PC Peshawar is a very good option for staying as it is centrally located in the heart of city. I had a great time staying there. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was very polite and friendly and service was up to the mark as well. The rooftop buffet at night with music was nice and the food was very delicious. Would definitely visit again.

Rooms are a bit old fashioned. Facilities such as the gym, room service, etc., are good. I hate their toilets though and if you are ever there and use them, you will find out why.

Good cleaning practices and training of housekeeping staff (in order to ensure deep cleansing) as well as spot checks and rewards from Managers is still immensely required. It is a sense of cleanliness that we lack as a nation, however PC Management, being one of the leading chains of hotels in Pakistan, should ensure this is done. Thank you. Be it in the room, kitchen, restaurant, WASHROOM (drains, seats etc) - all require a sense of GREAT appeal. Thank you.

Over all experience was good. Now they are making some changes to the hotel, e.g. in lobby area there was a restaurant which is being restructured. As everyone knows it was previously a PC hotel which is now bought by Serena. Rooms have to be refurbished and the Air Condition panel should be changed as they are quite old and sometimes they just don't work. Moreover, the WiFi signals have a to be good along with the internet speed. Overall service is good.

It used to be very good when it was PC. The Serena has probably hired amateurs to run the hotel. I feel it's taken over by the enemy of serena ( I have stayed almost all the serena hotels of the country. This definitely wins the WORST award. My best wishes for future guests.

I stay here as most of the airline crew does. Change from PC to Serena has brought some changes for the better in the outlook, however I do feel some good things we took for granted are lacking in these early days. However one thing has not changed is the ever willingness to help of the courteous staff in house keeping led by Mr. Waleed and also at reception. They are all generally very pleasant to interact. The shortcoming in any service is very well covered by the staff attitude.

Good hotel with courteous staff. Food quality is also good and available at reasonable prices. Rooms are spacious and clean but furniture and fittings are too old. Specially bath room fittings are discolored and in some cases, deshaped. Overall experience is good.

If you're in Peshawar this is the best option no doubt. It has good ambiance and facilities. The only problem is its rooms. They are not so great expecially if your expectations are high, which should be high considering its a big name and charge you high bucks. Rooms are average and bathrooms are below average. Service is good, location is perfect, facilities are great.

Stayed for the night of November 23,2023. I given three stars because hotel is under renovation and there was disturbances due to noise. Staff general attitude was very casual. Most of them were more interested to talk to each other rather than paying attention to customers. Had dinner and breakfast in rooftop restaurant Nazara. Food was good but not the service. Didn’t use any other facilities due to short stay. Serena hotels in Pakistan have unique designs and build. I hope this hotel matches the quality and standards of Faisalabad Serena after renovations.

The stay was good in the room but you need to improve the washroom facilities by providing bath tub etc. for the guests to relax. Moreover the quality of service in the restaurant was not good, you might train the staff there. the attitude of the reception at dining hall as well as main reception needs even improvements. So I would rate my stay as satisfactory but not comfortable Thanks

Rates are high where service quality is poor. The toilets are not well maintained and shower areas are non-functional near the pool. There are no proper guide markings for different halls. It's just a hype with the little good they offer. Such a shame for saying it to be a 4-5 star hotel. Basics are not as per.

I noted several issues during my visit to this hotel. It all started at the gate, where I was greeted by a security guard who insisted I dismount my bike and walk in, citing it as a policy. I asked for a valid reason, only to be informed that it was simply a policy. However, it became evident that this policy wasn't consistently applied to all vehicles, hinting at a rather elitist mentality within the administration. It felt as though only those with money and influence were entitled to courtesy, leaving other less fortunate ones feeling unwelcome. Shameful! Furthermore, the hotel's external appearance was far from inviting, with barricades and other unattractive elements contributing to an unwelcoming atmosphere. Inside, there was a notable contrast as the interior was; better. However, it's crucial to stress that after the discouraging entrance experience, If not for my prior commitment, I wouldn't have wasted my time, effort, or penny at this establishment. To sum it up, my visit left me thoroughly disappointed, and I find it hard to recommend this hotel as a worthwhile destination due to absurd policies, and unwelcoming administration.

I was pleasantly surprised during my visit to Peshawar when I stayed at Serena. Very accommodating staff, cleanliness was good. The ambiance was great. I enjoyed the balcony view in the evening. They can improve on room service menu. They didn't have Chinese available so I couldn't order soup or such items. There was a midnight snacks menu but when I called at midnight for desserts, there was nothing available.

I had a fantastic initial encounter at Serena Hotel in Peshawar. The service was excellent, and the staff, especially Gul Arab, Ahmad Ali and Sohail Ahmad from the housekeeping team, displayed exceptional care. They were incredibly helpful and interacted with customers in a courteous manner.

The place was fine and without any issue. House Keeping services are phenomenal, all the staff is highly cooperative and tidy. I really like the attitude of staff towards their customer. I have seen remarkable difference in them Compared to other hotels in the locality. I am highly thankful to Mr. Waheed for providing me with the services in time. He is investing his time and energy in customer care. I wish him best of luck for his future carrier. Floor Staff Gohar Rehman and Faryal while managing my room during my stay at the Serena Hotel Peshawar.

