We as Pakistani Citizen wasted half of Our life in Our Degree Verification ..... The Government May Implement a Policy on which Degree may Verified at The time of it's Issuance from the Concern university

Good experience. One thing for all the students coming for Attestation purpose is that don't deposit ur fee first in HBL. directly go to the HEC counter, submit documents there, they'll put stamp over the fee reciept and then go to HBL nearby, deposit the fee, come back to the HEC counter and then submit the fee slip. After this they'll tell the time u'll get ur docs.

My son Dr Ikram Ullah applied online for degree attestation on urgent basis dated 13/9/2023. The online system is no more than a joke. You will not receive any email from HEC regional office till you have visited two or three times in person. Once you receive the message, you will be given two weeks time to submit the requisite documents. If you visit office (Hujra) of Sulaiman for minimizing the duration, he will demand protocol of Director level from you. He even uses harsh words for elderly and silver-haired people. I suggest the Commission should be named Higher Juhla Commission rather than Higher Education Commission. I also request authorities in the Commission to take stern disciplinary action against Sulaiman AD.

Very lazy system. I applied for my degree attestation on urgent base 25th of aug but still in process…I call many time to HEC but no response shame on your online system….

Wasted whole day just for one sticker. They are collecting money only. You can't imagin they are charging you Rs. 3000 as urgent fee. And the urgent time is more than one month. Totally disappointed and disheartening.

Higher Education Commission Regional office Peshawar is located at phase 5,main road near PDA building. They are providing facilities to attest your degrees and also equivalency certificates. You can apply through HEC online e portal and schedule your appointment. The process is too easy and HBL bank is also available near to the office.

First thing is to change your HBL Bank, HBL phase5 is the bkwas tareen bank i have ever seen. 2nd is fix your servers, appointment dates are available but appointment timing slot doesn't appear in HEC e service profile. Overall worst experience ever

Great, that they open an office in Peshawar. And the staff is good, polite and professional. They help you as much as possible.

With all due respect, I am writing this to the HEC accountant that the bank was over occupied by those who were applying for HEC attestation. Few of the bank employes were discussing that they have requested HEC accountant to facilitate fee filling online but the accountant is obsolete in his approach . Overall, it was good experience the staff was soft and professional.

The office is closed for public due to COVID 19. The requests are being entertained online.

Verification is a simple process but sorry to say that they have made it very difficult to get your desired documents verified. There is only one counter for submission of documents. Candidates are many for the purpose. If someone wants to get the verification, individual should spare his complete day for this verification. You can not get it done in couple of hours. Even bank is not available in HEC. HEC has made simple procedure very complicated. Hope some one may take this review seriously and act accordingly to enhance it's functioning

Closed due to corona pandemic as of 18/06/2020. Take online appointment and courier or visit Islamabad office.

Institute responsible for higher education in pakistan and its the regional office in peshawar.it had quite unprofessional staff ofyen misbehaving.its responsible for research in pakistan.

Staff at Higher Education Commission Regional Center Peshawar is very polite and amazing especially Director Mr. Shafi Ur Rehman sahb and Assistant Director IT, Mr. Muhammad Sulaiman Khan. Well deserved at their positions.

Degree attestation is now easy and a straight forward process here, but hec has to limit the appointment time duration for attestation

Good service especially very helpful for those who do their jobs in foreign countries because in foreign countries they demand you to verify your degree wether its a graduation or post graduation .when you finish your work at HEC then you will come to foreign office in University Town for foreign office stamp.

This regional center is a good place for academics. It has good serving staff and nearby is a karkhano market which is famous for its variety of items and good prices.

HEC Regional Centre, Peshawar was established in 1976 at Rahatabad near University of Peshawar. It was shifted to its Hayatabad in 2008. The core functions of this centre is to facilitate Institutions of Higher Learning in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and to provide wide range of HEC services to universities/Degree Awarding Institutions, faculty members, students as well as general public. HEC Regional Center Peshawar is composed of two blocks i.e. Administration Block and Trainee Resident House (TRH) Block. The Administration Block includes Offices, Lecturer Hall, Video Conference Hall and Data Center which is the Centre of International Networking (internet) for all Provincial Public Sectors Universities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Trainee Resident House Block is of two floors and comprise of 23 double bed rooms, one kitchen, one Dining Hall, two Drawing Halls.

Everything was fine but i don't like the way they treating people. Once you submited yur Doc then from them will says wait upto 2 hours but they will be collecting all start to close time files and will be back giving them 1 pm. So what will the benefit of your coming on early time in this situation..
