My last few visits to this location have been disappointing. The french fries and shake were the best part of the meal. The burger did not have a great taste and was not prepared as ordered in the last two visits. I paid $18 for a small burger, fries, and a shake. This location is very near Auburn University and we have fond memories of eating here in the past. Unfortunately I think there are better options nearby.

The vegan beyond burger was great! I devoured it quickly. The fries were nice and crisp and the staff was pretty friendly. My only small complaint is the chairs are a bit uncomfortable. They are a little pricey but you get excellent quality, everything tasted very fresh and nice. It's nice to see a restuarant with so many veggie options and devoted to healthy, better eating :)

Stopped in on a whim. Left a new woman... I hate fries - weird quirk of mine but I've come to accept it. But BurgerFi fries...? Best crisp/taste combo. Burgers tasted home made on football Sunday. I'm sold... Come to Columbus. Unless you're franchised. Then let me bring you to Columbus...

Pretty great burgers with a lot of protein alternatives including a Beyond Burger! The fries and onion rings are delicious as well, especially with the various styles they offer! We have not yet tried their shakes or concretes but have heard good things about them!

The fries and onion rings are worth it a lone. It's fire kinda. 🔥 the burger are wagyu. So they will be juicy. So if you're not into that get them well done, and Botta Bing Botta boom you got a great burger. Love this place! The food is pricey tho.

Very greasy burgers. I came, I got and won’t be back . We got 2 fries and 1 ceo and double cheeseburger plus a milk shake $40. You can get a better burger at five guys for same items we got for less.

Good burgers and big crunchy onion rings! The bacon was perfectly crispy and bun is just the right amount of bread for me.

Overall a great burger spot. My first time visiting a Burger Fi. I was not a big fan of Sprinkles in milkshake. Onion rings I was very disappointed. Did not have any flavor and seems to be under cooked. Staff was friendly and location was clean.

I always like to try new places in search of a great burger. Unfortunately, this wasn't it. I got "The Juicy Lucy." As this was my first time here, I didn't know to ask for lettuce, etc. The cheese on my sandwich was good, the meat was decent, but the bun was not good and the tomato relish was so sweet that I didn't care for it on my sandwich at all. Kind of disappointed. Would be willing to try another burger here and revise review if I ever make it back out this way, but this one wasn't good.

Forgot to bring my card and realized as I was about to pay. Tried to work Apple Pay, but they apparently do not accept it. However, the manager was super understanding and friendly, and when I couldn’t pull my card info from my phone, he paid my bill! Definitely coming here again, the food is great and as aforementioned, the service is great as well!

This place honestly sucked. I used to go to the Raleigh, NC location and I honestly loved it. Decided to go here instead of whataburger. What the actual heck. Ordered a large onion ring and it took the girl 5 minutes to ring just the onion rings up. Finally finished ordering all our food 10 minutes later and she charged everything separately rather than combos. The guys cooking were to worried about what music was on instead of cooking. They messed my moms order up and overcooked it. Another guy came in and complained about the same thing. Asked for bbq, honey mustard, and ranch. By the time I got it the food was basically gone. Good food just disappointed with the service. 🤷‍♀️

I mean, yes. Prices here are high. But service has always been great. I like the hotdogs and fries. Ive had a burger, but never been a huge burger person. So I tend to go for the other choices. But they do have onion rings you could wear as bracelets those things are huge. But you really just can't beat the service. Had a gentleman go above and beyond last time. Me and my friend got Sushi, and then they got drinks and fries from here. It was a good day outside so we sat outside. He asked if everything was alright. Then even offered to get my service dog some water. We hadn't gone in, not sure if he shall the vest or anything. He was under the table. But was really kind gesture that he even thought of what he might need.

I was disappointed with the burger. The patty was thin, the bacon was okay, and the cheese was barely melted on my Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger, Jr. It was filling, but it really had no taste. I probably won't eat there again.

Great burgers and fresh fries. Kids menu. Lots of room in location and a number of tv's showing various shows/football games.

One hour wait for the worst service I’ve seen in years. People moving in the kitchen at a. Snail’s page. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Short staffed and the young people working seem to have no idea how to make burgers and fries. An hour. And we are still waiting. Get used to seeing the backs of people heee or no one at all.

My boyfriend and I have been waiting for over an hour for our food. It’s game day in Auburn and so we expected a wait, but the staff is severely understaffed with only 2 in the kitchen and 1 making milkshakes/running the food out. We were hoping to get our food in a reasonable amount of time, but after an hour and no food in sight, we are going to leave and try to ask for a refund. This is totally unacceptable and I’ve never experienced a restaurant or food spot like this. I understand that the staff is doing their best to keep up, but this is just a disaster. Plenty of people are leaving the line. We are going to miss an event at 1 pm due to waiting (been here for over an hour thinking we would maybe be here for a maximum of 30 minutes). This is the worst experience and I’d like to make a suggestion - please staff accordingly due to the ebbs/flows of demand. Obviously game days should have more staff on hand to meet the demand.

The burgers were pretty good. The onion rings were great, especially when dipped in their good ranch. The shakes were the best!!!
