We are loyal patrons of point burger bar. Not sure if we will be back at this point. No one that works there seems to care. Went there over the weekend with my 2 kids and mom. My mom has cancer and little appetite going through chemo. She asked if they had a smaller cheeseburger rather than the large burgers they had on the menu. The waitress clearly annoyed brought out her boss who offered her a side salad. After explaining the situation you would think they would have let her order a kids burger or something. Nope. I ordered a BBQ chicken wrap which instead came as a ranch chicken wrap. I didn't bother to send it back since it took about an hour to get our food at a slow time of the day with kids who got Mac and cheese. The game room was nice and the employee working in the game room was pleasant and genuinely nice. Other than that, meh. I'll make the drive to mineshaft in Hartford instead. I can't shake how rude that manager was. Really gives you an idea of why the employees act the way they do.

We got there at about 8 pm on Sunday. We had an order of chicken wings as an appetizer. I ordered the Ruben sandwich with onion rings, and my wife Stephanie ordered the point burger with steak fries. It was fairly quiet in the restaurant. The one end of the eating area had the wall covered with beer barrels with the names of different beers that they have sold. The food was very good, but I don't know why they let me get onion rings with my Ruben.

We went there as a family-- the bathrooms had a foul smell coming from them that leaked into the dining area. We blew that off as best as we could. We ordered appetizers that came out with our meals ... and it was unfortunate because we waited a long time for our food. We had to decide whether we wanted to eat hot apps or hot meal. The choice was made for us because our meals were actually cold. My husband had his plate sent back because there was hair on it (didn't match any of our colors), I ate my French onion soup and barely touched my burger but I didn't want to send it back either though. My daughter's soda had a salt packet inside of it ... we didn't have any salt packets at our table. Kind of gross. It was just a very poor meal for what it costs. Our server was very good though. We could tell she was trying.

Very nice pub restaurant & gameroom. I had to prime rib sandwich, it was delicious. Prices are reasonable and portions are large.

This place has the best sound track ever!!! We really enjoyed the mix of music in the background. The service was a little slow but it was okay. The food is mediocre. I think the quality is standard for the price. However, 95% of the toppings are extra. For a plain burger with no toppings is over $10. That does not even include fries. At first glance it seems reasonable but most toppings are at least a dollar. The fries were soaked in soybean oil. Gross! The arcade had a lot of broken games which was disappointing. Also, you can only cash out tickets on the weekends….

We went for early supper around 4pm. We were seated at a booth in the bar as we requested. We moved to another booth as the table hasn't been cleaned off from the previous customers. There was one table of 4 and one patron at the bar. Service was good. Our server was pleasant and informative; helping us decide what beverage to order. We didn't have to wait too long for the food. Haystack onion rings were good but very greasy and just warm. Burgers and fries were good, again just warm, but nothing spectacular for their cost. It wasn't terrible but I don't think we will be back.

Took our kids today and about 10’ish minutes of waiting, our waitress came back to tell us that a large crowd came in just before us and therefore our food would take significantly longer than normal. Ok, fine. Thanks for the heads up. When we got our food the bacon on my BLTA was RAW! Just about every piece. The chicken bites we ordered were cold and not even browned. I never expect greatness from this place but today was so bad we will not be going back.

We love this place! The burgers are best! And the staff very friendly and thoughtful!!! My kids love the game room. Even though it’s small, it has pretty good games for all ages!

Great beer selections, 24 rotating tappers! Good local beers, lots of big TV's for sports. Cute bartender

