Was able to get my vehicle inspected and was out the door quickly! I’m new to Virginia and didn’t know about the state inspection but Parham’s was able to help me out!

This place is a throwback to when grass was greener, the summers perfect, and you did not mind the rain! Where are places like this now?? Everyone working there makes you feel like you’re the only one important. They are fair with prices and have pride in their work. The workmanship is stellar. I strongly, strongly recommend this place!

Parham's is truly amazing. The people are so friendly. They tell you what they think you need honestly. If you don't understand, I have always felt comfortable to ask, and they explain clearly. Appointment times are kept and estimates of when your car is ready are accurate. Highly recommend.

Excellent, honest service! I went to another location called O Berrys in Emporia for inspection because it was closer to my home. They failed my inspection and quoted me over 800.00 in repairs for ball bearing. I decided to drive and drop off my car on Sunday afternoon for my Tuesday appointment. Andy at Parhams called me Monday afternoon and informed me nothing was wrong with my car and passed it for inspection. I will continue to drive the extra mile for outstanding service! I recommend Parhams for any and all auto related work!

Procrastinating about that inspection that’s due? I know I always do because usually, repair shops use the occasion to condition my receipt of a decal upon their receipt of payment for some previously unknown but unfortunately expensive repair. For awhile, Hampton Roads “inspections” were setting me back anywhere from $400 and $1000. Well not so here. The inspection cost $16. Period. No expensive repairs were identified as needed and I only had to wait about 15 minutes start to finish with an appointment. I’m a forever fan.

Driving from out of town for a family reunion. Caught a nail. Jordan one of the repair guys. Recommended to plug, but we did anyway. Great service. He was also willing to repair it in the rain.

This place has a serious problem, a very serious problem! In a city with plenty of car repair shops, this place is always booked solid. 😀 Guess that means they are good. They do good work, on time and on price, and they give you options.

They are good neighbors. Good place to seek advise or help with car issues. Nice people to deal with and talk to. But there fuel prices increase fast with the market, but decrease slower than others. 😊

Had my vehicle inspected this morning. The staff were extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Inspection was done thoroughly and in a timely manner. Will definitely be going back!

Excellent! I dropped my car off thinking the worst. Turns out my car has just been sitting too long. And that is what they said when they called back. He addressed each concern I took my car in for and basically said I just need to drive it more. Working from home keeps me in the house more than ever. Thanks for great service!
