1st I'm a Diamond member, my room was upgraded to a suite. This was my 1st time at this location. The room was a king bed suite. It was amazing! Full sitting area and kitchen with a spacious bathroom. Due to staffing shortages, you have to request house keeping when you check in. I had a issue with the shower head but the service was quick to fix the issue. Most of the staff were friendly. However the bar staff could use some training on how to talk to people and how not to be passive when something needs to be addressed like patrons bringing in outside food and ordering a drink and then being asked to leave for the outside food. Finally, I was here for a conference. The meeting rooms were great as were the support staff who were prompt and make sure everything was in order. The location has homeless people at the bottom of the stairs that lead to the subway on the Locust street side. I would use caution when exploring, especially as night falls.

Location on Broad street it's a very nice and busy hotel. If you know your way around Philly or are good with directions then definitely get out and enjoy the city. There's a bar / restaurant downstairs drinks are a little high but not crazy. Staff was solid and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool

Rooms could've been cleaner. We found trash under the beds. Probably hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. We found cheese wrappers on the floor behind the desk chair. The plugs by the lamps between the beds were terrible and was unable to plug my phone in to charge. I wound think for what we paid, we'd feel hooked up. We made good with what we had. Other than that, staff is great, the breakfast area staff, as well as the dinner/bar area staff were awesome and made us feel at home. The pic of the street was the view after leaving this beautiful hotel. Thee City of Brotherly Love for sure. 💚🦅🤍

The hotel has a great location. It is within walking distance of many restaurants. The rooms were updated somewhat. My two biggest issues with this hotel, the breakfast and the bistro in the lobby. First breakfast, in the app it states it is a breakfast buffet but it is really a continental breakfast, at best. What others hotels offer as free, they charge 24/person. Skip it, it's not worth the price. Second The Bistro, the staff have no idea what is on their menu. I ordered a New York style cheesecake with strawberry sauce and the staff argued with me about it. I had to pull up the menu on my phone and show the item listed under dessert. Only for him to tell me, they don't have any in stocks. Take it off the menu than. Next time, I will choose another Hilton for my stay.

Me and my son spent a few days in Philadelphia and stayed at this location because of its closeness to so many attractions. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and spacious with pretty up to date furnishings. A huge plus for me is that the beds are very comfortable! I usually don’t sleep well in hotels but slept great here. The bathroom was clean as well, another plus. The price is a little higher than I usually like to pay for a hotel but the location and quality make it with it. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Most of the staff was very friendly, but there were some odd things that I was not used to from this chain. The room was stuffy when I arrived as the HVAC system had not been turned on yet. The "rust" problem in the tub was dealt with by placing a mat over the unsightly stains. The staff at the breakfast area were just short of rude. I wanted breakfast on the menu, but was only offered the buffet. While they list gluten free bread, they were reluctant to investigate whether or not they actually had it and finally just said they didn't. My colleague went to the pool to keep up her exercise routine and found it over chlorinated. She got out quickly but had begun to get chemical burns. Given the choice, I would not stay here again. There are too many other excellent places to stay in the area.

Fantastic place to stay, this is our third time here and we love it. The people are welcoming and if you need anything they are more than accommodating. Excellent location and convenient parking.

Great location in the center of Philly. Parking on site with a third party that is tremendously convenient. Rooms are large and clean. Pool is small but perfect with a quick dip. There was a lacrosse competition in the city that weekend and the families took over the pool and rooftop area and made a huge mess. It was out of control and the parents didn’t seem to care about the other guests. They were more concerned that their yeti coolers were full of beer and their kids were not in their faces. The hotel staff were absent as I think it was too overwhelming for them to handle properly without incident. When they packed up for the night, they left a huge mess - kudos to the hotel staff for getting it all cleaned up the next day because it looked like the obnoxious crowd had never been there. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. It was a busy weekend and they managed to keep it all together. Highly recommended due to location and the reasonable price for the proximity to everything!

Bottom line, not worth the cost. Since nothing was included in the room price, I would have expected better. The parking garage was sketchy and hard to navigate due to parts being taped off. Our room was dated. The bathroom could have definitely used some attention and repairs. We got to our room and there was a dirty room service tray in our doorway, staff seemed annoyed when I asked for it to be removed. At check-in the staff was less than helpful. The pool was much smaller than it appeared in pictures and overrun with screaming out of control children the times we attempted to go. I would describe the overall experience as adequate and served our purpose, but likely would book elsewhere next time.

