Best place to stay. Affordable... friendly and very nice person. Which is actually very hard to find in chennai that too if you live in a pg. Amenities are great Wifi is good room with AC,TV,Geyser and shower

2 stars are only for the property. The pros are the rooms and the property. The cons, the location (Ik it’s not in our control but the property is very close to Chennai’s dump), the maintenance (it was good a couple of months back, it’s getting worse now), the food (same story as maintenance) and the property manager. His attitude is not good. When you ask for any favour, he talks gibberish in addition to giving us an answer. I stayed there for 2 and a half months. There was a different property manager when I joined and he’s transferred to a different property now.

Rooms are good. But they haven't cleaned up well. They did it little late after 2 days. Environment is not good. If you just need stay and don't come out for. If you goto office in the morning and come back to room only in the ni8, then it is really good

Great environment, professional and nice people, clean and beautiful set up. They care about their customers. I recommend to anyone looking for a good PG with all the facilities you can surely go for it. Highly recommended 😊😊

Nice ambiance and luxurious amenities ! Good place for youngsters and families to live in. Never have seen any property with these facilities. I love the gym and balcony view a lot. Definitely would recommend to my friends and colleagues

Bed size and room size is very big and sufficient for single individual to roam and rest easily. All rooms are with attached bathroom and a common area will be provided for 3 rooms with washing machine, fridge and area to dry the clothes under sun.