First time visitor from Texas and I wasn’t blown away. I had the Cheese Curds as an appetizer and they were good but portion size was a bit disappointing. They were only 5.95 so I guess I shouldn’t expect a lot. The Point Burger with home made chips was my entree choice. My opinion for the burger and chips was the same, better than average with great potential. The bun was toasted very well however it was obviously prepared much earlier and the bread was stale, hard, and cold. The meat patty was cooked and seasoned perfectly so the flavor of the over all burger earned this visit a couple stars. Chips, exact same remark, fried well, a tad greasy but cold and prepared much earlier. They don’t serve Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi is terrible so I was forced to try the Diet Root Beer and It was very good, would have ordered more but it’s bottled and a shocking 3.45 per bottle. WOW. So water it was, which I hate. Lastly, service was horrible. The restaurant was mostly empty right at 5 so I was seated immediately. I sat alone in my booth for almost 25 min when the waiter passed by and told me sorry he didn’t see me sitting there. He took my order, brought cheese curds fairly quick but no silverware or napkins. He finally returned with the burger thirty minutes later and I asked for napkins and water. He returned 20 min later with water for the next table, asked again for napkins and water and he said ok…came back right away with water…no napkins. I finished the burger with no napkins but he was really quick with the bill, took my card and never came back. I caught him 20 min later and asked for my card he said “ Woops got caught up” not even sorry. I left @ 640 after a 5 pm arrival. Not sure I will come back, this place has lots of potential but needs some work.

Conveniently located right off of hwy 94. We stopped for my niece's 9th bday lunch. She loves burgers. The restaurant had just opened so no issues parking or getting a table. We opted to sit outside. The build your own burger menu is pretty nice. So many options from the bun to the kind of meat used. They also offer burgers on their menu for around $15 each. I tried the mediterranean salad. It was pretty good overall. The chicken pieces could have been a little larger and the salad size could be smaller. I didn't see an option to order a half salad. My niece loved her first Point burger.. even better than culver's she said. We did not have time to check out the arcade but hope to go back again in the future.

Point Burger Bar was just okay. I was not expecting the chicken bites to just be grilled chicken drenched in sauce, nothing to write home about. Burger was average at best. Place overall was a little dirty and outdated… booth had crumbs all over, ketchup bottle at the table had ketchup all over it and there was ketchup on the walls. Waitress did her best as they were very understaffed. Asked multiple times and multiple people if I could have some mayo - my burger had no sauce on it.

Our group checked in at 7:00 pm for our 15 top with a reservation at 7:15... I am writing this at 8:15 I still have yet to receive the beer I ordered at 7:30. Remember our reservation was at 7:15... The most interaction I had with my waitress was her yelling at us while running past us. I can't understand a word she said. Shout out to the manager in the red sweater and the sweet waitress who helped take over Edit: It started off rough, but its clear we caught them at a bad time. The food was good, manager was great. Changing it to 4 stars

Fantastic bison burger, highly recommend. We had 4 drinks each along with our meals and one appetizer. We spent about 100 between 2 people, the bison burger being the most expensive.

Poor service and quality of food. Family of 5, 3 kids under 10. Ordered drinks and my youngest (5) drink didn’t come until the food came. Tried to order shakes but at 7pm we’re told that they were done with shakes for the day.

This is one of our favorite local treats. The food is great and the adult shakes are amazing! Add in the arcade room to keep the kids entertained, and you have a great place to relax and chat with friends.

I’ve been here multiple times and each time I come back I ask for the same server because she’s so amazing! Her name was very uncommon, (but she was African American!). She made sure we felt welcome and showered us with recommendations, your burger of the months, she’s just spot on! Our food was hot, our table was clean and the tables around us were clean! 10/10 service!

This was my first visit, and I wish I had learned of it much sooner. Our burgers were cooked to perfection! Our waitress had a big smile and was very attentive to our needs. My only negative is that they were out of my first choice of beer, but they have so many varieties it really wasn't an issue. I plan to be there frequently.

Had a really good time. The workers there are so positive and attentive. I had the breaded chicken sandwich and it was very good. Went to the arcade. To play the games, you need to go to the machine where you swipe your credit card and it will dispense a card for you to swipe on the arcade games. The person I met said that he liked his food too.