First time in Philly and had a great experience here. Friendly staff, especially the guys for room service and breakfast. The room was clean and the beds and pillows are super comfy. Parking is a little weird, but parking attendants on site were super sweet and helpful. Lots of elevators for little to no wait and close to transit.

Convenient location and good size rooms. The rooms definitely need some upgrading. There was no hot water and maintenance wasn't yet but had to leave for a meeting so I had to take a very cold shower which was very unpleasant. Luckily the front desk was nice enough to change rooms but still had to suffer the cold water one morning. The parking garage is pretty tight but at least it's next to the building and the rate isn't bad at $35 per night.

Despite challenges with staffing, the DoubleTree provided a comfortable stay and an efficient and comfortable experience for my business meetings. The room was clean and well appointed, with newer seating and headboards. The mini fridge was clean and cold, and there was an in-room coffee option. The ironing board was rather rickety, but it got the job done when I needed to quickly freshen up my outfit. The meeting space had excellent management of the food service options with knowledgeable and helpful staff. The food was good and at the appropriate temperature. The space itself was set up well for the meeting and the chairs were comfortable, even for a full day of learning. At first I was concerned about the elevator not requiring key card access to reach the sleeping rooms, for safety reasons, but it was convenient to just push the button, and my mind was eased by the diligence of the security staff in the lobby, who were alert and assessing people who came through the door to be sure they belonged there. I did miss a hotel restaurant (besides the one available for breakfast), although room service was available in the evenings, and there were lots of delivery choices. Parking was convenient, and I appreciated that my room key also gained me in and out privileges to the garage. The bell staff, desk staff and snack/coffee store staff were all polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I loved how close it was to the Kimmel Center and all of their facilities.

I am a Hilton Honor member and have stayed at dozens of Hilton establishments for work and pleasure. This location is the single, by far, the absolute worst hotel I've ever had the displeasure to stay. There was a reservation block for a large wedding nearby. We were informed that there was a discount rate for the hotel stay unfortunately a week before it ended we called the final night of the reservation block around 10pm and tried to make the reservation. The staff said they didn't know how to associate the hotel stay with the block and to call tomorrow. We warned them of the cutoff and they said they would make a note to the manager on the next shift. We called the next morning and lo an behold, manager said "sorry you're outside the window" spoke to the next manager on shift, same thing. Ended up reserving rooms nearly as double the price as a result. On arrival late at night, we asked if breakfast was complimentary "oh yes of course it is, it's on the third floor." The next morning has a very mediocre continental breakfast and to our amazement a concierge places a receipt on our table and says "at your earliest convenience" $50!! (Two breakfast buffets) Fifty!!! Never have I started at a Hilton and payed anything, let alone fifty dollars. A single monster energy drink was listed at $8 in the lobby hotel store! Bugs in our room (spider beetle), towels refreshed only every other day (even after we asked for more), no bag assistance, being told 24 hour areas were closed but they'll let us use them "because we're having a nice calm time" it goes on, it's unreal. For people who's jobs, who's LIVELIHOODS are made through the trade and transaction of hospitality they should be ashamed.

The hotel in general is good. The rooms have really nice views. However, we found a mouse in our room which made us really disappointed and not feeling comfortable to stay anymore at the hotel. But after that to be fair, the hotel really made it right by moving us to another nicer room as well as offering us full refund for the night. So overall I would say it was alright experience.

This hotel was okay but the location was great! The neighborhood is friendly and everything you need is within walking distance. Philly’s Walk of Fame gave us SO much knowledge on this very short trip. We found a food shop nearby and the owner wad kind and generous. The staff at the hotel was super-helpful and kind. Would definitely return.

The rooms are spacious, and clean. The common spaces are clean and the location is convenient. Unfortunately we encountered staffing and communication issues with staff. First of all I was struggling to get my things out of my car and the valets were standing around talking to each other instead of offering to help. After i did the heavy lifting they offered to help. I asked the front desk for a dolly and instead of calling a bellman they told me to go ask the valet myself. You have to schedule room cleaning and even though we did schedule it and then asked multiple times when our room wasn't clean, housekeeping never came. Housekeeping was actually outside our room and we asked them to clean again and they said we had to leave while they cleaned. We left and mentioned it to the front desk and they said the cleaning crew was still working. When we returned many hours later our room was still not clean. We called the front desk and they said the cleaning crew had left. They sent someone up with towels who was actually the same cleaning person who said they were getting to our room earlier in the day! Some staff was very helpful although there was definitely an attitude problem at a few standard guest requests. I've noticed a big change in the quality of Hilton hotels and in a very negative way. If you care at all about getting what you're promised and accountability then don't stay here.

