I just checked in for 16 days, I have stayed at many similar places in the U.S. and this is by far superior. The staff is excellent and even spoke perfect English, the grounds are perfectly cleaned and organized. The room is simple and clean. Suggestions for hotel: Unlike the photos there is no chair or couch so nowhere to sit except small plastic chairs, also, the ash tray is in front of the front door, the smoking area should be moved away from the entrance so smokers don't bother guests.

Dirty blankets otherwise good service

The entire hotel was more plain than I was expecting although it is expected for the price point. The major advantage of this hotel is that it is right next to the Chedraui (supermarket).

This is an economical extended stay hotel in Merida...good location across from the Convention Center, near the shopping malls and Costco...easy to get downtown too. Rooms include a refrigerator, stove top, microwave. A laundry room with washer and dryers are on the first floor. Very clean, very friendly staff. Comfortable beds, TVs in English or Spanish and the in-ground pool is very nice. Good place to stay for leisure and business travel. Also, a security guard is on duty.
