Staff is good thats why I'm giving 2 stars. Our rooms were in the basement. There were semen stains and blood stain on the bedsheet. Some rooms had mirror some don't. TV was in some, and not in others. AC was functional in only two room! The blanket were never washed and smelt of sweat. Water wasn't available sometimes.

Hotel room was ok ok. As I was given room no. 202, the was not that clean it was dirty. There was no drinking water and soap availble in the room. I asked reception 3 time to provide me drinking water and bathroom items like soap and towel, every time she was like she is about to send but it never ever arrived in my room. Continuesly electricity cuts was ther. It was very frustrating so I bought the stuff from market myself. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone because it's not a actually hotel it is a men's pg and they just got Oyo hotel thing. If you want to stay at lawgate u can easily get a room in any pg on200₹ rent daily basis you just need to approach care takers of the of and apartment. This Oyo hotel doesn't have WiFi, no kitchen, no security and room service is pathetic.

The place is good to stay according to its price. But it still needs a lot of maintenance. The bathroom is good but the accesories in the room like the drawer n all needs to be repaired and the walls aslo need repairing too.

Room is big and furnished, but not so good. No hanger for hanging clothes, no mosquito liquid and wall is damped. AC , Gijar, TV are ok. Place is clean & good.staff are polite and well mannered. There is provision of room service.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Royal PG, and let me tell you, it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I cannot stress enough how much I would advise against staying at this dreadful establishment. First and foremost, the service at this hotel was beyond abysmal. The staff seemed to have no concept of basic customer service skills. They were rude, unhelpful, and completely disinterested in addressing any concerns or issues we had during our stay. It felt like they were doing us a favor by allowing us to stay there. Now, let's talk about the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of this place. Cockroaches seemed to be the unofficial mascot of this hotel. They were everywhere - in the rooms and in the hallways, It was truly a nightmare trying to sleep knowing that these creepy crawlers could be lurking anywhere. They even left the corridor full of garbage. It gets worse! Bed bugs were also a delightful surprise during our stay. I can't even begin to describe the horror of waking up covered in itchy red welts all over my body. It was like something out of a horror movie. And don't even get me started on the condition of the rooms themselves. The furniture was old and worn-out, with stains that made you question their origin. The beds were uncomfortable and clearly hadn't been properly cleaned or maintained in years. The whole place reeked of mustiness and neglect. To top it all off, when we tried to voice our concerns to management, they couldn't have cared less. They brushed off our complaints as if they were inconsequential and refused to take any responsibility for their hotel's deplorable conditions. In conclusion, if you enjoy being treated poorly by staff who couldn't care less about your comfort or well-being, if you have a fondness for cockroaches scurrying around your feet, and if you have a burning desire to be feasted upon by bed bugs, then by all means, book a stay at the "Nightmare PG" But for the sake of your sanity and hygiene, I implore you to steer clear of this wretched place.

Worst Capitol Oyo. Infact not a Oyo it's a PG. If you would want to risk your life or get a disease you may go.

The worst OYO I've stayed in. Got electrocuted while using the geyser and also the wire got almost fired up because of the load. Also, the service is too slow and cutlery was below average.

Stayed from 22.7.19 to 27.7.19. Room size good. Disturbance in power supply. Room booked for three occupancy. But Mattress and pillow not given for third person though we have booked for three occupancy. Morning breakfast is poor. Only bread and tea. Though we have deposited for breakfast at the time of booking but we have to request for the same everyday. Cleaning of room not done everyday. We have to request for the same. Unhappy.

Hotel was nice a little problem with wall paint. Rest of the infrastructure for that cost is amazing. Location is a little distant but can interest those who wish to try rural travel commutes. Food for breakfast is great but further meal requirements are suggested to be fulfilled from outside.

Nothing great about it. Rooms and bathroom was not clean. Would only recommend if u can't find anything else