The hotel is nice but for the price I would expect more. The 4 elevators were simply not enough to handle the traffic so there was a lot of waiting and overcrowding. Thankfully most people wore masks inside the hotel. I paid extra for city views but unless I was tricked into thinking that this means my room would be facing towards the center, I did not get one. Breakfast was good but it should have been included in the price. The hotel overall is nice and clean and very conveniently located.

We chose the DoubleTree Hilton because Brendan Davidson is an absolute gem. From our initial walk through of our wedding plans to our tasting and throughout our big day, he helped us have the best day of our lives. All of the hotel staff were great from the: bellman, security guards, front desk, room keepers, bartenders, all fantastic! Would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family for their next big event. The DoubleTree is right across from the Kimmel Center, so my new husband and I walked over and saw the amazing Wicked show. We had amazing dinners throughout our stay in Center City as well as being within walking distance of Reading Terminal Market.

Few good things to mention : 1. Spacious and clean rooms - pretty good design 2. Courteous staff 3. Beds are comfortable 4. Room service and follow up was good Now more bad things to mention : 1. Refrigerator didn't work for all 3 days of our stay 2. No stove top/oven in our room, which was with kitchenette option 3. Had requested for housekeeping for day 2 of our stay, with specific requests but nothing was done. 4. None of the kitchenette rooms have city view

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional and professional, room was clean, and all request were met. The hotel is in a great location if you want to explore the city on feet or by vehicle. We recommend this hotel and we will be back for another stay. Thank you Hilton staff for your excellent service...

Room was dated and in disrepair. The bathroom counter was fractured and filled with silicone. Housekeeping did not refill coffee or vacuum. The garage is difficult to navigate and the elevator nook is dangerous and did not have any video surveillance. Location was good. But I would not stay here again.

Great location! nice room, but I was upset about the upcharge for a basic room. Ultimately, if you're in town for art and those vibes book this hotel with no expectations on the upscale rooms, you'll be good. The front lobby ladies we're valid they held us down leaving the hotel. Wish I got their names. Nonetheless, it's a good hotel. Enjoy the vibes in the area, just not the rooms.

Horrible hotel! Bathtubs all have rust that looks like dirt. Front desk staff were rude and although they said my room would be ready after 12 I didn’t get my room until 3 pm Sanders seemed nice but rest of staff were not. My room 1117 you could hear all the commotion on the street. Hotel looks dated. I would not recommend this room or this hotel. I’m sure you could find better hotel in Philly

  • 3/5 Kim C. 8 months ago on Google
I was truly disappointed by this hotel. I had higher expectations for the Doubletree. The room was not clean. The dust on surfaces was visible. The carpet had not been vacuumed, judging by the crumbs and bits on the floor. The bathroom was dreary and dated, with peeling wallpaper, a sagging and tilted sink, and a tub shower (complete with hair). The toilet was scary. Every flush of the toilet brought the water precariously closed to overflowing, before it would finally recede with a gush. The air conditioner could not be adjusted. We tried several times to lower the temperature, but nothing happened. The dust on the air conditioner vents was disgusting. About the best thing I can say about my stay there is to compliment the excellent front desk staff. She was so professional, friendly, helpful, and pleasant. In fact, every staff member we encountered was very friendly and pleasant. The Lobby restaurant, Standing O, is mediocre at best. Very limited menu, and the staff here were not friendly. I asked for a well done burger, confirmed it to be well with the waitress before she put the order in, but I got a rare mushy burger. The hotel location was good for me, as it was close to where I needed to be for my visit to Philadelphia. However, on my next trip there, I will stay somewhere else.

Horribly overpriced with tons of fees. Rude bar staff barely help you and then complain about a tip rudely and in front of everyone. Rooms were smelly and dingy. The beds were comfortable thank god but that’s it. Horrible tv horrible plugs every single plug fell out of the socket could barely charge my phone. Even the ones on the lamps they all were useless except one in a horrible location. The bathroom is small and gross. If I didn’t need to stay there for a wedding I would have never stayed. Such a waste of money. Oh and the little market smells horrible it was so disgusting and of course a rude staff! Also it didn’t happen to me but I saw so many people having to argue with the front desk about surprise charges! And of course you have to request housekeeping it’s not just a thing that you would think would be complementary since you will be paying a ridiculous amount to stay there. Just so sick of these horrible hotels charging such high prices for nothing. Do better Hilton. I’m going to become a Marriott member instead

Downtown location. Hotel room itself was old and as you can see, could use some properly cleaning and remodeling. There is rusting in the bath tub and the towel rack bar falls out with minor pressure. Parking was $35, which is typical of downtown but still high and also you had to walk outside in the weather. The parking lot is not directly connected to the hotel lobby. I would not return.

