DON'T TRUST THE GOOD REVIEWS/ NICE COMMENTS. Im sure the hotel paid the fee for them for benefits. Or they came from Marketing agency and trying to push the raking from Google. - It is not 4 or 5 stars hotel. - It is even not 1 star hotel. - Very bad services. - Not clean. - The staff is not nice. - Fake price. - And not well welcoming at the Receptionist zone and Talktative!!!

The amount of 1 star reviews stand out. But look and see that most of them are by reviewers with less than 5 overall reviews and are then heavily upvoted. I do not know what is going on with these but what I know is that being a customer of Aroma I am delighted. Staff is extremely well trained, attentive and friendly; breakfast diverse with international options; amenities superbly taken care of; everything is in very good condition. Sunbeds facing the beach which is white sand at this patch of the Mui Ne strip. As others have mentioned the location is at the end of the strip so either take the free rental bikes for transport or taxi to get around, if you have the need to leave this beautiful resort. The gym is the only thing that is in poor condition, the dumbbells <10kg and cardio machines are functional.

I was confused and worried by the 2-star rating on Google. But then I've figured out that the resort was received faked reviews by a scandal with a YouTuber which is unfair so I decided to give it a chance. Our time at the resort was great 👍👍👍 we were greeted by friendly staff from the bellman to receptionist. Everyone is friendly, well-trained and supportive, even the check-in process took longer than expected but they upgraded our room to Bungalow with a beautiful room. We love the pool with ocean view, breakfast buffet has variety of choices with local and western food. The vietnamese milk coffee is a must - try. I appreciate the effort of the staff for bringing us a great time on our holiday. We definitely will come back to Aroma if we have a chance. I think doing business going through the pandemic was hard enough and everyone is trying their best at their job everyday. If you haven't used the service, then you shouldn't leaving a bad review just because of watching a video at home and felt angry. Wishing the best to the resort 💯💯💯🙏🙏🙏

Although there’re mixed reviews about this resort, I personally find it very pleasant. Beautiful resort with enormous rooms, very friendly staff, and a very relaxing vibe. Please give it a try and don’t listen to others’ prejudiced opinions. I’ve been coming back and forth to this place for almost 2 years. I would only stay at this resort when in Mui Ne. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing! We were sceptical with it being only 2 star on Google but honestly, it must have been a hate campaign trying to ruin what is a seriously amazing place to stay. We were booked for a superior double and got upgraded to a bungalow. The service is the best we’ve ever experienced, so friendly, so willing to help, polite, super quick with whatever you want. Then along with that it’s just a beautiful place, loads of space. The 5 star places we’ve stayed in Europe have nothing on this place

Bad quality, very bad services especially check-in progress in reception counter. Liar staffs. Not clean, fake price. Will not support you if you are come from SEA or APAC. Highly recommended not to come!

Beautiful resort. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. The bungalows are amazing, decorated and furnished to a high standard. Great pool and beach Food was very good every day except the bbq on the Saturday night. Very disappointed and both of us were very unwell the next day. Avoid the bbq. The restaurant food was far better Taxis cheap if you fancy popping to the nearby town. Summary, we would definitely stay again.

Don't trust the bad comments on Google, at least not all of them:) I asked reception what's happened over here and they explained me that there was a blogger who stayed at the resort who he had a bad experience and he asked followers to put 1 star on Google. I guess he is famous:) Anyway, I stayed at the resort for 1 night on the beginning of November. The room was clean and big, bed comfortable. Staff were friendly. I stayed at the cheapest room located at the tallest building resort has (don't remember the category name) the corridor of this building faces neighbors land and at 6 something AM they like to listen loud music. I woke up and couldn't sleep anymore. It's only issue that i had during my stay. Next time I am there will book a room that do not face this lovely people. Breakfast was fine for me, but my husband was not happy: they have big selection of Vietnamese food and only few options western dishes. But I got my sunny side up and I was happy with it. Chefs were super cool at the life stations. They have 2 pools for kids and adults. Beach was clean. For me they have the best seaside in muine. If you like to stay at Sailing Club then you will find more issues, but you can't compare the price. I was happy for what I got and what I paid except the music on the morning, but it was not resort fault.

*** Don't be fooled the 1-star ratings here, most likely a bot attack on this wonderful resort! *** I stayed here for two nights with a friend and we booked on the same day we arrived. Fortunately we got upgraded to a very nice bungalow. The room was amazing and had everything we were looking for! Service is also amazing, no complaints there. Everything was clean, breakfast was good and pool was very refreshing. I'd like to make one remark regarding the facilities: the equipment in the gym definitely needs an overhaul.

It is an amazing place to relax. The bungalows are very beautiful, clean and spacious, the staff is very friendly, the food choices are various and yummy, and the treatments you can get at the Spa… WOW! I got 2 treatments (facial and heel care) with Thao, and I felt like in heaven! Very happy to have found this place!

