We've been to the cliff resort 4 times I a 2 year period. Normally the hotel is nice, the only knock is the location, not much to di In Mui Ne and A la carte food is bad. Buffet is very good though Update We had planned to come back since covid restrictions have been lifted. I was promised a call on 4/23 by their GM, I never got such a call. This started because I called the front desk about questions regarding karaoke, the front desk didn't want to help me at all and gave me odd answers A: karaoke never existed there B: it's not open now - constriction or something C: it's past the hours of operation - odd, because we usually stay there to 1 am and I called at 10 pm. I'm not sure if ownership or management changed, but if they don't have the courtesy to help you and they treat you like you are a problem, why give them your patronage.

I haven’t stayed in the rooms but I used spa in amazing! Even in Saigon spa is not as good as there. They are super attentive, careful and caring. Heaven🧖‍♀️ 🤣 Highly recommend this spa in Mui Ne❤️

The people at The Cliffs really go all out to ensure their guests enjoy their stay. The resort catches the view and the breeze. The food is fine. Even the breakfast buffet here is a relaxing experience. Its a very happy place.

Stayed 3 bedrooms villa. Had such an amazing view. The private pool was quite big. Also, private beach was connected directly from the villa. Everything was so satisfying. But it would be much better if they improve the breakfast. Still, I would strongly recommend when my friends travel Mui Ne.

Disappointing based on the price and the reviews for the resort. Covid took it's toll in delayed maintenance. Room had a moldy smell and AC took long time to bring down the humidity and temperature.

Today, I would like to share one of my recent travel experiences. It's the story of the fantastic Ho Chi Minh Mune Resort with great sea and great accommodation. On this trip, I found a really nice resort. It boasts a beautiful beach and clear sea, and I was ecstatic to see it. As soon as I entered the entrance, I was impressed by the beautiful natural scenery and neat landscaping. Entering the resort, I found a better-than-expected accommodation. The rooms were spacious and modern, with all the amenities needed. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The swimming pool also had beauty that exceeded my expectations. It was perfect for swimming because it was a good size and cleanliness. In addition, the auxiliary facilities were satisfactory enough. Spas, sports facilities, restaurants, and other options were provided to help travelers like me have a good time. And the most impressive thing was the organizational power. The resort staff greeted the guests kindly and responded quickly. You responded quickly to any requests and did your best for my convenience. I was able to relax and have a great time out of my exhausted daily life during the week I spent in this wonderful resort. I was able to experience various activities such as spending a relaxing time reading books under the sun on the beach or enjoying fun games with my family in the swimming pool. This trip was really one of the best gifts for me. The wonderful natural environment, perfect accommodation, and friendly and organized service were all in perfect harmony, making it a dream experience for me. I recommend you to find a great resort where you can get out of reality and recover both your body and mind at least once! It's such a waste to know only me, so I took this opportunity to share it with you.

Tried the Zest Spa. Very nice place, friendly staff, price on the higher side, I think they need to focus more on spa/massage technique as our 2 hour massage courses (me and my husband) didnt make us feel like we just took a proper massage.

I had one king bed in the room. The room is big enough for 4 but you will need an extra bed as the bed can only fit max to 3 people unless you prefer to sleep on the sofa. About the services, it's self-service at the breakfast buffet. There are two coffee shops on this resort. One is at the front ( near the check-in) and another is at the beach but this one is not open until 10 am. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel located near the beach and it's required alittle bit of walking. It would be a challenge for someone with mobility issue as there are so many steps. There is an allevator but still.... The beach is not swimmable as the wave is big and water is muddy when i was there ( may be because of the hurricane ). I also tried the massage and it was just ok. It would not recommend it.

Stayed here for 2 nights at Verde villa. Room was alright but still the air conditioning wasn’t that high to cool up the room, also there wasn’t any balcony to dry up the wet swimming cloths. At the beginning there were some issues about the room allocating but their friendly staff Paris was handling in a very professional way which made me comfortable. Big thanks to the receptionist PARIS again, you made my holiday.

Comfort & Value - This place is a worthy place to experience and relax when visiting Phan Thiet City. We have a good impression with the friendly receptionists and professional bellhops. The cozy lobby space and welcome drink were thoughtfully prepared when we arrived to check-in. The ocean view was beautiful from our room, the furniture and floors were spotless, and I appreciated the resort's turndown service. It helped me sleep better. The menu is diverse and very suitable for our taste, and the restaurant staff are friendly and polite. Thank you to all the resort staff for making our vacation complete.

It is a remarkable place to stay with my family. It has a private beach which is well cared. Services are quite nice. I have stayed many resorts in Mui Ne and The Cliff is so far so good. I love the beach.

