I booked resort for my daughter Wedding.All Services are poor like ,food,DL floor with tapes and above all services by waiters.Really feeling bad after spending huge amount to The Cabbana Resort and Spa.During wedding Team Manager and waiters have a big fight ,infact they have scuffel in between them.Due to this they have not served food to our main guests (.daugters in laws and their maine near relatives|).They have not done dinner and left venue for phera's.My guest also compared our function and their services with their own function(Haveli) in front of me.I felt so bad.I spend so much money on wedding occasssion and getting insult and humilation in return. Quality of Food-Ni Service-Zero Overall services -Zero Manager and other staff is behind payment only.

Went there to attend an event. This place is simply beautiful, well maintained, neat and clean. The interior is very beautiful, one will definitely need few moments to check the details of each n every decoration or even lights arrangement in the halls n open area. There are lush green gardens which are very spacious. The halls are very big with high ceilings, lights, big chandeliers, alot of lights n huge painting are hanging on the walls. Washrooms are very neat n clean and well maintained. They have a very good management team, I attended an event with 1500+ attendees, there was no delay in the food and it was served quickly n they handled the crowd very well. Food was delicious too.

Extremely disappointed we were expecting comfort and leisure but it was not. Considering the place is described and shown as luxury and all. We got snails in the shower, the faucet broke, there was no one to guide us with the swimming pool the reception for pool was empty I had to visit the reception for everything. The Air con in our room was useless 😕. I regret paying it was not worth my money. I Hope everyone else will experience better care and service than us.

Stayed there for 2 nights took 2 rooms. WORST SOCALLED 5 STAR Worst rooms ever, bathroom had broken walls, which were badly repaired, coasters were all badly soggy/ rusted. rooms linen had hairs all over, bathrooms were not cleaned, tooks multiple calls to get wifi password, morning breakfast was not ready even after 1 hour of scheduled time, had to wait endlessly for the order.

Good to be here as rooms are good, service is good, Located just near the National Highway , the ambience is delightful, Spa, beauty service, pool and restaurant is available. Villas are also available. On the back side there is a marriage hall for functions. Can enjoy weekend with family and friends. Parking space is good. Food is also good.

We had a great experience attending a wedding all the way from PH. Place is quite far from the Amritsar Airport (2hrs away) but the place is worth it with great view, amenities and staff. Special thanks to BIKRAM for being friendly and accommodating. Great job to the rest of the staff. They are all accommodating.

The Food is pathetic. Road side dhabha serves way better. The prepration is stale and only full of chilli to burn tastebuds. What the hell will a person do of the large lobby when the other things are zero.

The resort is so beautiful, and the interior and exterior are elegant. We had a meeting over there the meetings room is good and spacious. F&B was good. The staff is well trained. Overall the experience was good.

Like a just married couple we wanted to stay in nice place for one night so we found this hotel and my husband been already there many times for celebrations so we wanted to try but we are really DISAPPOINTED how dirty room and bathroom we got even we asked for cleaning it no one came. In morning we order breakfast in room but we needed to call 5 times because they didn’t bring us what we ordered and after many callings they still forgot some stuff so we just leave hotel. This is not what we expected even we tried to be nice and enjoy this beautiful place.

Hands down, the classiest and the best place to be at in whole jalandhar. The ambience, service, food quality is unmatchable and by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Also, I’m very thankful to such supportive team for providing us with best in class experience for my wedding functions and making them most memorable ones.

I recently celebrated my special day at The Cabbana, and I couldn't be happier with how everything went! Jyoti ji was a fantastically accommodating hotel manager who went above and beyond to make sure that everything was ideal for my big day. In order to make sure my demands were satisfied and that everything was done the how I wanted it, he personally checked in with me regarding every part of the event, including the DJ, food menu, and decorator. The staff was accommodating and courteous throughout my stay, and the accommodations were tidy and comfy. I'm grateful that Cabbana staff helped make my big day the most special day of my life.

If you are coming from the United States be weary of this institution. I will say the staff is excellent they are doing the best with what they have but the deferred maintenance shows at this place the bad: our bathroom tub was corroded, the bathroom had a leak and the shower had a clog, the pool water was brown. The hallway on the second floor smelled moldy, the air condition didn’t work for most of the nights there and when it did work it only went as low at 20 degrees. You could tell this hotel was great 10-15 years ago but now the age is starting to show. The good: it’s the best hotel within the location the security is 24/7’s the front desk staff was welcoming, the lobby and the dining areas were maintained they do have a gym with some equipment that works, the do have oversized pool tables and a spa and make up area. Grounds are cleaned daily.

The cabbana resort is a beautiful property location . The Chinese restaurant onsite is exceptional with very authentic food and the private dining areas are a nice touch. The attentive service at the Resort Lounge is fabulous. The Club Rooms are being renovated. Looking forward to returning for another stay once the new rooms are done. Overall a fabulous stay and experience.