I went there to have high tea, The restaurant was located at 5th Floor, building is undergoing some renovation work, Entrance and car parking space needs lot of improvement, similarly guiding system and security system need to be made more visitor convincing. However, the High Tea was extremely good, large variety and very delicious, service and staff was efficient however with passage of time, the flow and replenishment of food got slowed down. They need to improve the quality of drinks as offering squash and detox water is just annaverage stuff..The good thing about the place was that it was all jampacked and little crowded too , Best of luck to the administration for bringing Sarena to Peshawar

This place holds a plethora of memories for me. My friend brought me here for the first time, and ten years ago, I attended an event that marked the beginning of my frequent visits. Now, I've attended numerous events here and can't even fathom coming at my own expense. The poolside offers a stunning view, with a golf club located behind it. The interior environment is exceptionally clean and appealing, and the food is delightful. They should provide Wi-Fi for guests, but unfortunately, the signals inside are quite troublesome.

Note: This is a review of Buffet Dinner only. I went for a buffet dinner at Nazara restaurant. Being a local with exposure to local foods, the buffet was a complete disappointment. There was a lack of dishes in comparison to other restaurants in Peshawar. Furthermore, the BBQ section had no food tags, while the chefs were having trouble communicating with the foreigners, it was kinda embarrassing tbh in some instances. Some dishes like Chicken Karhai are placed outside with BBQ, making no sense wherein all other curry-based dishes were inside. The BBQ was subpar. The absence of white handi or malae boti and other desi cuisine was noted. Found two tiny eye-lash sized hair on top of a sweet dish but I'd let that go assuming that it wasn't the chefs fault. The overall taste of the items was very OKish, not even a single item was good enough to stand out. Recommendation: Eat somewhere else, try Shiraz Ronaq, Monal or something else instead.

I have been coming to PC Peshawar for over a decade now. The rooms are tidy, and housekeeping staff goes beyond their way to help you out. During my recent visit, Sher Rehman and Rafi Ullah were very helpful. However, the one thing the PC could improve is their breakfast menu. Thanks.

Looks like an old building with too many people carrying guns for hotel protection. There was no charm of 5 start hotel. Old bathroom with limited toiletries and used apron was hanging. Only good thing was water pressure. When you access from parking to hotel building, it looks like and old market building.

One of the most courteous and efficient staff, from the moment I entered the hotel, the bell boys, the front desk check in staff, the housekeeping, floor supervisor, the H2H, all of them made me feel at home. The food quality and taste was superb and the chief and the staff were amazing.👍

PC lobby and rooms are good but the ambiance and environment is pathetic. I was shocked to see the Car parking, pavements, mosque and fountains. It was sorry state of affairs. Children park was a real disaster. Ladies Washroom near swimming pool has a unworkable lock, I saw two or three ladies and children stuck in washroom and calling for help.

Not good at all. Not even qualifies for a 3 star hotel. Room was very basic. Toilet standard showed that it was upgraded maybe 20 years ago. Basin wasn't even clean. Lights in lamps were not fully functional. WiFi had to be fixed. Air conditioning faulty. Iron tore my shirt because of broken edges. So what else can I say.

  • 4/5 Syed Salman A. 2 years ago on Google
It was wonderful except couple of things. When I arrived, it was raining. I was asked to park in the remote backyard. Furthermore, I had to pick my luggage myself. I think PC Peshawar should introduce valet parking. The breakfast was also missing pancakes and waffles. Hash browns were also very different from what we have eaten at other pc hotels. Otherwise, my experience was great. Cordial staff. Well maintained room. I'm thankful for your hospitality.

This hotel rooms are in desperate need of a massive renovation. The rooms are extremely outdated and during most part of our stay things would keep breaking. In terms of hotel staff customer service, I give it a solid 5 stars. The staff was extremely polite and always available to help. From the room service to the front lobby, they all were superb.

  • 4/5 Razi ur R. 2 years ago on Google
PC Peshawar is one of the iconic places of the city. It represents the traditions of this historic city effectively. Security is good which has remained a concern in the area for many years now. Food is also good and they keep on arranging Peshawar and traditional Pakistani food festivals for all to enjoy experience and enjoy. The experience does not come cheap if I may add. Rooms can benefit from a renovation. At least change the mattresses. They have develpped depressions after years of use.

The services and quality of room service didnt justify the value of money we spent. Look at the hygienic condition of washrooms, quality of knobs and taps and toiletries. we stayed on day 2nd at Shelton Rezidor at a price almost 40 % of what we paid to PC, but the ambience, bedding, washroom and even general cleanliness was far better. In breakfast it is very disappointing to see PC hotel providing bottled juices.

It was OC Peshaasr few weeks ago. I have least expectations till then. But since I checked in for the first time in PSH, I had high expectations of Sarena. All my collegues and friends asked me, what was changed? To my disappointment, the toiletries were not placed, there was no drinks on arrival, there was no fruit basket in the room, the staff was lazy and no one respond to calls till long time. The Internet services was pathetic throughout my stay. The pool, gym, thermal system everything was flawed, the tea refills were on demand. The temperature here is 4 and the blankets were still thin, heating system destroyed. I understand that it is in transition phase, but previously services were also flawed. Great disappointment.

The rooms are very old fashioned and toilets are not comfortable. What the senseless brain to install the toilet seat just below the sink. Food quality is also pathetic except one item which was bbq item. Overall bad experience. The few people on weekend also indicate that it is not a popular place. We went to Bukhara at 10 pm and stayed there till 11 pm and we were the only ones at the restaurant for one complete hour.

This place is running by the management who is just taking salaries and killing time. Food is very bad. I had the worst pizza of my life. Breakfast is like spoiled few items everyday. Staff is poorly managed. I recommend not to stay here. PC peshawar is not a good hotel at all