We had a very great stay in Aroma Beach Resort. We spend here seven nights end of December and could easily spend more time here. Everything is spotless clean and the hospitality is fantastic. The pool and garden area let you enjoy the beautiful beach front. We where first confused about the bad reviews here on google but it’s totally not true as some followers of some YouTube guy playing some stupid game. No worries it’s absolutely worth being here.

Can’t comprehend the bad reviews. We stayed at aroma for 4 nights and received a free upgrade to a bungalow instead of sea view room. Check in/check out were easy and staff super friendly and courteous! The accommodation was well maintained and clean. We had a great time there.

It have good room and price is fair. Food is worst things here.

The resort is well established and facilities, good location in the middle of PT city and Mui ne. However, all the service are some not fully equipped. Buffet line and food is so so, not attractive at all. On my vacation, the noise is surrounding by karaoke singing of neibourhood.

Wonderful Resort! We needed a spontaneous accomodation for two nights and the staff was very friendly and kindly showed us the available rooms. We ended up booking one of the bungalows and were really impressed with the modern and tasteful interior, cleanliness and the nice aroma therapy scent in our room. The pool area is super nice and has the perfect sea view. I recommend to get one of the spa treatments, too. For breakfast the hotel offers a variety of european and traditional vietnamese food as well as fresh fruit and veggies. Thank you for the perfect stay :-)

I can neither understand the 5-Star nor the very bad reviews. Our room is beautiful and clean, the pool area looks great, even if we prefer to be on the beach. The beach is right by the hotel. But the restaurant is really disappointing. There is only one vegetarian dish on the menu. It tastes really boring. It was not even possible to get vegetarian Spring rolls or Pho. Another dish could be ordered with tofu instead of beef, but it also tasted quite boring. Same with breakfast: big variety of food, but almost nothing vegetarian. Service mostly is fine

I aware of the communication crisis they had 4 years ago but my stay here were very decent. They have taken the comments seriously and the staff are very nice & friendly now. Lets give them a chance to recover the biz.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely time at this hotel and it is unfortunate they have received so many bad reviews. It was our anniversary and they upgraded us to a beautiful bungalow for free! They have a great 'all you can drink' deal available, the food was very nice and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive.

Smoking freely while banned at restaurant on 1st day 2nd day smokers invited going outsite when being complainted Gym with only 1 old running tool usable, others not working at all Low standard of execution...for 5 stars resort Wish resort's service shall be improved soom.

There are a lot of fake comments. The employees at the reception were very friendly (on other websites this hotel has a fantastic rating). We were even asked after the breakfast if there is something to improve :). In fact this is a great hotel with a big pool lovely rooms and a nice breakfast. From my point of view a fantastic choice. Location is a bit outside of town but if you want to get there you can take a cheap taxi or rent a scooter.

Great hotel, nice rooms, very clean. Nice staff and delicious food. Great beach area for sea lovers and direct access to it. Clean beach. Sauna and steam room a hit!!! Bikes do need some repair. Location good, but a little bit far to get to closest towns. This could be fixed by offering some shuttle service. Nevertheless, I recommend this hotel and will be back again... Thank you Aroma Hotel staff!!!

Facility resort quite good, room is well maintenance, nice decord. They have beautiful restaurant infront beach. Swimming pool located infornt the beach. Breakfast variety choices, recommend Western food, nice coffee. Tasty breakfast. Lunch also okie. Location is not far the center (if travel by own vehicle) Carpark is well maintenance. Value for money. Recommended

This place is really beautiful with a great view from the infinity pool to the beach. The rooms are very spacious and nice. Also the service is super friendly even though the English skills are not great. The breakfast offers both Asian and western food so that everyone should be able to find a good option to choose. You can ignore the high amount of 1* rating as this is a campaign against the hotel and fake.

The facilities are very new and clean. The beach and pool is beautiful. Breakfast is delicious. The staff is very nice and friendly.

Overall experience is good, the reception should be re-designed. The staffs need some trainings when handling multiple guests. Room management can use some high-tech here there, using talkie is too outdated and exchanges between staffs should be discreet. The internet is slow and unstable when crowded.

Rooms are really nice. View is amazing. The private beach is a bit small compared to the others that are connected with many other resorts. Pool is good. Restaurant with view on the ocean is nice.

aroma beach will forever be in my heart. this is the most magical place. great service, beautiful bungalows, very helpful staff. they did everything to make our stay unforgettable. every day was special. we really hope to see you again!

Beautiful and spacious Bungalow! The free buffet breakfast was great with choices of hot and cold food. The location is about 3 km walk to the main touristy area.The resort provides free loan one speed bicycle. However, it could be a challenge biking uphill on the way back for some. The taxi fare from the main touristy area to the resort is about $60000 VN dong=$3.50 US. I would consider it again for my next stay.