Food - good but very expensive for ludhiana standards. 11.45 someone comes and knocks simply to ask what is my check out time. They could simply call instead of knocking on doors especially when the privacy button was pressed. Hotel check out time by the way is 12:00 noon. Check out at reception was really bad. No courtesy, receptionist was laughing at some guests behind me. Chit chatting with each other. Not a question asked about stay etc. No visitor post 8pm policy. Senseless. I had suppliers/vendors coming to meet/show samples in the room, they were not allowed. Parking guys are busy chilling while a VIP vehicle had blocked the driveway. We stood there for 3-4 minutes hoping they would request the guest to clear the drive way. Ultimately i had to call them and instruct them to do so. Thats when they responded. I would not like to stay here again. Quite a bad choice for stay. Not staying there again

we are staying here and our experience are soo good and location is also and the housekeeping department is good specially Ranjana ,Savita both girls are excellent performance . both girls are hardworking.

Drains are not covered. I suffered falling at night due to darkness. No medical care or concern then or later. A good place for thieves as poor cctv network. On 7th December, mobile phone of my daughter was stolen from the restaurant which had no cctv at all. We were there on 6-7 December and checked out on 8th. Food and snacks quality was poor. Five star status is not maintained. The level is like a Three star hotel. Sanitary not upto the mark. A very bad attitude.

Only visited for Guru ji satang exactly not in cabana but in it's same adjoining building. Parking space was less. And wallet Parking people were not serious in their job to attend visitors??

Worst Experience… Never buy thier coupon at all, U will waste ur 10,000 rupee… Whenever you ask them for room booking, they always say rooms are booked…And never give your car key to them for parking. Driver sat inside car for 40 min turned on heater and drained whole battery… i would say never go there

It is one of the worst resorts you can ever book, and most importantly, you should never take the membership card from them because they can never provide you with the services even if you ask them in advance. I asked them to book my room priorly in the month of September, but they said they were sold out, and I again asked them to book in December, but they again said no. I mean, what's the fun of getting a membership if they can't provide you with the services?

Excellent property near Jalandhar, sprawling and well kept with nice large rooms and genial staff (room bath could be updated a bit). The Treasury Restaurant was excellent with good food and a very good live band playing modern Punjabi lounge music. Server Rupinder Kaur is pleasantly perky and professional.

It's an awesome place to have big parties. They really create a great ambience with decorations. Great food. Restaurant is just amazing. Rooms are real spacious. Overall great experience.

We booked 2 rooms in this resort for a night. highly disappointed. The restaurant staff makes a fool out of you. We faced issues during lunch and dinner both. During lunch we specifically asked for regular water not bottled water still they served us bottled water and charged 150 for a bottle. We thought it was a genuine mistake and we paid. During dinner we asked for gulab jamun with icecream (which is an item in their menu for 300 rs) , the staff asked if we wanted icecream on top of gulabjamun or should they bring it separate, we responded to bring it separate and we will mix. They again charged for gulabjamun and icecream as two separate items (costing 550 rs) saying that you asked for separate. They should have informed that it will be charged separately. It's not about money for us we have had much costlier food but the way their restaurant staff treated us made us feel like fools. Extremely poor communication skills. I do not recommend their restaurant to anyone. Hotel rooms are decent for the stay but the restaurant experience spoiled this resort for us. We were thinking of staying with them next week as well but will not be doing that now.

The rooms were dirty when we checked in however it was cleaned soon, the morning breakfast service is incredibly slow and not at all lives upto it's name. Overall it is a great resort in that region and you probably wouldn't find a better place to stay however it was extremely basic and unhygienic comparatively to a good resort.

Attended a wedding here on 16th March at thier biggest hall after lawn.The waiter came to our table after about 15 mins embarrasing time was drunk ,Complained to a Tie-suit senior but no use & that same waiter was still serving other guests.After waiting for 25-30 minutes I have to really shout at the manger to get about the service.Being a local,Will never suggest my Jalandhar circle to visit this horrible place

Rooms are great . Pretty big . The service is ultra slow but the food is brilliant.(Indian). Location is on the highway. So unless you are enroute somewhere, this might be a little away to the closest city.

I just read what the price is for a room considering what they charged me. One night I paid £150 second night because,I complained I was give a,slightly smaller villa at £80. If they charge what they feel like to a client then I won't be staying there again.

Very good property with excellent ambiance, we stayed about 4 nights - a true 5 star experience. Still I suggest little more attention in general . And they have excellent restaurant with experienced staff… if you are not familiar with their menu .. i suggest you to ask the staff to explain you.. they are very humble and polite

Ultimate place to spend a few days. Sprawling lawns, swimming pool, and guess what indoor badminton and squash court besides a gym. Wonderful staff with full dedication towards customer satisfaction. We interacted with Prachi and Rupinder and Awinash and found them always ready to meet our demands.

Decent, however not excellent. Not sure how this is compared to the rest of the hotels in Phagwara however it’s service was slow during in house dining. Standard Bedrooms on ground floor had a huge dampness & humidity issue. Complaint was made and we were moved to the Villa rooms. Pricing was adjusted however 90% of other top reputable hotels would have offered these rooms as a complimentary upgrade. The manager even admitted to the issues that were occurrent yet still placed us in those unfit for living rooms & expected us to pay for the upgrade. Not to mention the team here take payment up front and in full. Very strange and I would not necessarily recommend. But maybe your best bet in the area.

Stayed for a wedding. No hot water as staff is like no need of it. Dryer was choking. Smelly room. Untrained staff. Started ringing room bells non stop at 9 am. Useless property.

So many varieties of foods here. I tried Korean pizza, and it tasted super good! Fast serving, and great portion too. The pulling cheese is incredible. The burger here is great too~ Don't only focus on the satay here, look for hidden delicious food!
