We went to Cloudnine for my wife delivery. There we met Angel our representative, she showed us the hospital and facilities and explained the packages very well. From start to end she was there for us. Thanks to Angel for suggesting Dr.Rijaphin mam. Dr.Rijaphin is the best Gynecologist who is actually listen to your concern and make you comfortable. Before she starts the treatment, she will tell you about everything that you need to know. Her approach is very cool , calm and friendly which essential in these critical situations. Technically she is the best doctor. Whole nursing staff, housekeeping team and canteen team took excellent care of my wife and baby. Dr. Sindhu mam took best care of my baby boy. Dr. sindhu mam is very patient and taught us everything about the responsibilities of new born baby. We are very thankful that we choose this hospital. I Would like to begin with The Front Desk in Cloundnine OMR (especially Ms. Mythili and Ms. Anitha), Had a Hussle free admission and discharge, assisted with all support they could offer when we were in the hospital. Thank you !! Next, I want to Appreciate and Thank the Nurses and Housekeeping staff. Once my wife has been into the labour room Nurse Krithika and Nurse Suganya were there for hours and hours throughout the delivery, I didn't witness a moment of tiredness or restlessness, not sure how do they do it. Hats off!! . All I witnessed was a supportive and very friendly care from these two. Housekeeping Staff Jayanthi, Her assistance in shifting my wife, ensuring the clean environment for my wife and baby after labour was appreciable. Thank you! After Delivery, Once my wife and Son got shifted to the room Nurse Ramya & Nurse Nithya took care of them, They both ensured On time feeding and On time test and medicine, They were on alert all time and all time on standby for us. Thank you So much !! Next Housekeeping Staff Nagalakshmi, It is countless times we had called her for help. Since My wife couldn't do day to day activity without assistance post labour, She comes with in a min when we call and it is the same smiley response all time. Thank you !! Thank you !! Cloud nine hospital is my first choice of hospital for my baby and wife. My first baby was born in cloud nine T Nagar branch and now this time we are showing my wife in the OMR branch. Well efficient and friendly staffs. They take care of A-Z to be a good parent. The hospital is well maintained,neat and clean. Great appreciation to all staffs. I met Dr. Nazeem for the first time in my fitness Studio. I spoked with her about my wife pregnancy. I was so tensed which hospital will be better for my wife in the beginning stage . My Wife needed C - sec but Doc said she will delevry normally but my wife was afraid as she suffered a lot with our 1St baby so she strongly needed C section and spoke to Dr. Nazeem but Doctor was so strong that my wife will delever normally and with our wish and force she agreed to C Sec. My wife delivered our angel on 15/07/2022 at cloudnine omr through NORMAL DELIVERY. After a bad experience from other hospital, we first consulted Dr. Kavitha madam on 14/07/2022. This was our first ever visit to Cloudnine, and everything happened in next 24hours. Thanks to Ramu and Angel for their pleasant facilitation of everything within 24hrs. My wife was directly taken to labour ward at the time of admission and i was allowed to be with her and support her throughout the 7 hrs of labour. The doctors were very supportive and very kind. They made us mentally prepared for the labour and gave proper directions. Special thanks to Dr. Aarthi and Anaesthetist for their support. Also would like to thank Dr. Mohanapriya for the exercices which she gave in labour ward. Everyone inside the labour room were very supportive and gave us a sense of positivity. Exclusive and special thanks to nurses Thilaka and Suganya at labour ward. Thanks to all the housekeepers. The stay was extremely luxurious. The hospitality was extremely good throughout the stay. Thanks to sindhu mam and other paediatrician for handling our angel I strongly recommend this hospital for maternity and childcare. Special thanks to Flowerence, Medical Superintendent Edit1: I recommend the upcoming patients not to take any kind of photopraphy package with the hospital photographer, since it is waste of money. I was charged 12k for photos and its of no worth. He says that he will give eduted picture, but it is ecxactly the cropped raw image. Also, they are not ready to work even on the photos for which they give frame. They gave me a frame which should actually be in landscape, but the photo was printed in vertical. You can hire a freelancer and get the better output for just 6k.

