worst quality not even coming for 6 months.

Horrible. I went to claim exchange on warranty basis. The staff specially the in charge was rude. When I told him I will take it up with their HO, he said ‘ go ahead ‘. Sad we need to encounter such people at point of sale who are suppose to be customer friendly. I not only had to handle defective product but also rude staff for buying their product. I need to add that when I took up with the customer service. They were prompt in addressing the issue. That was my only hope that still everything has not gone haywire.

Bought 1 sports shoe for my wife, the sole started peeling in 6 months. Knowing this I went to buy a shoe for myself. Bought a power shoe in discount. The sole came out in a day. They don't have returns/exchanges for discounted products.

Worst please don’t buy anything here… product rate is more.. for that better you can buy in amazon… bought one footwear in show room .. the prize is 2000₹ when we are checking in amazon its 1300₹ only.. And in this retail shop there is no return.. only exchange.. Very disappointed.. worst experience ever…

Avoid this store at any cost! You don’t have the luxury to check the price at showroom vs price at Bata online store! I was asked not to check the online price while inside store. Note that I didn’t ask them why is it cheaper online or why are you selling at different price! No transparency in pricing, I wish I could rate 0 for this customer handling! The sales guy words were “don’t check online price while you are inside our showroom, and I had to leave the showroom”.. Continue to make fool out of people! Put a sticker of Rs.2699 on shoe, which is marked Rs.1799 (without discount) at online official Bata web store!!

Placed an order for a formal black shoe with 50 % offer in the store through their web. Promptly delivered. The tracking system keep us informed about the movement of the product. No need to follow up which I like very much. Great experience

One of the largest Bata sales outlets in the city in terms of display area. There are even on the street sales of old stocks. No school reopening in Tamilnadu could be imagined without Bata, but One bad thing about Bata is that the new product lines will have higher pricing ranges that matches other foreign brands, but will reach their justified prices only during clearance sales. Opens at 11am,closes 10Pm.is air-conditioned.

There are more options to choose for max size in women footwear when compared to Velachery and Tnagar branches. One star less as there were only two salesperson available when I went on a weekday evening. Had to wait for them to check out stock

The store manager is a cheating guy. If you're going for warranty claim simply he said we have raised the complaint but get back to you after 72 hrs. But he actually not raised the complaint. After talked with their customer care he took the claim. Please don't visit ever.

I have went there to purchase shoes by seeing a board with 50 percent off. I I believed all the shoes kept in the table has 50 percent off, but when i selected a shoe they said it has only 20percent off not 50percent.. When i checked with them they said it is up to 50 percent off and it may vary between shoes.. if it is up to 50 percent it should have been clearly mentioned in the board. don't try to pull the customer by keeping fake board. attached the picture of 50percent off board. I didn't purchase and left the shop after this scam. Worst experience

Staffs are good & very helpful. Cash counter is bit cramped and since we are in midst of a pandemic it is a matter of grave concern & not all Bata products are available.

Got a shoe worth 800/- tore the very next day! I wonder how they still manage to claim they have a quality 😣 The sole just came apart and it was embarassing that I had to walk with those for hours. Although I hadn't been in any rough usage such as sports or whatever. In just normal usage it tore... Wonder how they got that product in the first place. I got this from Perungudi Bata showroom. So beware of the quality.
