    Very cooperative staff and didn't misguide me although I left my refrigerator there, they could said that "sir xyz bhi kharab tha aur abc mein bhi masla tha". They inspect it well and when I get there they updated that everything is working fine and it only need servicing which we had done already.

    I am extremely dissaopinted with the service they offer. They are not professional. They don't have authorised techicians and they cannot diagnose the problems. I don't recommend PEL aplliances because of poor customer service.

    One of the best experience i had it today. I just registered a complaint and the AC was fixed in next 2 hours. I wasn’t expecting such quick service but i am impressed. I was calling a local AC repair person to fix it from last 2 days but the guy didn’t even contacted again. The PEL guy was fully professional with much experience to find out fault. Thank You and Keep it up

    Impressed with the service centre. All major appliances can be fixed at this facility. The only odd thing was the location of the facility. It is in the residential area and difficult to find.
