I came here from the UK as I was just touring, the staff here were so nice and helpful, they helped me with every little thing I needed even if I had to constantly nag them about. They showed assisted me in purchasing a ticket and giving me information about all the movies there were to watch. They also asked if I needed any complimentary snacks and drinks to watch beside the film which I found very nice and useful. I definitely recommend this cinema and would tell others to do it too.

There is no rule......Now one more time I book Tiger 3....for Monday 1:00pm show....But today I just checked about how many people in that show....But 3rd time there is no show of 1:00pm..Now this time also argue on Monday about this show.I will go to theater before 10mint from show. Then if there is no show at that time I don't know what happens.If they inform me by sms then it's OK otherwise......Staff is very nice ND friendly.I m also the regular customer. I have online sms.I just go here because its near to me..Big cinema at big bazaar was much better than this Prime theater.Now it's time to watch Monday what happens.

Theatre is really nice but very dishonest staff , the guy in the photo charged me 30rs extra for mix popcorn ….the actual price on the screen was 200rs but he charged me 230rs and when i asked him about the extra charges he started making excuses it didnt bothered me for the first time … but when this happened again again and again i decided to complain about the same .

Really loved it to be there. Multiplex. Cleaned. Affordable price of tickets, parking and ofcourse popcorn. Snooker, pool playing area in the premises to kill the waiting period with minimal charges. A first of its kind experience for outsider of phagwara/punjab.

everything is excellent besides their policy about checking in 10 minutes before show time because there is nothing available to sit in parking or for waiting

Prime cinema theatre is so good and I go there first time to watch movie. The atmosphere of prime cinema is so cool. I like it 😌😌