This resort is a little bit far to get to since no airport is nearby. Honestly didn't know if it was worth coming to Phan Thiet. This last minute decision was 😊👍 good. Here's the Good, Bad and Ugly review: Good part: ✅ Amazing service from checking in and throughout. Very rare to find this high level of service in Vietnam. I've been to nearly every tourist location and stay at "nice" places but service level were not up to Western standards. The Staff here are amazing. Hai in the restaurant was very attentive to our dining needs and even stopped is from over ordering 😆 which was good. ✅ The beach club was totally vacant and we had the entire beach to our own. Wow. Very cool settings for photo and just to relax. Barista there even made a custom ordered drink for me. When I left without my phone charger, he ran after us to give it to me. Very attentive staff. ❤️ ✅ Exceptionally clean place including all the bathrooms in and around the place. ✅ Food items on the menu was 😍 amazing. Loved every items we ordered. Look at the photos. 😆 ✅ The view from the room and everywhere was fabulous. Very relaxing at the pool during the day or night. So what's so bad at this place? A few minor areas they could improve upon: ❌ The path from the furthest units (near the road) could improve by making a direct path to the swimming pool (connect the 2 buildings) which will provide natural shade for the guest to go to the pool or gym. ❌ The gym equipment has seen better days. Perhaps replace the damaged items so it doesn't negatively reflect the "luxury" appearance of this resort. At least oil or maintain the multi-purpose gym equipment as it's currently rusty. ❌ Environmentally friendly??? Providing 2 very small plastic bottles of water isn't helping? 2 small bottles will be gone in 5 minutes. Most places offer 4+ or big glass bottles of water. Consider 2 one litres of filtered water instead. Don't try to be an environmentally friendly resort and offer plastic bottles of drinking water... 🙈 ❌ No shuttle service offered anywhere. Might be an option to offer it with extra fees maybe. ❌ No golf cart service offered to bring down to the beach club even though there was 10+ parked there. Would be nice for the older folks with mobility issues. Any Ugly side of this place? Fortunately, it's very well maintained. Great signage and only minor issues as above. Well with the money. They earned 4.5 🤩 stars but I'm being nice to bump it to 5 because ask their staffs were amazing. We have not met one that didn't make great effort to provide the best service.

The shore have many broken shell. It is hard to get to the water with bare foot. Then we have to skip the beach for the time here. Other facility is good . Staff always smile and say good thing to me. The breakfast is a bit low in dish but always full of fresh fruit.

This place has a great view for watching sunrise/sunset. The setting here is modern and relaxed. The service is top notch. The food is the only weak point of this resort. I’d say the resort next door (Victoria Phan Thiet) has superior tasting food with better flavor.

Good service (have Chinese support) and amazing breakfast. Suggest to stay one day to enjoy the multiple facilities in the resort (suck as massage, bar near the sea, sea entertainments…). It’s a good memory to stay in The Cliff resort, will visit again when I go to Mui Ne.

I stayed here for 1 night with my friends. I booked for a room with a terrace. I believe this was my best choice for my Muine trip. Of course, the room was really nice. It was spacious and clean. View from the room was also amazing. Pools and beach for the guests were also good things about this resort. However, the gym looked a bit small. Breakfast place was also with a nice view. I liked their yogurt. Here has two options of coffee. One is Vietnamese, and the other is americano.

Cleanest beach that I have seen in Mui Ne. Very good location, on the popular street of Mui Ne. Has jacuzzi. The room is clean and spacious. The restaurant is good compare to the other restaurants around. The breakfast is kinda meh, though. Car park is small and busy. The swimming pool is quite boring for kids. Highly recommend.

Amazing property with a clean, pretty beach! Staff is warm, polite and professional. Absolutely recommend this place.

The location is far from downtown, but it's the best hotel. Bedding is soft, shower water pressure is strong, and breakfast is delicious.

The resort is well managed, they take care of every details of service. Room is cleaned twice a day, with chocolates for the night. Staffs are nice. It’s a good choice if u want to visit mui ne.

Lovely resort with stunning views, a private beach, games room with a table tennis table and pool tables, a small cinema and karaoke. Docking a star because the duplex unit I stayed in had a faulty a/c and I had to switch my family to another neighbouring unit in the middle of the night. To make things worse, we are greeted by a large cockroach in the master bedroom of the new unit. These aside, we enjoyed the stay and particularly loved spending time at the beach.

You know how a resort looks in the ads, basically like this. First time generally in my life going to a luxury resort/hotel and I was not disappointed. beautiful pool, private beach, big rooms with everything you need including a big porch with a hot tub and ocean view. Food was good and honestly not that expensive ( around 200k per main dish). Alcohol fairly priced (beer-90k, local wine- 300k, cocktails- 150~k). I am a backpacker so getting this luxury experience for this price after sleeping in the cheapest hostels is the biggest treat I could have given myself.

Excellent hotel with sea-viewed room and restaurant. The staff are also nice and helpful in giving advice for the local trips.

Group was allowed to blare loud music and screaming into microphones only a few feet from the rooms. Front desk was dismissive and unhelpful. AC located in the ceiling dripped condensation onto the bed.

Eaten here twice very disappointed in food no real understanding of what a salad nicoise is supposed to be today, dry as a bone! No dressing. Last time frozen solid tiramisu had to send back, but I won't be back especially at the prices!

It is my 4th time back to the resort. The Cliff has spectacular views, well designed at each and every corner, tasty and various food for buffet breakfast, beautiful beach, large and clean swimming pool, friendly and professional staff. Customer centricity in all details.
