For
15
years,
I
have
so
loved
coming
back
into
town
and
going
to
Jacks.
It’s
always
been
a
favorite
for
my
family.
We
have
always
expected
a
wait
and
slow
service
but
it’s
always
been
worth
the
wait.
Today,
we
waited
20
minutes
at
the
door
to
be
acknowledged,
then
sat
and
waited
20
minutes
to
even
be
spoken
to.
No
waters.
No
napkins.
Nothing.
Once
we
got
our
order
in,
we
felt
better
because
we
knew
it
was
happening
soon.
The
soup
came
cold.
Delicious
soup
but
cold.
Our
server
was
never
near
to
even
tell
her
the
soup
was
cold.
We
were
so
hungry,
we
just
let
it
happen.
I
dream
about
the
chicken
salad
and
cranberry
bread
sandwich.
It
finally
came
and
it
wasn’t
the
same.
After
waiting
so
long
(literally
3
years
for
this
sandwich)
I
was
so
disappointed.
It
had
maybe
one
piece
of
chicken
in
it,
two
grapes
and
the
rest
was
a
little
Mayo
and
bread.
After
waiting
for
over
an
hour
for
this
sandwich,
to
get
such
a
small
amount
of
chicken
salad-I
can’t
tell
you
how
disappointed
we
were.
It
used
to
be
a
large
portion
of
chicken
salad,
this
time
it
was
minimal.
After
a
$50+
lunch,
no
refills,
no
care
for
our
table,
no
real
service…I
am
so
sad
to
say
this
will
be
the
last
time
we
will
go
to
Jacks.
I
give
a
lot
of
grace
for
service
industry
as
I’ve
been
in
it
for
years
and
managed
a
restaurant.
But
today
was
deeply
sad
because
of
the
lack
of
care
of
our
table
and
the
serving
of
our
sandwiches
that
we
have
so
loved
for
years.
To
feel
like
we
were
an
inconvenience
to
the
waitress
is
just
devastating
as
we
don’t
get
out
much.
