We did our sister's Mehndi at Exclusive House. It was a great experience , the owner Mr Zeb Swati is such a nice and humble person. He was very ill but still he made sure all arrangements were upto mark and perfect. He went above and beyond to help us with organizing this event .

Had a very wonderful stay at The Exclusive House. The staff was great. The rooms are very nice, bathrooms very clean and the atmosphere very great. I would highly suggest it if you are visiting with family or with friends. Very satisfied with the services. Plus, the rooms come at a very affordable prices. They have all sort of options available.

Present near the university road and main centre of Peshawar. Spacious rooms, with all necessary requirements. Safe space for women travellers and good for families.

At the time of booking on call prices are ok but once you visit them they give you higher prices, and the owner is so rude and misbehave, seems kinda scam in the form of guest house Highly not recommended

Staff are well mannered, rooms are big and clean, has a good atmosphere, decent internet (not too good in our block), alot of the people who stay here are from foreign countries, so you can meet people of other nations, room service is also helpful and responsive, decent parking space. It's worth shelling out more for some of the better rooms. The location is also pretty decent, near the main road not exactly on it so you don't need to worry about traffic. Even in the face of a recent disaster, they were very helpful, even the neighbors from the houses nearby. What can I say! This hotel is damn good. The staff were amazing. Did my laundry and gave it back to me the next day like they said they would. Stayed there for 3 nights. For me it is extremely important that hotel room has fresh smell and not sweat and cigarette smell. I can't tolerate that. I contacted them before booking the room and he assured me that "we don't compromise on this" so definitely the room will have no bad smell and when I reached the hotel and visited the room, I was so overwhelmed that it had fresh air and no cigarette smell etc and was very glad and happy that what they said on the phone to me was 100% correct. If I ever visit Peshawar again, I'll definitely be staying at this hotel.

Literally worst service u could imagine , u won’t find any comfort for the price ur paying .. no proper geyser no heating facility , it will leave u sick after u leave for months…

Room was neat and clean but room services are not up to that level wher it should be. One thing i must mention please hire a train staff

The prize of single person is 15 $ and Twin room 18$ Executive room $ 25$ and Family suite &$ 30 $ included Arrival drink. Breakfast and Wifi In Executive room Extra Furit Basket the rate on site is higher actual discounted what the offer are i paid and written. The room were given to us was in bad condition. Stains on bedding and pillows. Bathroom had stains too. I recond this place needs a lot of work. Due to leaving early and asked the guy in Reception about “ complementary breakfast” been told “ I will be sleeping here you can wake me up. Tried few times in the morning no response 😂😂😂. Guard was concerned about payment which I told him paid already. I bet guest house used to be a good place in 80s or 90s when it was brand new. Not anymore. Overall bad experience, won’t recommend as hygiene is the main issue.

I stayed there with my family the environment was so good. The lightning in the lawns plus the food is so good they take 40-45 mins in serving but it's fresh. The room service is efficient and quick. Rooms are neat and clean, I loved the bathrooms so spacious and hot water was also available. Will visit next time as well. The owner was really humble and guiding. If you're a female or with family it's highly recommended.

I am staying at this time , poor staff and service , room was smelly , asked for water 3 time but not provided , heater is not turning on cause gass is not working- hot water is not available in this cold weather due to gass also -I would prefer to leave immediately but due to fog It is difficult to drive - will never recommend to fellows
