Personally, I don't think this hotel deserves to be a 4 stars hotel. My room is on the 12th floor and my friend's room is on also the 12th floor. But somehow, my friend can access to Wifi but I can't. I know Wifi is not a big problem but this is a 4 stars hotel though. Y'all better work on this. The breakfast buffet is not as good as I thought it would be. The only good was bread with butter and jam. Everything else is completely bland. The custard drink thing is super weird, it tastes like water with custard oil/aroma. The room is clean and smells good, but they need to carefully clean the bathroom because someone else's hair still stuck on the drainer. Overall, I would give this hotel 3 stars.

This cannot be a 4-star hotel. Mold on ceiling. Place smells of mildew. Sheets have a strong mildew smell to them. Mattress are old. They say "no smoking," yet people were smoking inside and it can go into the vents into your room. Our TV had to be replaced and the reception was so poor. Our lamps had to be replaced because they were broken. Workers were nice. Reception desk needs work. Only thing going for this place is location. Funny they wrote a letter to each room to apologize for renovation; however, no renovation was taking place.

3 star hotel! Not sure why I can’t seem to find a great hotel in Phan Thiet! Breakfast was terrible. Get ready for an onslaught of flies everywhere in the breakfast buffet. I just ate Banh Xeo every morning because that was the on good selection. Lol. Rooms were ok. My caution is the shower. Outdated and mold in some areas of the shower. Water Pressure is low! We paid around $62 per room (got two rooms).

Clean room. Pool needs a deep clean. It had green algae on the tiles and water wasn't clear. There are better options available at this price nearby.

There's a cafe right outside where locals come and enjoy sitting outside with their coffee. Rooms are clean, bathroom has a closed in shower and separate bath. The service is good and breakfast buffet has variety with professional chef overlooking the hotel staff.

The resort hotel I recently stayed at was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The resort's amenities, including the pool and spa, were excellent and provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Overall, I highly recommend this resort hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and rejuvenating stay.

The facility is so out-dated , The a/c was not working properly , the staff checking my family in was trying to scam us , there are lots of flies around in the lobby even in the dinning room , so many parties at night , and so many more …. DO NOT STAY HERE NOT WORTH IT !!!

Near the beach/park, just 2' to walk there. You should rent a vehicle to travel locations like supermarket ,.etc. No convenience store nearby but you'll have a very quiet place to rest.

TTC Hotel in Phan Thiet is a 1 minute walk to the beach. There's a cafe right outside where locals come and enjoy sitting outside with their viet coffee. Rooms are clean, bathroom has a closed in shower and separate bath. The service is good and breakfast buffet has variety with professional chef overlooking the hotel staff. That means eating the food here, probability of food poisining is close to zero. The pool is wide enough to do some laps. It is clean but you do get some kind of leaf dropping from the palm trees in the late hours. The toilet in the lobby are clean which is probably a good sign.

Every one when check in this hotel should be careful, the staff working here is very cheating, especially to be careful with clear documents, because they can change your information at any time, if something goes wrong. Thank you.

It was not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Facilities are old and outdated. The finishings in the rooms are fragile and will come off the wall if not careful. the customer service is not good, even after advising the ages and details of the children in the group prior to booking, the hotel tried to charge us extra per child after we checked in. there are stains on the carpet and on the furniture. overal i would not recommend this hotel, especially if u are expecting for a 4 star hotel

This is the 4-stars hotel on paper, but 1-star in reality. Here are the reasons: When you come in, the staffs do not look like to welcome you. The chairs and sofas in lobby are extremely dirty. The room does not look like anything belongs to a 4-stars hotel. The bathroom floor is all wet after taking shower. The AC is like a fan although I set the temperature for 18 C. Now the worst part, the breakfast buffet is the worst ever I have experienced. The first thing I see when I come to one of the table is a fly. There is another gone fly on one dish on the table. The tablecloth is very dirty. While I am eating, I have to chase the flies away. The food is not good at all. In brief, do not waste your money for this 1-star reality hotel.

Good location. Huge rooms, baths and showers. There is a pool, but it’s little bit outdated and out of hotel property. The staff not much speaking English. I would not return, but it was an ok stay

Nice place to stay in Phan Thiet, sea view grand bed room. Reasonable room rate in town. Breakfast okay, not a big menu but acceptable.

Staffs are amazing, fulfill your every request! Location is another plus. Small swimming pool and clinical room's design can be a drawback.