The smell was horrible. It smelled like a sewer. When we finally found the host stand (we were axe throwing before going to lunch), she seemed very irritated that we were there so she barked out some table number to someone else so they would seat us. The server had no personality. She didn't even smile. Since we got there just as they opened, we figured the staff would be a little more hospitable. We should have left but I was STARVING so we stayed. Two ordered burgers, one ordered the grill cheese, and one ordered a wrap. Everything was greasy and cold except the fries-they were fine. Server didn't come back to check on us until she was seated another table. No one finished their meal. Never were asked if we wanted boxes (to which we would have declined) or dessert. After spending $110 for lunch, I would have expected a little more-like a smile or a "thank you."

The mozzarella sticks are awesome, the chili cheese fries are tasty and the BBQ boneless bites are tasty. The cheese curds were ok. Definitely going back to try other stuff

Of the Point Burger Bars in my area I think this is definitely the nicest one. Staff was great didn't have any issues with my order and the atmosphere was welcoming. Would definitely go to this one again which is further from then another one that is right down the road from where I live.

Let me just start by saying the waitress was great. And the food was decent. But we waited for 1 hour 20 mins to get 5 burgers. We were there 45 minutes past close because the kitchen decided to put our order last. 2 tables that arrived after us received their food 20 minutes before we got ours. On top of that, no form of compensation paid full price for everything including things that we ordered but didn’t receive. The waitress offered to discount her tip to compensate for the things we didn’t receive. Absolutely will not be returning.

Honestly this was such a good experience, I very last minute threw my son's birthday together. The staff was great the manager Celina and our server Jasmine were so accommodating and welcoming. We played in the arcade for almost 3 hours all of the kids and parents had a blast. It would have been a total bust if they hadn't so graciously helped me make it all happen in a snap. It was a total value- I will boost them and patron them every chance I get!! Thank you!

Came here with my son for his birthday a week ago and what started out rocky quickly became a very pleasant enjoyable night. Our waiter was awesome. He was really busy but still took care of us just as good. He was our waiter awhile back last time we ate there and he actually remembered us. We were waiting awhile for our food and he must of seen my little one was getting fussy cause he came up with a apple sauce and spoon for my son to snack on and occupy him until the food arrived. He told us the eta for our order and I could tell he genuinely cared about the situation. After the restaurant wasn't so busy and things were settling down he brought out a brownie with a candle. The food was great but the service is what makes the difference.

We hadn’t been here in 2 years pre pandemic, and my daughter begged to come to celebrate her birthday. I read the recent reviews before we went and was nervous especially going on a busy Friday night…but we had a great experience! Our waiter was awesome, I think his name was Jared, food was perfect as ordered and very tasty. Game room was so much fun, games all worked great and prize selection was super - Logan was amazing and so patient and funny as our 5 kids in our group struggled to make their selections. Thanks Point Burger Bar Pewaukee for a super fun night out!

A good choice for a chilly Saturday afternoon. Build your own burger includes a lot of protein choices, sides and plenty of full bar drinks and sodas. Children's menu offers a good selection and food choices served in a Frisbee to take along home. The arcade is small but clean.

  • 4/5 Ron P. 2 years ago on Google
Burgers are always excellent and plenty big. I love the build your own burger option with great choices for ingredients. The alcoholic shakes are awesome too. Good selection of Point beers. Serving glasses could be bigger. Heavy sewer smell around the hostess stand and bathrooms was unappetizing.

The food was great and our meals came out relatively fast but things took a turn for the worst when my niece ordered a dessert and we waited 45 minutes for it to arrive. It took so much longer for the dessert than it did for all four of our meals and we had to change the dessert for to-go as we had to be elsewhere. Our waitress, Megan was extremely friendly and helpful though and did her best as I could tell she was pretty booked with a lot of tables to serve. Overall the experience was good for the food but the 45 minute wait for a simple cookie and ice cream was ridiculous.

This place has the best alcoholic shakes I have EVER had. Caramel Apple is my favorite. Of course, Point Brewery is one of the best out there, so everything on tap is great. Burgers can be a little expensive for what they are, but they're always delicious. Not to mention, the attached arcade makes this place perfect for date night ❤️👌 Love to hit this place during happy hour for $3 taps.
