The staff is friendly and professional. The facility is very clean. I went for a TB test. It took me about 15 minutes.

Went here for my first ever DOT physical, and didn’t really know what to expect. Glad I chose this place. Very Professional & Excellent Service! In&Out in about a 1hr or so, no issues. Highly recommend this place if you’re in need of a DOT Physical.

The Doctor at this office is so rude. Does not show empathy towards your well being as a lady I felt uncomfortable with him. I walked out of the room because he made me feel so uncomfortable. I wouldn’t dare to go back. Be careful with this clinic. He asked me questions about my injury at my job and feels more like he’s investigating you and this was very uncomfortable. Choose another location if you need a doctor or simply for work injury. I told him about his ratings online and he cared more about it than my injury consult.

Very professional. I went for a pre employment drug screen. They let you choose the cup, they ask you to stay there during the whole process. From filling the small sample cups to sealing up the bag they ship them in.

Got hirt on a job, got sent here for therapy, dr kept questioning me after a couple of sessions that why does it hurt, how and that if i was in pain he would see my face being in pain etc.. i think the company was pushing him to get me off of therapy. He sent me to light duty so i stoped reciveing money, but he wanted me to keep going to therapy. So i told him to release me becaus3 i had to go back to work injured or not.. so now im here with back problems, no job and bet him with money in his pocket for doing this to me. They dnt care about you here they only care about money

I had a really good experience getting my DOT physical. The staff was super friendly and patient, and everything went smoothly and pretty quick. I definitely recommend this place for their awesome service!
