Beautiful and only park of University town, which is actually 1/5 of its original planned size. Park road was named becz of this park but Kabza mafia of ANP usurped major chunk of it. First Ajmal Khatak , an absconder, who exiled to Afghanistan and stayed for 15 years, during his CMship, he converted big chunk of public park land into govt residential colony and occupied 6 kanal plot for himself, currently that plot is alotted to his daughter. In second phase, during PPP govt, post Musharaf dictatorship, ANP came in govt from 2008 to 2013 and Ghulam Bilor converted the leftover part of park, where it used to be Lawn tennis, in a restaurant and it was another attempt to convert a public property into private restaurant. which luckily reverted back by PHC orders. Nowadays, U will find more hayatabadi guys in town club thn university town guys. Overall, well maintained and well kept.

It has a nice jogging track and a small play area for kids . In addition it has squash and tenis courts
