Emirates office Peshawar has excellent staff. However, the painful thing is that they have to entertain even those who lack the required manners and etiquette to communicate. I was really disappointed and disgusted by the lady fatima treatment at the emirates office peshawar branch. Have flight amended with notice ide approached the office to ammend for a earlier flight, this lady then amended booking whilst I asked for a reserving and to await for my approval of new flight route, she then booked it with my approval. She was very rude and needs retraining in her mannerism on a whole but especially under these difficult circumstances when ticked get cancelled and effect our lives under covid situation. Im having to now find new routes to get back. And will now only be doing it via phone helpline operative from karachi who were more helpful in assisting my matter. My brother was spoken to in a very abrupt and rude manner it made us sick avoid fatima on the desk she used the term are you deaf didnt your hear me when we asked for Clarity on questions and finished off to call helpline if you have question im on my break now. She's paid to do a job which is customer service and assist all she wanted wants easy wage her tone need to improve greatly....seriously. dont do a job for the money if you want to work is this sector show some passion and assist customers who are troubled like me in the covid situation when we need to get back to work.

Visited emirates office today staff is very cooperative but need more staff on the counters few counter were empty only to people were available at counter.
