We had the appetizer sampler (#2), broasted chicken dinner, and Alfredo with a California medley soup. I would not get the appetizer sampler again. I think we would’ve been better off trying the toasted ravioli. The soup was fresh and full of veggies. Cheesy base with broccoli, cauliflower, and broccoli. Alfredo was pretty delicious and so was the bread that came with it. Broasted chicken was also delicious and crispy, not overly greasy. I would do without the potato wedges and coleslaw next time.

Came for dinner at 530, sat at the bar, and WAITED!! The bartender is so RUDE. There was no acknowledgment until we approached the bar and ordered. Poor customer service. The food has always been a GREAT experience with chicken dinners, fish frys, and pizza. I understand things can be busy, but acknowledge your customers, look at them, and SMILE.

Usually get takeout, but dined inside... Very nice place. Had appetizer platter #2, it was good and filling... Also had a delicious large pizza... Definitely will return, gotta try the Alfredo and fried chicken 😉

Had a fantastic pizza Friday night! Crispy and thin crust.called The Company President. Mozzarella, sausage, red onion, green pepper, mushrooms, black olive, and pepperoni. We also enjoyed the beer battered fried mushrooms.

While there are scores of good restaurants in Pewaukee, this is our go-to place. Located in an old movie theater, it has a wonderful, homey atmosphere, great food, friendly service, and is always clean. The pizza is truly delicious, and their Tuscan Salad, is my all-time favorite, which is saying a lot, being that I'm vegetarian and have eaten thousands of salads! We enjoy the outdoor seating, in the summer, as you're always going to encounter a friend or neighbor, walking by. Lovely place to enjoy an evening cocktail. They are, in fact, so neighbor-friendly, that they even have a guest water bowl for visiting dogs. Go. Enjoy! :D

10 mins before someone came and asked if we wanted drinks, 10 mins later brought out only one drink and forgot my water, by minute 35 i finally had a glass of water. from the time we ordered our food to when we received it was over and hour and ten minutes. i almost left cash for the drink and just left i was so upset a measly appetizer sampler (onion rings, jalapeño poppers) took so long and tasted so bad i cannot believe i stuck around AND paid for it. nobody checked on us at any point. it was absolutely ridiculous

["Came here with just over an hour left before closing on our last night at a hotel\/waterpark in touristy Pewaukee.\n\nAnywhere my family & I go for a vacation or quick getaway, my wife knows at some point we're gonna be having pizza and obviously in the land of cheese it's definitely happening.\n\nWith a time crunch at hand and with 2 of the higher or highest rated pizza joints in town closing at 9pm, this was the closer drive for us but I'm sure glad I chose this place.\n\nI knew I was gonna love it from the 1st glance outside. Once inside and seeing all the classic cinema posters and memorabilia, I fell in love with the vibe.\n\nAt still reasonable prices, Park Avenue has a good all around menu and drink menu, clean\/sanitized dining room and our server Abby\/Abbey did exceptional.\n\nThe pizza here is dee-lish, I think the Fourteen seasons may have made the pizza a bit salty for my wife but I still very much enjoyed it and my boys enjoyed their sausage pizza.\n\nWe live more than a 60-mile haul south in Lake County IL and we loved this 2-night quick getaway in Pewaukee. I'm guessing the lake makes it a boaters' paradise during the warm months.\n\nPewaukee seems to be full of surprises as far as the places and restaurants we visited. If ever in the area again, I could definitely go for some PAPC pizza!",null,[0,113]]

Cute little pizza place in Pewaukee by the lake. We only had drinks, but the pizza looked good.

Fantastic pizza and garlic bread! Service was a little slow, but it was worth it! EDIT: My mom and I just went there tonight and it was supposed to be a 25-30 min wait. Two people walked in and were seated before us. Very disappointing as their pizza is amazing.

First time here, looking for some authentic Italian food. Met my expectations! I had the spaghetti and meatballs and the flavor was super good! We will definitely be back to try something different

Every time I am in Pewaukee, Park Avenue Pizza is a must stop. The crust is original and I cannot find anything like it anywhere! Combined with their tangy sauce and generous cheese, it's always something I look forward to when travelling to Wisconsin. It's a family owned business and the people at Park Avenue make you feel at home. The restaurant itself used to be a movie theater, so it has a unique vibe. Wish they open one in San Diego, CA... then all harmony would exist in my life.

