Parking of vehicles outside High-court is much more difficult and there is no solution both with Traffic Police and High Court Management, which need to solve in priorities because during court hours traffic almost jammed there. A view of a massive traffic jam in front of the High Court in the city could be seen in photo with this review.

The Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Law and Justice Regulation No. VII of 1901 was enacted by the Governor-General-in-Council, under section 3 of the Government of India Act, 1854, in order to establish judicial institutions. The Constitution of Pakistan, 1973 provides that Peshawar High Court shall have a Bench each at Abbottabad and DI Khan. Article 199 of the Constitution lays down in detail the jurisdiction of the High Court. The jurisdiction was more or less the same as provided under the Constitution of 1956 and further detailed under the Constitution of 1962. The Constitution of Pakistan, 1956, Article 170, states that: "Notwithstanding anything contained in Article 22, each High Court shall have power throughout the territories in relation to which it exercise jurisdiction, to issue to any person or authority, including in appropriate cases any Government directions, orders or writs, including writs in the nature of habeas corpus, mandamus, prohibition, quo warranto and certiorari, for the enforcement of any of the rights conferred by Part II and for any other purpose. High Court is headed by a Chief Justice. The bench consist of Justices and additional judges. The retirement age of Chief Justice and Justices is 62 years. The Additional Judges are initially appointed for one year. After that their services could either be extended or they could be confirmed or they are retired. The current Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court is Justice Qaiser Rashid Khan.

Parking of vehicles outside the High Court premises has become an increasingly arduous task, causing significant inconvenience and congestion during court hours. Despite the gravity of the situation, both the Traffic Police and the High Court Management seem to be struggling to find an effective solution, leaving the issue unresolved. The lack of adequate parking spaces in the vicinity of the High Court is a fundamental problem. With the increasing number of vehicles and limited parking facilities, the situation has worsened over time. As a result, finding a parking spot has become a time-consuming and frustrating ordeal for those who need to visit the court or have business there. Compounding the issue, during court hours, the traffic in the surrounding areas is almost constantly jammed. The congestion further exacerbates the parking problem, making it nearly impossible to navigate the already limited available spaces. This not only affects the court attendees but also impacts the overall traffic flow in the vicinity, causing unnecessary delays and frayed nerves for everyone involved. It is disheartening to note that both the Traffic Police and the High Court Management have failed to prioritize and address this critical issue effectively. While the responsibility of managing traffic lies with the former, the latter should take initiative in ensuring appropriate parking facilities are provided near the court premises. Collaborative efforts between these entities are crucial to finding a long-term solution that caters to the growing number of vehicles in the area. Considering the significance of the High Court and the volume of people who visit daily, it is imperative that this parking issue is addressed promptly. The implementation of a well-thought-out parking management system, including the provision of sufficient parking spaces, efficient traffic flow, and strict enforcement of parking regulations, is essential. Furthermore, exploring alternative modes of transportation, such as encouraging the use of public transport or carpooling, could help alleviate the burden on the limited parking infrastructure. In conclusion, the challenging parking situation outside the High Court demands immediate attention from both the Traffic Police and the High Court Management. By prioritizing this issue, collaborating on effective solutions, and implementing proactive measures, a more convenient and efficient parking system can be established. This will not only benefit court attendees but also contribute to smoother traffic flow in the area, enhancing the overall experience for everyone involved.

Peshawar high court is located near provincial assembly peshawar. Pearl continental hotel is situated in front of main gate of high court building. Lower court peshawar also situated adjucent to high court. High Court is surrounded by government departments. Employees of high court are receiving a handsome salary as compared to other departments. High Court is headed by a Chief Justice. The bench consist of Justices and additional judges. The retirement age of Chief Justice and Justices is 62 years. The Additional Judges are initially appointed for one year. After that their services could either be extended or they could be confirmed or they are retired. The current acting Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court is Justice Qaisar rasheed. Other judges working are as follows, 2. Rooh ul amin 3. Ikram ullah 4.lal jan 5.mussarrat hilali 6. Muhammad Ibrahim Khan 7- Mr. Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim. (DOA: 11.08.2016) | (DOR: 01.12.2031) 9- Mr. Justice Ijaz Anwar. (DOA: 27.03.2017) | (DOR: 14.01.2030) 11- Mr. Justice Muhammad Nasir Mehfooz. But unfortunately in fact its opposite. Ratio of acceptance is 10 % while 90% cases are dismissal. Previous two chief justice have done some examplry work for the reform and betterment of judiciary. Strick stirn action against the corrupt Officials was a landmark step taken by the then chief justices. Their main aim and motive was to clean judiciary from malpractice and corruption, which was infact almost done. The pecuniary jurisdiction of Civil Judge first class is without limit, while that of Civil Judge second class and third class has been enhanced to Rs. 5,00,000 and Rs. 1,00,000 respectively. The pecuniary powers of the District Courts have been enhanced to Rs. 10, 00,000 vide an amendment in the West Pakistan Civil Courts Ordinance, 1962.

All the Developed Countries have made their fortune through high quality education. The recent initiative by KPK government to fill the posts in E&S education department without a condition of having a professional degree will bring highly educated and trained people to primary, middle, and high level schools. This initiative will bring a positive educational revolution in the country. As for as professional degree holders are concerned, so they have done their professional degrees from Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) while siting at their homes. Our country could not get its educational objectives due to this failed educational system. there is an ongoing case in Peshawar High Court regarding professional degree holders which has been filed by some of the professionals demanding that the condition of having a professional degree should be restored, but a question arises that why has Peshawar High Court stayed on these recruitments, nevertheless, they (Non-professionals) will follow the same degree course after their appointments? So, hereby we suggest to CJ of PHC to re-consider the case regarding recruitmrnts in E&S Education Department.
