Very amazing museum of beer and historical place! Must visit for sure! There's awesome restaurant with amazing steaks and hamburgers. Of course beers are awesome and you will have to taste them as the brew master will be on vacation for sure when you will visit 😉

This was one of the best parts of my visit in Petropolis. The first half of the tour is a museum of the history and science of beer. The displays are in Portuguese, but almost all of them have English translations. The displays were beautiful and informative. The last half is a guided tour. Our guide spoke in Portuguese, which was difficult for me. However, most of the displays were straightforward enough and interesting enough that I wasn't bored and didn't feel left out. After the guided tour, we were given a flight of 3 different beers to taste (and children were given juice so they didn't feel left out). The gift shop had many great gifts for me to bring back home. The restaurant had great vegetarian options (and of course, beer), and the service was excellent. I highly recommend you do this tour!

This is a really pleasant bar! Good variety of excellent food and great beers. Location is easy and safe. Been in Petrópolis it is like a law to visit Bohemia's manufacture and specially the bar. I'll be back for sure.

Reasonable price for a beer tour. There are 3 stops where you can get to taste their beers. There are english translations in most of their plaques.

Brazil's oldest brewery was founded by German immigrants in the mountainous summer getaway of Petrópolis in 1853. It was once the preferred beer of the Portuguese royal family. While mass production shifted to São Paulo in 1998, Bohemia reopened its original location in 2012 as a specialty brewery museum, bar, and restaurant. The interactive guided tour explores the history of beer and specifically Bohemia, offering tastings and a visit to the barrel-aging beer cave.

Hugely enjoyable museum of the history of beer in Brazil. I honestly didn’t expect it to be so fascinating! The tour includes 3 different Bohemia beers and the restaurant serves good food with many Chopps (beer on tap). Well worth a visit

We did the brewery tour - which was excellent with 3 samples. A big similar to the Guinness experience in Dublin. Also had dinner at the bar. Excellent good! A great stop in Petropolis.

A complete beer experience. It explains the brewing process as well as the history of the beer and its impact in our society that is actually higher than I expected. I strongly recommend. I have been to many breweries in the world and that is one of the best so far :) .

Great experience! Beautifully done exposition that places beer into a context of world history. Not only you learn about the production of beer itself but also about it’s meaning in the world with emphasise of development of beer in Brasil. I visited a lot of breweries already and this was the most complex experience. Accompanied by tasting of beers that can only be found here in the brewery. Recommend to everyone!

one of the best brewery experiences. lucas, brenda and umberto are the kindest and most knowledgeable staff, amazing! an absolute must visit when in petropolis. for reference, i have been to heineken brewery in amsterdam and this is 10x better an experience.

Amazing experience and great passionate people that you will meet. History everywhere and tasteful beers in the entire journey at Bohemia. I will come back again for sure. I recommend their hamburger and Confraria beer.

It was the worst beef skirt I’ve ever had. It was hard and tasteless. I had only one piece, but couldn’t eat it anymore. I took the leftover and gave it a street dog.

I love this place. It's an absolute blast to come eat and drink here after you do the tour of the brewery and visit the beer museum. The food is nice and the beer is the freshest possible.

The beer and food menu is exquisite. The personnel's attention is superb. Fred gave us an amazing tour through the installation where we tasted 4 different beers and learned about the history of beer and Bohemia Cervejaria.
