Overall hotel was nice. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfy. The rooms were larger then standards hotel size. We didn’t interact with many staff members sense there weren’t that many we saw around for the 5 nights we stayed. We asked for room service twice during our stay and never received it, that’s unfortunate. The breakfast buffet for $14 each was a little steep for what a standard buffet looks like and tastes like. But over all I would say a a solid 3 star hotel.

Very clean, nice lobby quiet, comfortable. Some added bonuses to make it nice was two water bottles in my room (yes it cost $$, but after traveling it was nice to just come straight to my room using the mobile key and having water right there), nice desk set up with coffee and tea and I really like that they provided organic chamomile tea! The floor to ceiling windows are very nice, the room is spacious and very clean. Furniture is all in good condition as well. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is really nice. It has Concierge lounge open for breakfast and appetizers (after 5PM) Free soft drinks and food. The lady from Concierge Lounge was super nice, helpful and really kept lounge in great condition. Rooms and Hotel clean. Parking is big and free. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel with teendy bar and quality food. The rooms are a bit dated and the concierge lounge was not serving food or drinks at 830pm when I stopped in. Those notes aside, the rooms are clean, the service was great and there are plenty of conference rooms that are clean and up to date.

Booked our "bride and groom room" and wedding block 6+ months in advanced. Come wedding weekend, they no longer had our room, put us in a smaller one and our "block" was scattered on every level, no where near each other. Price changed from original quote and wouldn't honor it. Didn't even offer anything special for a wedding group.

I stayed here for one night. Overall was good experience. I liked the hotel from outside and the lobby looks good. The rooms are old. I believe this place needs remodeling from inside especially the bathroom. The service was good. The view is so nice. Overall good experience but when you see the hotel from outside you expect different things from inside.

Lifetime Platinum with Marriott, this is consistently one of the most pleasant to stay at. Great staff, snacks in the lounge always include fresh vegetables which I don’t see often enough. I write this after staying at the property almost every week for the past year. Well done!

Very basic hotel. Lobby/bar area is nice and updated. Rooms were definitely dated. Chipped paint, bad lighting. Also the wifi was terrible in the room.

Rooms are extremely tired and dated - popcorn ceilings and wallpaper borders circa 1980’s. Spent half an hour on the phone with tech support trying to get the WiFi to work (I was on the road 3 weeks out of 4 this month, I am not a hotel WiFi amateur). Concierge lounge is supposed to serve snacks until 7:30, but when I went in at 7:15 they had cleaned everything up. To be fair, the extremely kind gentleman working there did bring me out some leftovers. An overall disappointing Marriott experience.

Rooms really worn down. Wallpaper torn, holes in carpet. Bathrooms really date, the light above the shower was always flickering almost like a strobe light. Wifi is the worst ever. Internet super slow. Takes a long time to retrieve emails. The service was ok. Had an issue with my door, desk clerk came up and stated he had to call maintenance. Well an hour later i called the desk to see since it was getting late and the clerk told me he forgot to call maintenance. The bar was really good. Bar staff was very friendly. Food was also good, i had the hot wings, had really good flavor.

Sleep deprived. For 3 nights. I am exhausted. The HVAC made a loud noise every time it turned in. I asked Marriott to fix it. They said they did. Another night of no sleep. Add the train which blared at 2am. Hello. This is the Marriott. I like Marriott’s. But not this one anymore.

My family (dog included) needed a place to stay during the power outage from the recent winter snowstorm. I made my reservations directly through the hotel (not through a 3rd party), and was able to get a room with double beds. The common areas of the hotel and the room were nice & clean, and the food was very good. But what was exceptional to me, was the quality of service received. This was at a time in which they could’ve taken advantage of those in need, but I was met with kindness & compassion instead. They waved my dog fee due to the circumstances of the storm, and allowed me to checkout early with no penalties when my power came back on earlier than anticipated. They were so accommodating & the staff was amazing! This was my first time staying there, & it will definitely be the first place that I recommend to those looking for a hotel in the area! A great place & wonderful people!

Wonderful check in experience. Jack @ front desk killing it, very helpful. Hotel is dated, but clean. Pretty decent bar/restaurant but nothing stellar.

Hotel is in need of refresh. All food facilities are closed during the day. There is no food or coffee available during that time if you happen to stay to work there. No complimentary water for platinum+ guests - pay $6.00 for a bottle. Very slow internet connection. And no housekeeping.

The only thing I didn't like is the lack of any amenities in a walking distance. The hotel is nice as expected from Mariott.

This hotel is a nice and fancy hotel! We came here for an event. Staff was friendly and conference rooms along with bathrooms were nice and clean.

Close to I-94 and only 15 minutes from downtown Milwaukee. Rooms were nice and clean -- even got housekeeping service between two-night stays (I thought Covid had done away with that), and it was nice to come back after being gone to find a clean bathroom and made beds. The most impressive thing of all -- my daughter left her AirPods in her room. She contacted the hotel, and the staff had found them and turned them in to Lost and Found, AND they mailed them back to her at no charge. Feeling the love for humankind!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice. Had a burger and fries from the restaurant, and they were very good. Overall, it was a good visit.

Good clean hotel. The restaurant is very good inside the hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable. The only downside was the very poor Internet connection. Even in the lobby it was poor.

One of a dying breed with a Conscierge Lounge on the 6th floor! Gloria and Tom did an AWESOME job making me feel like a valued guest! Great Hospitality and well done!

