First thing, I had to wait for 3 hours to get to see the doctor. People had come from various places actually less than 15 people were there but they were waiting for 5 hours. Doctor was not ready to listen to the actual problem. I am the one who has been facing issues however doctor denied it like anything as if I was lying. I wasted my Rs.525 which is heavy price to pay to meet for 3 minutes and not getting any solution. I would not recommend the doctor to anyone.

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Swapan Sood were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Sood really took his time to explain my condition to me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor's demeanor really put me at ease so I highly recommend this one of the best hospital in Jalandhar. 10:06

Hospital is maintained excellently and good maintainence of rooms. Nice geusture by nursing staffs. I am very thankful to swapan sood and his team for giving greatest services to the patients. I am very impressed and request to all the person how have urology problm they go to this hospital and take skillful treatment.
