Peshawar Development Authority PDA complex located in Hayatabad Peshawar. The only authority who are responsible for the development and improvements in Peshawar valley.

PDA building is commercial Hub,and many real estate offices and shops are there.

Needs to have a good restaurant and a good bakery. Most of the place is unutilised or poorly utilised. More than half of the space is dedicated to useless parking of Directors of PDA. There's a newly built mosque which is quite good. This plaza can be a hub for most kind of shoppings but is poorly managed and its potential is underutilised. They need to bring brands here.

It is good place with D Watson and wadood sons shops that attract the public to visit for groceries shopping. However ATM is usually not functional.

There are ATMs, Mosque, Stationary, Printing service, Optics, Medical store, and abour all clean environment i observed here. Wadud Sons here I had once visited to buy pants but my experience was not satisfactory

A convenient stop for all your needs, specifically clothes and basic groceries. It saves the trip to town, university and saddar side. It would be great if some major brands open their outlets here.

Excellent atmosphere for shopping necessary groceries and items. Clothing also available.

PDA plaza not only houses PDA offices but also two chain stores, i-e Wadud Sons and D.Watson, Banks, ATMS, Insaf Store, property dealer offices, and many garment shops. It is crowded from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays as people visit it for their official work. During this time, the parking space is hard to find.

Pda plaza is a shopping centre and the pda office is also present in pda plaza. There is large space for parking, ATM facility, cloth shops, general stores, etc.

Good place, Notary public stamp papers available, Wadood sons Garment store there

I am glad Peshawar has it's own D Watsan here in PDA. It has all good skin care ranges and cosmetics which you cannot find any where else Peshawar.

Poorly maintained. Wasted a superb commercial opportunity by renting out to banks and offices.. It could have been a potential food hub and the entertainment place of the town.. But what a waste unfortunately.

Wadud son's is the place i visit usually in PDA for a quick grocery or kids school uniform. I usually find what I am looking for over there.

Situated in a loctaion with lots of educational health and banks around its self is a govt building like other in lane

Its good place to find basic household things, kitchen items,cloths for female available,two_three ATM machines installed,also many property dealers shops

just OK no security.. masjed praying in juma day is big issue

Need more shops like tailor,bakery j.,sana safinaz ,palour etc. Nice look clean beautifull plantation.

Here u can find D watson,wadud sons and other store . U can find shops where stamp paper available.propert dealer shops, bakery available.

It's business hub and Main Transfer Centre of plot and land of All hayatabad.ie phase 1 to phase 8

Nice place but without appropriate parking space.

Peshawar development authority is basically the place where the whole society (hayatabad) is look after for. Regardless of the plot/house transfer there is a shopping mall/shops,real estate offices,utilities store,and bank service available, with a small amount of parking capacity

Mostly covered by PDA offices. Has commercial area at ground floor such as banks. Limited parking space.

Everything is available here like fast foods, tea, Medicines and Uniform of Different Medical Colleges in the surroundings. Prices are not negotiable but a bit reasonable to the surroundings.

PDA Plaza is a great interactive place for getting support from local government.

You can easily buy all necessity there especially the female makeup products

Sweaters, jackets and bags etc are sold here. Moreover articles of everyday use also available. A nice place for weakand shopping

it's a place where multiple businesses are located. e.g wodod sons, PDA office, banks, print shops. I had some small errands to run so.i went to pda plaza.

It is a good place for shopping. I enjoy shopping at Wadud Sons and their rates were reasonable in the past. Yesterday when I went there for shopping, I was shocked to see the rates of different items, unfortunately rates were almost 500% higher. I may be wrong but I felt this increase.

Shopping at PDA is a bet expensive. A good Restaurant, Fresh Milk shop and Naan Rooti shop is not available

PDA also known as the Peshawar Development Authority. It is one of the famous plaza in Peshawar especially in Hayatabad. There are two famous brands in PDA plaza, D Watson and Wadood Sons. There are property dealers, clothes brands, and photocopies shops.

PDA plaza have several shops including De Watson,clothing shops and several banks/ATM. May face problem of parking in office hours due to various office located in Building.

Basically it's used to be Peshawar development Authority administrative office..but now they have opened shops and mall's on outer sides of the plaza while still having PDA offices inside the building ..

Great place to visit for a quick round about Shopping. Pharmacy, garments drinks confectionery chocolates etc all are available. Besides these, there are two photostat shops and two stamp paper notary public marchants sitting there.