I had a very plesant experience here. I have got my baby delivered here. Even after we gave up the doctors did not. We had a normal delivery. Both mom and baby were doing well. Dr. Rijaphin has handled us very well and took good care. Even though we opted for a c section at the last moment. The doctor and team waited and did the best treatment and had always constantly monitored us. And then we finally delivered normally and it was a very smooth process. All the nurses and care takers were very much friendly. Midwife who was there during delivery was very much friendly and we had a smooth process. Overall experience with food and service was too good. K.Suresh was the one who served us with good food and superb service. They didn’t hesitate to serve food even during the midnight. Doctors and staffs were very friendly too. Definitely I would recommend this hospital. They had a transparent billing too.

We had such an Amazing experience here at Cloud Nine, thoraipakkam. My wife was suggested for a C- section at first in another hospital. Later consulting Dr Keerthana Ashwin (Diya Maternity and Fertility Centre) for a second opinion, my wife was admitted at Cloudnine. She successfully delivered a girl baby in normal delivery. Thank you Doc Keerthana who was the Guardian Angel of my little Princess, Physiotherapist Doc Mohana Priya who helped my wife for a normal delivery by teaching her excellent exercise training from day 1 until delivery and all the duty doctors and nurses who were in the labour ward as well in normal ward for taking care of my and baby. Thank you Ramu S from Guest relations executive, who guided and took care of us from the day 1 until the discharge. Housekeeping staff Yashotha who took care of my wife like a mother. Thanks for celebrating my daughters birthday. Over all the entire hospital as well as all the staffs treated us in a excellent manner. It was very nice experience for the entire maternity treatment taken in the cloudnine hospital omr. The hospital environment is very nice. We are not feeling like a hospital, every month we are visiting we feel it's a lovely home. All the staffs are treated very well. We thank Dr.Nazeem mam, she is well experienced and treated our maternity issues. She is cool and positive person. My wife got high risk C- Section delivery. She handled the situation very cool. We blessed with girl baby on 20-July-2023. We stayed three days in the hospital. We delivered our Boy Baby on 15-JUN-2023 in Cloud Nine Hospitals OMR. We had consulted Dr.P.Surya , Gynecologist. SHe is very friendly and Knowledgeable person. She understands our needs quickly and provides a best solution always. Initially we had consulted some doctors in different place but we were not happy. But after consulted Dr.Surya we gained some positive hope, She had done her best and we got conceived. Really i dont have any words to express my gratitude towards Dr.Surya. Sisters Jeni and Priya was guiding us in every step for the Doctor consultation. we booked Single Luxury suite room (S108) for during our delivery. Dr. Surya explained about the procedure to us and said to wait for 45 Mins and she went inside the Labour room. As she mentioned within 45 Mins, she completes the Labour and brought our Little Boy in her hands and i felt emotional after seeing my baby for the first time and was Holding him in my hands. All credits goes to Dr. Surya Mam. Then shifted to General ward on the same day. All the duty nurses were really friendly and helpful. Whenever we call them for help without hesitating they come immediately. Thanks to all Nurses who helped us on our timely need. Dr.DileepKumar, Pediatrician can and examined our baby from the Day 1 and he is really calm and polite. Whatever questions we ask , he will respond swiftly and compassionately. We are consulting Dr.Dileepkumar for our little baby and I recommend him strongly. Sister Angel, Lactation consultant was really knowledgeable and helps the patient with atmost care. The Food and Beverage team also really good. The food is great and they care the patient need and help immediately. The food menu is simply good and awesome. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment, her way of patiently explaining the procedures and maintaining a smile throughout the day keeps us going. We had great service here in this hospital. This is our second baby delivered here in Cloudnine, first in TNagar branch and now in OMR branch. Its 5years since we married we don't have a baby. We have consulted Dr.Surya for fertility issue. The treatment got success with her medications and guidance in the very first attempt. She is very friendly. I would recommend Dr.Surya to consult for any fertility issues. She can rectify the issues for sure. Jenifer sister is another person to appreciate there. We are blessed with baby boy on Nov 23, 2022 at Cloudnine, OMR. Initially I was consulting in a different hospital and I changed the hospital to Cloudnine during my 5th month of pregnancy. We consulted Dr. Rijaphin Mam for our 5th scan and checkup onwards. It’s been a smooth travel since then until now where I have even completed my postpartum checkup. I would say Dr.Rijaphin Mam is one of the best gynaecologist who is so helpful and we are also always reachable for any doubts we have. All my routine checkups were smooth and good. I had a normal delivery on Nov 23rd. Doctor was there through out the labour, from the time I was admitted and I was always kept informed about my labour progress. The group of doctors who were there in the labour room are really so kind and supportive and they motivated me when I was in so much pain. They all kept checking me every day after the birth until the discharge. If I say the Doctors are God, I should say the nurses and the housekeeping staff are next to God. Everyone were so helpful and were reachable in a single bell. I really Thank each and every one of them who were with me throughout the labour process and after my baby’s birth as well. The nurses who held my hand during the pain, the akka’s who always kept the room clean, changing sheets, who took care of me and the nurses who were available at night when we ring the bell to help my baby sleep.. I am always grateful to all of you.

