The rooms were smelly with no natural lights at all, the staff were not rude but were very casual and didnt represent the standards Clarks inn would like to portray. The washroom had no towels or napkins and the room had no kettle. Very small room with sharp furnitures beware of hurting yourself.

I am visiting the hotel on 19/08/2022 for a birthday party. It was very nice place for celebration. One thing that i specially mentioned that was food. It was really delicious. Special thanks to chef Sandeep for the food and assistance.

We stayed there for three days. The whole time the service was awesome. Restaurant is very good. Cleaning was good. Will definitely recommend.

Very cooperative staff. They took great care of us. The breakfast and dinner was quick and food quality was also top notch. Rooms were clean and washroom was hygienic. Totally satisfied.

The property is great but it's not maintained well, there is no geyser and you have to request for hot water 30 mins before bathe. The power sockets in my rooms were not working and the AC wasn't working properly.

Room are nice 👍👏😊 also staff are good but the Lift is not in proper maintenance as it get breakdown again and again Hotel 🏨 is located near Highway 🛣️ and the town is also near by. so the availability and access of each and every think are easy. Good test of Food 🍲 but on repeat 🔁 basis same menus even for another day.

I stay here for 6 days with my colleagues. The hotel service is not good. Very low quantity food provided in breakfast and dinner.

On my 6 days official stay in this hotel always found my Rooms neat and clean, the hotel staffs are very good with smiling faces like their hospitality, the restaurant foods are tasty, hotel location is convenient overall great experience 👍

I along with about 50 executive class officer staying here since last Sunday I.e from 08-10-2023 . I would like to say that hotel services are very poor . FOOD not good.. Staff at reception counter not good and not supportive regarding services... Language barrier is overpowering, with most of the staff not able to comprehend Hindi or English fully. Rooms are well-decorated and well-furnished, albeit the lighting is inadequate in some rooms at night. Housekeeping needs to be requested to clean the room. Room service is good, but restaurant services are below-par with most items unavailable despite being in the menu. Breakfast options are very few and despite giving breakfast order the previous night, only half of the order is fulfilled. Staff numbers seem inadequate, as restaurant staff are inadequate especially during parties. Transportation arrangement is very good with affordable prices. Staff behaviour is mostly charismatic. Security guard is always on duty to guard the main door, which is very re-assuring. Staff are quick to respond in case of any difficulty.

Very awefull experience, stayed there for my sister's wedding, however whatever hotel has promised during initial booking, not delivered upto the expectations on single point. Especially the Manager Riyaz, not at all customer friendly behaviour. Rooms service are not upto the mark as well as the cleanliness and maintenance. Also, nearby chowpati food is way much better than the hotel food.

One of the worst hotel in phagwara,hotel staff not educated and professional and secondly food quality is not good and hygiene it is very species, room is very smelly and very cheap behavior by reception girl,this hotel and waste of money,my mistake I book the room,don't book the room this hotel,this property is not value for money its bad experience,the are towels are dirty....shower not working.....do nit hiw they run the hotel without following govt.norms and regulations........all experience very bad......

The first thing I saw in the picture was the room the didn't gv that room at all..The room was not well furnished.. Service was not also gud.. I had Wrost experience in this hotel. I do not recommend anyone for this hotel...

Went there to have family dinner 2 times. Experience was good as food was delicious and staff was cordial as well. Apart from this, interior is also pretty and well maintained.

My 14 days days in 2023 at the Arjun Clarks Inn, Phaqwara, Punjab were generally uneventful. The management and staff here are so friendly. I like the flexibility of the chef who made for me a delicious 😋 out of menu Continental dish.. While some rooms are good, others are below average, lacking extended space for a work from home nature, and windows for any chance to have a glimpse of the rising or dawning 🌞 sunset or view of the neighborhoods.

I am stay with my family 10/08/2023 I pay 2000 per room I rent 2 rooms for just 1 day. In room bad smell and bathroom no cleen water stuck in shower. No soap no toothpaste no shower gel bed sheet in big hole bed matters come out big steel wire heart my leg no good staf bad really bad don't stay in this hotel

Superoir Room are very small.. The towels are dirty... Cattle not working.... Gyegar didnt run even afrer ashking again and again... 2 parantha were given to 4 person in breakfast... Totaly money weast....
