Extremely dissatisfied with their service. They are quite unwelcoming to say the least. Their methods of measurement are obsolete and they deduce the rate less than the market rates. The shop is being run by a father and son duo. The father still looks quite experienced and respectful to talk to but the son needs to groom himself as he doesn’t have any etiquettes on how to handle customers. Other jewellers near this shop offer far better services. PS the 5 star reviews that you see have been written by their relatives and friends only.
