My
family
went
here
on
the
same
day,
first
for
lunch
and
then
for
dinner.
It
was
close
to
home,
conveniently
located
and
served
a
variety
of
cuisines.
For
lunch,
they
tried
pasta,
fish
fingers,
wantons
and
had
desserts.
For
dinner,
we
opted
for
several
types
of
steaks,
schezwan
beef
and
grilled
fish.
The
service
was
slow
at
first,
with
the
waiter
providing
only
2
glasses
for
a
table
of
ten
and
a
handful
of
plates.
After
the
starters
were
served,
we
got
all
the
mains
served
right
away
except
one.
The
food
was
presentable
and
served
piping
hot.
I
had
the
Fiery
Chicken
steak
which
had
a
wonderfully
spicy
hot
sauce
that
went
great
with
the
steak
and
mash.
The
drinks
were
good
too.
We
were
thinking
perhaps
the
Chardonnay
Beef
Steak
takes
time,
so
midway
during
our
meal,
when
we
inquired
about
the
remaining
dish,
the
waiter
realized,
he
hadn't
punched
in
it's
order.
The
steak
was
served
right
away
to
the
hungry
and
slightly
miffed
customer.
When
we
were
done
with
the
dinner,
we
told
the
owner
about
our
experience.
He
was
gracious
enough
to
compensate
for
our
late
dish
by
a
dessert
on
the
house.
Thank
you
for
it.
Much
appreciated.
The
place
is
tastefully
decorated
with
a
modern
feel
and
the
crockery
is
hip
too.
The
waiters
ought
to
check
though
that
they
do
not
present
chipped
plates
at
the
table,
especially
since
each
of
us
had
their
personal
platters
served
to
us
anyways.
If
you
are
looking
for
a
cool
place
in
Hyatabad
for
a
lunch
with
friends
or
a
dinner
with
family,
head
over
to
Cafe
Ottimo.
We
are
glad
we
came
three
times
and
will
be
back
for
more
in
Sha
Allah.