Tried this place for the first time last week on a whim and so glad we did. Plenty of toppings and the sauce was so good. Pizza was ready for pick up in under 30 min.

Told 20 mins, was 45, believe someone 45 mins late for their reservations was given table, as I was told we would be seated, but took another 20, then sat in a back corner at a dirty table and forgotten about. 20 mins later, drinks were taken. Food took 40. Left house at 645, home at 10PM. Ridiculous. Then hair on my sandwich. Lovely. 🙄 Decide if you are a restaurant or a trivia place, not both.

Attracted by the outdoor seating due to having our dog with us, we were pleasantly surprised that they were so accommodating for our dog! They had brought out treats as well as a water bowl! We really appreciated that!

The band stopped in here after a long day of recording, and we were so glad we did. The pizza here is excellent. Made from scratch. Also, great selection of burgers and pasta.

Food was good. The wait was long, but be prepared for it as everything is made fresh to order. They're very flexible with special request for food as well. One of our party asked for sauteed onions and peppers to be added to their sandwich and the request was accommodated. I overheard another diner request multiple special requests on his pizza. Also accommodated. Nice atmosphere and staff as well.

First time there, for sure going back, excellent fish fry. Next time will be pizza

  • 3/5 Victoria K. 2 years ago on Google
The waitress was friendly. There wasn't really anyone in the restaurant while eating there but the wait for food was still over 30 minutes. Pizza was subpar, pineapple wasn't ripe.

First time at Park Avenue Pizza. The food was good and tasted very fresh. The waiter was very good.

First time customers, wait was longer than we would have liked for one pizza, but it was fresh and very good.

The three of us walked in for dine in and waited at the hostess stand. The girl eventually came and said it would be 20 minutes until you can order your food but you can sit now. So, we went to a bar table and waited, and watched three separate parties (total of 6 people) get drinks and one person ordered food immediately. We sat there for 15 minutes and still got zero acknowledgement, so we left. Terrible service. No need to go back.

Loved it! Had pizza and broasted chicken. Both were excellent. You can tell it's homemade. Will be back for pasta!

We ordered the broasted chicken for takeout tonight . When placing the order at 5:00pm, we were told that they did not have any more chicken breasts so it would have to be wings and drumsticks only. We received our order ($80.00 worth of food .. (2) 10 piece bucket dinners and our chicken tasted like cod. Clearly the chicken was cooked in the same oil as they make the fried fish. It was so gross that we ended up throwing most away. Don’t think we will be going back

Such great pizza! My kids and I recently tried the Chicken Alfredo sauce pizza and oh my goodness was it absolutely delicious. All of their pizza is great but this one especially hit the spot.

This review is long overdue. When it's good it's good, but when it's bad it's very bad. Owners get angry and defensive easily. Also, buffalo wings come with cayenne pepper sauce and were likely invented in Buffalo New York. Buffalo wings aren't named for the sauce but they're named Buffalo for the same reason buffalo wings are. Where they came from. Fried wings have been around for about as long as this country has, frying them doesn't make them buffalo. It's a weird hill to die on. Let's pretend y'all were right, NOW, the term buffalo wings is associated with cayenne pepper sauce and you're just setting yourself up for failure. Honestly, I haven't been here in a long time because of my past experience so I don't even know if it's still an issue. But I saw a post that reminded me of my experience, so here I am.

Excellent food always but I would recommend turning up the heat for your dine in customers. Yesterday our party and all of the other customers in the restaurant were eating with their coats on. I mentioned something to our waitress but it fell on deaf ears. By the time we left we were frozen. A little warmer atmosphere and we would have stuck around for an after dinner drink.

Wonderful little place, located right on the lake. The pizza was cooked to perfection, and my daughter’s burger was one of the tasting burgers I’ve had! I had a chicken parmesan sandwich, which was super juicy and tasty. This is a must visit spot if you’re in the area!

Love coming here! The staff are always so kind. We always come for the pizza: the Pizza is delicious- thin crust and perfectly crisp every time. My dad loves the chicken and fish fry! Relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend

20 minutes at the bar to get a drink. Completely ignored. Then 1 hr 15 minutes for a very average pizza. Another 15 minutes to get cocktail delivered to the table. Obviously under staffed. SO STOP SEATING PEOPLE. will not return.
