Very bad customer service. No respect nothing. It only few samples they will show and u need to select from that. Paid youtube vdos and don't fall for it. They treat like if u want get otherwise first leave....their attitude will make them Fall very soon Update :- there was nothing regarding size....not many choices were shown in the first place..... it was like select from these attitude

I will probably give 0 if possible or in minus. Worst customer service including the sales people and owner. I think all the YouTube videos are paid one because nowhere near to it the actual behaviour is. It's like in 5 minutes you have to buy and leave. It's your money but you don't get the time to select, they are like select soon and leave if you are shopping small items they don't even care and it's overly priced you can buy near your house or big shops rather than visiting these shops atleast you know what you pay for, they don't have patience to show design or anything.I hope these shops get abandoned in a short period. Sir you never warned him, you asked him whether you said or he said. He told you that he said. Then you replied him "it's okay ( parvailla vidu)" , which doesn't term as warning. where as actual customer service is you should have apologised to the customer which you never know or did in today's scenario, I asked you and never bothered to reply in person and now in review writing all this is because you are worried about your shop's status. it's high time you think yourself as a customer and learn. To add up when you don't value others time and money you deserve that. You treat people well, they will cherish you, you have time to correct your customer service. If not everyone will realise and move out to other vendors you know the market better, that means predicting future of poor service and not some word that is not to be used (unparlimentry)

This is really a good place for people buying silver jewels . There are lots and lots varieties of Silver jewels for all age group like from New born baby to elderly persons . All their collections were beautiful, unique . They are very customer friendly. They have Silver idols of Gods and Goddess like Lord Vinayaga, Lord Perumal, Godesss Lakshmi , Saraswathi etc. It is really a good place for Silver jewels buyers.

Rajiv jeweller's is located at pony bazaar near a petrol station they have beautiful silver jewellery collection though its a small shop they have lot of collections from oxidised studs to anklets etc . They are reasonable as well. Today I purchased a beautiful chain & a pair of stud.. Thanks 🙏rajiv jewellers for the awesome collection 😊👍will continue to buy more in the future

Though the collections were good, price is very costly. They have changed the toe ring from piece rate to gram rate which is 130Rs per gram (Double the silver, silver rate the day we visited is 68)

Has good collections, but the owner and the people who show products are very rude and behave as though they are not interested. They don’t show designs or products and talk very disrespectful and disinterested.

Very worst customer satisfaction and very cheap silver quality...even I own gold jewellery shop we won't treat our customers like this...i bought anklet (with GST) for my marriage and it was broken within 4 months... while buying from them they were pleased and provided fake promises that if anything happens we will exchange it as such...but wen I went and asked, they are very irresponsible and doesn't agree with their wordings what they said earlier... Please don't cheat customer with your fake promises...

Poor quality of silver. No proper response for customers. Bought an anklet and it broke in 2 days and exchanged it the same week. And again the new one was broken. Worst quality of products and cost also high.

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced . The owner is extremely rude to the customers . It’s not like as if we’re going to loot from the shop every is going to spend their hard earned money . I thought only we experienced this but only after knowing the Google reviews I would highly recommend the owner to learn some ethics to treat people . Very ignorant also the sales person won’t take any pieces and show you . They’ll be behind us to send us out of the shop.guys don’t trust any YouTube guides and videos and go there . Good selection of silver jewelry...limited collection, but something for everyone in all budget ranges. Only suggestion is to have some decent looking boxes/pouches for jewelry in case we are looking to gift the piece.

Arrogant owner. Overrated store. Influencers have wrongly publicised the prices and products which is highly misleading. Do not be fooled by what you see on social media. Prices of the products shown in the video are close to 5k and the owner hesitates and responds rudely and arrogantly when asked about the cheaper products. After much prodding , he showed us a few products that are within the price range of Rs. 500 and it is absolutely not worth it especially since he will look down on you the whole time.

The workers as well as the owner were rude. They don’t know how to treat their customers. When I asked them to estimate my old silver value, they never asked me to check the weight rather they just calculated those themselves and gave it to me, it was too doubtful. When I went to the other shop and estimated the same silver value, there was almost 400 rupees difference. Arrogant owner and employees.

As a customer, I'm very much satisfied and also this store is having a lot of silver collections in it. Therefore I purchased some silver stuff like anklets, toe rings and finger tortoise ring on giving my old silver stuff. Lastly, when a customer service is good means we will feel satisfied. All over good experience. The main thing as a customer and a human being, we all need to have patience when comes to buy your valuable and lovable things like this. I ordered anklet and toe rings. Products are exactly as shown and the delivery was also super fast, their collections are very unique and beautiful. I received the product to Bangalore in just 1 day. Very prompt response and also the timely updates regarding the order. Overall a very happy and satisfying experience 🙂👍

Heavy price, good design, no guarantee for silver ornaments, repairing option is available for their products but they insist to buy new product instead servicing the old one. Not worth for money...but for fancy lovers - it's a place to check...

The worst experience we had here. We bought a antique silver anklet 1 half months back which is worth of Rs. 3350 its not even a whole 2months it was loosen totally but the owner sorry! The rude owner who just want to prove himself with no wrong from his side. And, he is saying that we have bought a cheap rated one and they are having more than 40k worth anklet lol..do u think 3350 is cheap. In your shop spending even a rs.100 is damn worthless. He is not even concerned about the customers state where we spend some money in his worst product and the funniest part is he himself asked us to pay extra 200 for repair. We were not interested anymore to spend in that cheap shop. At the end he itself does some most funniest thing and he proved they are giving worst quality. He itself dragged the anklet just a one time and it broken completely. Not even a 2 months but he is giving 2500 refund . Please be kind to the customers its a mandatory for a business man if not you re not fit for it. Guys, who believes fake vlogs about this shop please think twice they are not having worthy products there.