One of the top medical facilities I've ever visited. Here is a recent cloudnine event I had. My wife and I were eager to enjoy a better second labour after a terrible first one with another hospital. Since February 2022, we have chosen to begin our journey with cloudnine OMR. We started consulting doctor Naseem Pervin for advice, and after several appointments, we felt amazing and had more faith in the hospital and our doctor. On October 11th, we were blessed with a baby girl. Additional procedures were completed, and doctors made sure that both my wife and our child were in perfect health. I'd like to thank Drs. Naseem, Vanitha, Ravindran, and Dakshayani the nurse. We also got to know Dr. Ravindran, our anesthesiologist, was really kind and caring. We thank Dr. Sindhu (Pediatrics) for handling all of our baby's treatments and thoroughly explaining things to us. I'd like to express my gratitude to the security, receptionist, 24/7 nursing support and insurance/clearance teams. Since the beginning of our experience with Cloudnine until we were discharged, Ramu and Angel have been a big assistance to us, they were part of our journey. I chose CLOUDNINE right from the beginning of my pregnancy and most importantly I chose Dr.R.Rijaphin who is the best gynecologist and my most favourite doctor. She's very patient and calm and explain each and every small thing in detail so that there is no much of tension. On 22nd September 2022 i had to get immediately admitted for my delivery in an emergency situation as I suffered a water breakage. It was a preterm baby. My doctor completely focused on normal delivery and she insisted me to go for it. I was literally very scared and special thanks and appreciation to the duty doctors who waited patiently after inducing me for the pain. After inducing i couldn't bare the pain and couldn't wait so I was asking the duty doctors to go for c-section. But they focused fully on normal delivery and by god's grace i delivered normally on 23rd September 2022 and we are blessed with a BABY GIRL. The happiest thing is that within 3 to 4 hours i delivered. The nurses and the house keeping gave the best care and maintained a lot of hygiene. How can I not mention about the best paediatrician Dr. Sindhu, she's the amazing doctor and she handled my daughter in the best way and special care was given to my daughter since she was a Preterm baby. Most importantly the canteen and food for the patients is just amazing. I got food too frequently from early morning juice to night after dinner getting horlicks or badam milk or whatever I desire. The very happiest thing is that I was given a pamphlet everyday to choose my that day's food. Best service indeed. Finally about the cost in Cloudnine isn't too high. I felt it as a nominal price. We booked our room before the 20 weeks of pregnancy so that was quite comfortable. Thanks to the whole cloudnine team who were the part of my pregnancy, delivery, labour and reception billing.

An amazing place to have your delivery . All the nurses were so helpful they took care day and night and the food was excellent it was an post delivery diet but delicious ♡ . This hospital gives lots of comfortable for the delivery patients along with attenders, all the staffs are well trained here, from the reception the way of explained about the package shows well trained, following that nurses,canteen, housekeeping staffs have done amazing jobs, Receptionist - Ramu Nurses - Malathi,Sathya,Nithya,Babila, Ilavarsi,Ramya,Epsi taking care of our baby along with my wife are done amazing tasks.. Housekeeping --nagalakshmi, Gayathri.. Cafeteria- Raju, Bala, Andrew, suresh are responsible for the patients to give meal time to time, they do amazing jobs.. Pediatrician, ortho, nutrition doctors visited rapidly, Finally ended with cake cutting and photography.

Entered with hesitation, but amazing doctor, (Dr.Rijaphin) and staff are here. Making sure you feel at ease at every point of time. My doctor made sure I was fine throughout my pregnancy and postpartum and Gave attention to all my queries. She helped me deliver my second baby (normal delivery).
