Its a small area mini zoo rather bird house. Only few local birds varieties are available and place is not clean and tidy. The birds needs lots of care as well. There is no proper place to sit. There is nothing attractive and just waste of time and energy to go for visit of this place. Not recommended at all for anyone.

This zoo is responsible for keeping Kaavan in such a bad state for soo many years. I dont know how many aninals are badly treated here but if we have to go by the order of Islamabd High Court this is a torture cell. Close down this zoo.

Their is no zoo here its misleading, its just a family theme park, with a few old rides for the kids, pls dont let your infants alone here or on any of the rides as they could be kidnapped and ofcourse on the ride they could seriously get injured, I seen a kid bust his nose on the bouncy castle, it was horrible and they had no first aid kit or first aid technician to deal with the child, it was appalling

Islamabad Zoo is the best zoo in twin cities. Environment is clean & healthy. I have seen improvement in over all condition since my last visit a couple of months ago. A good place for kids and families.

I'd say its rather pleasant seeing a moderately good recreational facility here in the capital. its quiet and peaceful here. not too many people. the entry fee is 20 PKR only which is like free, i suggest it should be 500 and the authorities should use the income to actually put some nice animals there. also the elephant seemed depressed. Overall its alright i guess.

Standard zoo. A few ostriches were there the last time I visited . A couple of monkeys . A lot of different birds . A deer is also there I think . Rabbits , turkeys and some other non-flying birds are also there . Don't get your hopes high though . But there's Jinnah park itself so you can visit the canteen or JPFC .
