This is a beautiful place to live. Although we didn’t make it our home we had a great experience with the management here. Dina is super nice and helpful. Excellent communication and professional Id recommend you give them a try if your looking for some a new place to make your home.

This review is specifically on the management and staff. I lived at this place for 6 years and recently moved as it was bought out by a another company. The office manager Dina, was so helpful during my last few months there. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. She is friendly, responsive and always maintains a professional attitude. She will do her utmost to ensure you get what you need. The gentleman in maintenance department went above and beyond in making sure our move was safe and swift! He was hard worker. I'm thankful they were the ones I had to deal with as my stay ended. Thank you.

I've lived here since 2016 and the turnover by the new owner and management has been great. Dina has helped me moved into an upgraded and renovated unit in no time. She's very attentive and responds to all my concerns at any time of day and/or night. The new maintenance has been great as well compared to the old senior guy who didn't do anything but talk. The parking situation has improved a lot too! I am happy with my dog here and not planning to go anywhere.

We've been living at this complex for over 15 years and I can say that this new management has been the best in terms of communication and responsiveness we've received in all those years. Property manager Dina has always been so welcoming, kind, and bubbly each time I go to the office. She really goes above and beyond to make sure your matters/issues are well taken care of.

This place was not on my radar until I happened to pass by and decided to stop in. Turns out it had all the things I was looking for in an apartment. Gated, wood floors and an in unit washer and dryer. Thanks to the awesome manager I didn’t have to compromise on having a washer and dryer in my unit. She called me as soon as an apartment with that feature was available. I enjoy the quite neighborhood and gated parking. My commute to and from work is much shorter because of living here. The best part though is the beautiful sunsets that I get to see from my living room or while standing on my deck outside. Hayward truly is the heart of the bay.

I’m very happy to select Huntley Apartments as my new home. Very peaceful community and the location is one of the best in the area surrounded by million dollar homes. The Property Manager Dina made my moving process hassle free and very smooth. She is so helpful and available whenever I need assistance. Her right hand man (Maintenance Tech Maurilio) is a rare finding and is super fast whenever i submit any service issues. I love living here!!!

Living here has been great ever since Dina, the new manager for the apartments, took charge. Since we are just moving from one unit to another, she has been helpful in answering any questions we had about the new unit. She has also addressed a lot of issues and complaints right when tenants bring them up, almost scarily fast through the huntley emails haha. The apartments themselves are very quaint and honestly a good price point for being in the heart of the Bay Area. Would recommend to check out for anyone thinking about moving here!

I am so grateful and very much enjoy living at the Huntley Apartments. The property manager, Dina and her new Maintenance Tech are super helpful and are really like angels sent by God. I love the quiet, safe, clean and elegant living environment. The residents here are also elegant. Everyone respects and follows the guidance of staff for maintaining the beauty, safety, and health of the entire community environment!
