Hefty maintenance charges and bad maintenance team is the issue in this community. Sales team give all fake promises at the beginning, after the handover they are not responding. Construction going on round the clock , it’s very hard to find a peaceful living

Bela Encosta is a beautiful project by sobha group. Each villa is desinged in such a way that it gets similar view from the terrace.The villas are fully equipped with heat sensors and the project has world class aminity. Cons- Accessibilty is bad.Public transport aint available.

A Beautiful hillside location, Quiet impressed with the view. The views from all angles was spectacular and gotta say it is a treat to the eyes and soul. It would be a pleasure to wake up to such a view every morning. Im sure its gonna be a land mark project from Sobha Ltd
