its good and nice but price is high. behaviour of owner not very good

Everything is good! One thing I don't like is food is not good. Oily food in case of healthy food. And still expensive option if you are staying at law gate! 1. Good cleaniness 2. High prices 3. Eatable food 4. TV in dinner hall 5. Pool will also be available soon! Premium hostel as compared to others, Main improvement is needed in case of food.

Pros The structure of the building is nice . Rooms are spacious enough in which you will get 2 chairs , 2 study tables, 2 beds, 2 spacious almaras for storage, washrooms are very clean and spacious . 1 gallery is there with all the rooms for a better view outside. Personal basement parking for everyone staying in the building. Peaceful place . No outside disturbance or traffic noise. Mess food is available three times a day . Security guard at the gate 24*7 . Drinking water is clean. No electricity problem. WiFi is provided and there are no extra charges. Cons Room are very expensive. Staff is impatient and doesn't know how to behave. Mess food is not good . There is no drinking water cooler on any floor rather than the ground floor. The care taker is very rude. The cleaner will not come everyday to clean the room. WiFi speed is too low and mostly it doesn't works. Don't allow visitors to come inside. No shops or restaurant nearby. Disgusting food in canteen

rooms are good but the meal plan is the biggest issue here. they provide only Tea and breakfast(daily chapatis with butter) in the morning and there is no lunch in the afternoon even in the sunday too.and in the evening tea is given, at night they will provide you the dinner. Please dont stay here . its my genuine advice to lpu students otherwise you will suffer. also its too costly to stay here (aprox 1 lakh for 2 seater Ac room, and 1 lakh 30,000 for 1 seater AC room + electricity bill and this is for 10 months)

Good pg near LPU

I stay in this place. It has a spacious room with a great view from the balcony. They also have food services available in the property. If you want to know more feel free to add a question.

Worst hostel , absolutely worst mess facilities. Food is purely unhygienic .But still they charge a lot .Manager is a misbehaving person .If u don't take mess he'll force u by many unfair means .Don't stay here .Any apartment is better than this .

Was there in 2013. Then it costs 32k for three seater room with food. It was the time when law gate was closed. So it take 500 MTR extra to reach the campus. If law gate opens by lpu then it will be great place

Your space is quite a decent pg near lpu with proper amenities like wifi, food and gym. It's quite famous for its boys stay with small individual balconies attached with rooms. The hostels are safe and clean. Even the accommodation is safe and proper feedbacks are taken to ensure quality stay.