Lobby and bar were great. Beautifully designed and convenient features. Sunday breakfast was pretty lame and no option to order off the menu. Room was fine, slightly dated. I prefer a firmer mattress and the one we had was not. I always forget that I hate Marriott pillows too. Staff was wonderful and helpful with checking in/ out and drinking/ dining.

We came for one night and in less than 24 hours my mind was blown. Amazing property, staff, rooms and amenities! I love the quiet hallways, the wonderful pool/hot tub and the beds. Sooooo good! We'll be back!

Stayed here for a business trip for 4 days. Very nice rooms and clean hotel. Front desk and the dinner bar area staff were all excellent! Continental Breakfast was included for my business stay and was exactly the same every day, but, the food was good. I had an issue with the shower leaking water and there wasn't enough water pressure to shower and they fixed it right the 1st time. The maintenance staff even cleaned up after themselves. The handicap accessible rooms are very accessible. They have great safety bars in the shower along with a nice bench seat that folds down and is very secure. For a bath you can secure the bench back up just as easily. The room has enough room to move around in a small to medium wheelchair. The pool also has a jacuzzi next to it, but it has way too much chlorine it, burning my eyes and was just too strong to stay in. Pool was nicely located next to the exercise room. Exercise room was a small one, but happy they had one to exercise in. Food for dinner was very good and ate here everynight during my stay. Will stay here again if it's for business or pleasure.

We recently stayed here for a wedding. The ballroom was a really great venue. However, there was a mosquito issue, with mosquitoes in the lobby for both days we were there and really bad right outside of the entrance. Room service never came to clean our room the two days we were here… Our shower was not cleaned and we had an empty body wash container in the shower- given the size of the bottles it was not checked for a long time. People in our group also reported not having any soap/shampoo in their shower… overall beautiful hotel but enough “little things” that weren’t so great.. easy adjustments for the future.

Great customer service! Great room service! Employees was very polite and helpful with anything we needed while our stay here. We stayed for a week. The pool was very clean and we had a good time when we went.

***Update*** 3 weeks after our stay, a charge of $50 was added to our credit card listed as "adjustment". I called the hotel and spoke with someone who could not explain the additional charge. He said that another employee who works later in the day would look into it and call me back. I waited all day for a call, but I also called my bank to cancel the card. At 10:45 PM we finally received a call. (We are in the same time zone as Milwaukee) The worker called to tell us he couldn't explain the charge. My husband works at 4:30AM, so you can imagine how "happy" he was about that call. I can no longer recommend this hotel because of the shady charge on our credit card. Beware of this business. I'm certain our card is not the only one fraudulently charged extra. I'm changing my rating to 1 star, only because 0 is not an option.

We did not have any shower gel nor shampoo to shower with. When we asked for more, the front desk provided one square of bar soap and tiny bottle of gel. Hardy enough to bathe one person, let alone the three persons in our room. Also, there were plumbing issues and shower backup, about 3” deep. I felt more dirty after our stay than before we arrived. Never again.

Adam, kenji and owen (if i have the spelling right) at the front desk made our accommodation so much easier. The hotel is at a good location. Room 518. All three were extremely professional and courteous. The kitchen/bar waiters were also very helpful and courteous. Especially with the coffee :)

staff goes out of their way to take care of you they are great!! Bartenders are excellent! Besides that the hotel is extremely dated, there were stains all over my bathroom, the beds are EXTREMELY uncomfortable. If you have back issues like me I highly recommend booking elsewhere

Good hotel with great customer care. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The TV is massive. Good pool and gym. Great restaurants in the lobby. Clean hotel. Enjoyed my stay and will be coming back. I would recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed at. Gentlemen at front desk went above and beyond to help us. The other staff was very nice also. Room was very clean, plenty of towels and love the large bottles of shampoo and body soap.

Went for The FFA alumni conference the whole atmosphere of the facility was awesome from the banquet rooms to the meeting rooms to the staff on the desk very helpful informative and most all friendly. The meals that were served with the conference were top-notch You cannot go wrong We had a group of about 300.

When our client calls the hotel stating they forgot to take an unopened gift package within 8 hours of leaving and the hotel responds they trashed it means we will not be recommending this hotel for our clients to stay at moving forward. You don't care? We don't care either.

High room rate compared to others in area. Expected excellence in service & amenities. Was not even given customary free water at check in for Hilton Honors members. Couldn't use the pool area as it was extremely heavy air with strong chemical odor that burned our eyes. Charged us $10 per day to park, Should be included in our stay like other motels. If you are thirsty you have to pay rocket high prices for water or soda. No food in vending machines . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE through and through.

I was a vendor for a wedding here last weekend and I was so pleased with the reception staff guiding me to the various rooms the bridal party was utilizing and giving me tips on access and unloading. I worked closely with Andrea while setting up the reception hall and she was simply amazing! So kind, so helpful, and such an asset to Milwaukee Marriott West. I cannot wait to be part of another event here in the future...hopefully soon.

Water in the room was yellow. Coming out of the sink, the shower, the toilet, all tinged with yellow which was absolutely disgusting and there's no way I was drinking it. But it's ok, they conveniently had $6 bottles of warm water in the room that you could purchase for drinking instead. As if you're not already getting ripped off with the price in relation to condition of the place. There was no microwave in the room. The wallpaper was peeling off. The carpets were completely stained and disgusting looking. The pillows were fluffy until you put your head on it and then it flattens into nonexistence. Definitely not worth the almost $170 that I had paid to stay the night. 2 stars only because the staff was really nice. I would otherwise give it 1.
