Good experience at Smaash Barnala. They charge an entry fee which can be later adjusted on the rechargeable card. The minimum recharge amount for card is too high and should be decreased, because everyone may not be able to visit again. They have soft play area, trampoline and carousel for kids. The VR games and arcade games are enjoyable. However, all the games are not working. So our money got deducted for one game which was not working, although they adjusted that later. The staff is also beginner and needs more time and training to help better. The ticket dispenser for the games is not working at many places. Still, it is overall a fun and enjoyable place to spend few hours and they have something for different age groups.

Is a market place having food space at front and and all National and international brands at there back side. Nice place to spend sometime of you like to have food and shipping on every other day

Really nice and helpful staff. Games are for kids. For adults, there are mainly four or five sports. Bowling was really enjoyable and good. Cricket game wasnt working. Go karting was fun. Charges are moderate. Overall really good experience.

It was a good experience to play games. Must visit but a little bit costly. Card is required before play games, if wants to play pin ball game, check waiting time before.

Went for bowling here. Long wait times during the peak hours. One of the lane was not working well when we started, so had to move to another lane. Overall an average experience

A person can go with his family and have fun here along with shopping.

We usually visit Eaton plaza during weekends mostly once in 3 months. Since parents of toddler we visited smaash once when it opened. Found it overall very expensive. Kids soft play area was good but it was dirty, not cleaned, expensive and all foams were very filthy and torned so didn't send the child for play.

Seems like deteriorating place.. Faulty machines and bowling lanes - seems like the smash shipped their old stuff here! Machines don’t give tickets out at most of the places.. They have increased prices for bowling on weekdays as well while the quality has gone down tremendously. The pin machine stopped like 7-10 times in our whole time!

Unsatisfied with the SMAASH Barnala games and other activities. Prices are same as other cities but timing for games is less as compared to Delhi or chandigarh. Not worth visiting Second time. Even my 7 year son didn't like it as he recently visited Delhi and he said I didn't like the Barnala Smaash.

Pathetic experience.Beware They are charging Service charges in the bill which is totally ILLEGAL. -AC not working -Games not working, even after money is deducted from card. -Certain games offer mocktail as reward on winning but they provide cold drink only that is absolutely cheating.

Very attractive games, special play area for kids who can't play rest of the games. Cricket and bowling is awesome. Food is yummy too. And the service to all this was excellent
