Totally relaxing , the atmospheres, the smell of paddy field, the noises of bird around the forest is a must experience your own. Book early before your trip. It is fully booked most of the time.

I loved this place. Very good view and very clean. Staff was very kind and supportive. Only drawback is, there are lot of flies in the restaurant. But it may be because of the season.

We were pretty disappointed with our one night stay here. The reviews are raving and the photos don’t quite accurately portray the condition of the villa. When staying in Sidemen, you get that true local feel. Rather than ravishing resorts, you get to live like a local but to me, the stay was not worth what we paid for and we were pretty terrified to sleep there for the night. The best part of the stay are the workers and the view. The rice patties are absolutely stunning, especially under the soft morning sun. The staff here are friendly and accommodating. However, there are two basic things you should have in a hotel: cleanliness and sense of security. The room was not clean. The mosquito net was full of stains and holes, which defeat the purpose of the net. The entrance door was incredibly flimsy. Even when locked, if you just shimmy the door a certain way, you can enter the villa without a key. The door lock itself is not secure. The window locks are even more secure than the doors. When we brought up our concerns to the staff, we were told “don’t worry, this is not a dangerous area.” That wasn’t what we wanted to hear considering this was our last night in Bali and everything we owned and purchased on our trip was sitting in our villa. We felt insecure and somewhat paranoid the whole night which did not produce a restful night. In addition, the mattress was very springy and hard so it’s not for side sleepers. The food quality was also very average. We ordered the fried noodles with chicken, fried rice, and chicken satay. Both the fried noodles and chicken satay were incredibly salty and hard to swallow. The only dish that was bearable was the Indonesian fried rice. The breakfast was brought to our room and it was again, pretty average. The dishes were dirty and the ingredients didn’t taste very fresh. Water was provided in a dispenser in our room however the dispenser was not clean. There were green specks on the bottle of the dispenser, possibly moss growing. The doors and windows are not completely seal so air conditioning works extra hard to keep the room cool (not cold). Also pests are able to come into the room due to the cracks and holes. We had 3 lizards come in during our very short stay. Again, my problem is not the condition of the hotel since it was in the country side but my stay was not clean, comfortable, nor felt safe so we were not satisfied. I do not feel like the value was worth it.

Sidemen is an amazing area. A part of Bali where development hasn't spoiled nature. This place has lovely rooms, so sweet staff and the location and view is incredible!

One of our favourite things about this stay was the beautiful views and surroundings of Sidemen. The hotels location is idyllic if you’re after a slice of rural life in Bali. For a reasonable price we stayed in their suite which had the most epic views. The room was lovely and clean, had a fully stocked mini bar and a super comfortable bed. We were welcomed with some lovely non alcoholic drinks freshly prepared by the restaurant staff and a really great tour that helped settle us into our stay. The grounds and pool area of the villa are lovely and clean and the staff always cheerful and friendly. The Villa offers some really great activities you can choose from for an additional price. Fully recommend the Balinese massage on offer here. We absolutely loved the pancakes prepared freshly in the Cepiks restaurant. These were probably some of the nicest we had during our time in Bali, however In our view, some of the other dishes we had required some improvements e.g. Poached eggs very watery and the veggie lasagne was made using an unusual recipe we think should be looked at. The western and vegetarian/vegan element of the menu was very extensive but in our opinion perhaps less done well, would be better.

We stayed at this Villa for a week over Nyepi and we felt so well looked after! My partner was unwell for a few days (not food related) and staff was super helpful and kind. I greatly appreciated that a staff member drove me to the pharmacy and kindly translated for me. They were very thorough in explaning all the restrictions on Nyepi and how the reduced service worked. Food and especially breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the cool pool - it's definitely a must in the hot weather. Wifi speed was also surprisingly good. On foot, you can reach other Warungs in 10-15 minutes, while the village market (which closes at 9am - but you can find fried bananas also later in the day) is half an hour away uphill.

Stayed at a beautiful 3 stars hotel in Sidemen. We booked the sunrise suite. It has a beautiful poster bed, with a sofa area to watch the sun rise out of the room. Separate bathroom with bath tub that comes with rice padding field. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night and didn't have much time to explore the area. Will do so next time. Regrettably, dark clouds the next morning hence no sun rise for us. Breakfast served in our room. Such a relaxing stay.

It was a great pleasure to stay at Cepik Villa with my girlfriend Sarah. Such a beautiful place, with fantastic views, ever so friendly and professional staff, beautiful room, nice swimming pool, and cute dog Lemon. We can recommend visiting the herb/vegetable/fruit garden at the end of the road, and taking massages at the hotel; very good, with rice field views. We will certainly be back, many times hopefully. Thank you to everyone at Cepik Villa. Louis and Sarah

Great location! Location is simply amazing. Wonderful views. Staff's hospitality is really warm, kind and considerate. It's a good bang for the buck with spacious rooms but they do need a bit of touch ups. Breakfast is fairly basic but adequate. Older people with leg issues, should be mindful as there are quite a few steps to some rooms.

Just spent 3 lovely nites here. Stayed in a rice terrace suite which as stated overlooks the rice terrace below which was calming to look over each day. Rooms are very spacious with a large lounge and balcony . Even the bathroom and toilet had a view. Beds are large , there was a mini bar too and the wifi was solid. We had breakfast in the restaurant each morning although you can have it delivered to your room too. The pool was very cool after a long trek one day as well. The gardens are beautiful and there are plenty of places to relax amongst them but note there are plenty of steps. Staff here are very friendly and very helpful this is perfect place to just simply relax.

I loved my two night stay at Cepik villa. Beautiful views, lovely garden, clean and comfortable room and friendly staff. I enjoyed walking down to the organic kitchen garden that belongs to the hotel and the two-hour rice field hike with a really nice guide. The perfect place to get away from it all.

Wonderful staff and great activities. Food is good too. Had a bit of water problem with the shower but they fixed it. Not as many bugs as I expected.

Wonderful & spacious room with beautiful view. Great service & good options of breakfast. Plus a very affordable price. Can't ask for more!

it's ridiculous that you have breakfast included in the price of the room and that you discriminate against vegetarians. when I asked for juice for breakfast, I got the answer that I have fruit in a smoothie bowl and I don't deserve the juice! that sounds like a joke. my boyfriend, who ordered a non-vegetarian breakfast, had 2 portions of breakfast and free juice! Are you 4-stars hotel? I dont think so. The room was not enough clean. Big windows were dirty. the toilet flush did not work. every day I tried to flush the toilet for 10 minutes. only one plus is the view from the room. you have the option eat not very tasty breakfast on the balcony.

We stayed in the sunset room And it is beautiful!! Makesure to pack bug spray as your near a rice field and bugs are rampant. The staff was very friendly including going to the hospital for medical supplies we needed due to a injury we had a waterfall before arriving. The pool was also nice & the location was prime. Only downside is the food. Limited options probably due to Covid. Overall Not wow in anyway & My husband continued to get ill from the dinners so we had to eat elsewhere. The breakfast did settle with him okay but again wasn't amazing & limited options.

Stopped in for lunch and was treated to extremely helpful/inviting staff and owners, with a great Vegan menu that has plenty of options to choose from. Not only was the food delicious, it also came at a great price. It is our favourite Vegan place in Sideman and we will be returning!

I stayed at Cepik Villa. If I say how good the service and breakfast, you may not believe so To have a real and true service please go and feel the taste. When I stayed at any hotel I looked at the details. Start from day one, I don’t find any lacking in service, presentation and staff’s willingness to help.