Absolutely great hotel stay. The front desk team is very professional and courteous. And the views are incredible. Here’s one tip that you’ll only find on Google Maps: Request an odd numbered room. They are the ones with the great view of Broad Street and the statue of Penn. The only thing preventing a 5-Star rating was the restaurant on the second floor’s new computer system. It messed up our bill. But the manager was very courteous, and immediately did what she could to offset the problem. So overall a great stay. We will book here again if visiting Philly.

Rooms are small which is to be expected for an in-city hotel, decor is dated but rooms were clean and well attended throughout our stay. Parking is easy and cheap in comparison to other hotels in same area. Location is great, walkable to almost anything you’d be in Philly to see or do. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Danielle at the front desk. Biggest note - walls are paper thin and there are large gaps between hotel room doors and floor, meaning you hear everything. Housekeeping in the room next to you? Might as well be in your room with you. Neighbor on the phone across the hall? Tell his mom you said hi because you can hear their entire conversation. Businessman next door has an alarm set for 5am? You too have an alarm set for 5am. There was no sleeping in and no day time naps to be had - if we were to stay again, we’d be bringing ear plugs and a sound machine.

The rooms for the most part are usually very big whether it’s one bed or two beds. The beds are very comfortable, The bathrooms are in nice size, and they have Refrigerators The service is great. Everyone is super helpful and very nice and accommodating. They have vegan chocolate chip cookies, which is perfect for me.

Rooms very nice but appliances shouldn’t be relied on to work. If you’re lucky enough to get a room with a view it’s gorgeous, the customer service was fine. The lobby was a bit shabby though, along with the pool and common areas. The “café” had little in stock. The rooms were pricey as well. Excellent location next to the métro though.

It was relatively easy to find and navigate to the parking garage next door. I arrived early (just after 1 p.m.) and was able to check in and go to my room. The front desk staff were friendly and offered me a warm cookie after check-in. YUMMY! They also helped direct me toward the Reading Terminal Market after I unpacked. After I returned and chilled out in my room for a bit, I headed down to the bar for a drink and also rnded up getting the burger on their appetizer menu. It was cooked perfectly and came with fries. The garage offered in/out privileges, which not all hotels in the city offer. That was one reason I chose DoubleTree. I utilized it, and it was easy to come and go as needed. Check out the next morning was easy and quick. Some to remind everyone: if you use the garage next door, keep one keycard after check out in order to depart the garage.

Good mid-range hotel with nice amenities. No valet parking but self-park garage was right next door, so very convenient. Staff was not the friendliest buy they were responsive. A request I made was accommodated.

My review is based on my experience coming as a marathon participant this November and for other short weekend events over the past 5-6 years. It seemed that the hotel staff was straining to accommodate and serve the extra amount of guests that came for the weekend. Several of them mentioned the fact of how busy they were whenever I asked a question. So I got the impression that the hotel wasn’t prepared or accustomed to the high level of activity that weekend. Our bathroom shower would not drain and there was no working fan in the bathroom. The windows, which gave us a pretty good view of South Broad from 8 stories up, were dirty on the inside. I don’t have terribly high expectations of an urban hotel, especially since I’ve stayed here at least 4 years for each of the various races that I’ve participated in, but I got the impression that the hotel was in over its head. None of the staff at the desk or the concierge desk could tell me anything about the race shuttle logistics (even though the hotel is always one of the stops), and the only real friendly interaction I experienced was when one man with a name tag came up to us after we had checked out and wanted to offer us future vacation deals. Anyway, that said, the real benefit of this hotel has always been its location. For our family, being on the race shuttle route and within walking distance of city hall and Chinatown have made this our top choice for short weekend visits.

Chose this hotel because it was close to the Academy of Music and we were in town to see a show and because the booking said there was parking. The parking was a public parking lot next door, that was not a place you would want to be walking alone in at night. It was an additional $35 that we were not aware of. I went down for a cup of tea and a slice of toast at breakfast. I thought was included with my room but it was an additional $25. The bar was not inviting at all nor was the food menu. Luckily there was a nice grill less than a block away. The bed was clean a very comfortable the only reason for the 3 stars.

Lovely hotel. We had a beautiful view of the city from our room on the 25th floor. The room was clean, nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. However, I was dissatisfied with the customer service. The hotel would not accommodate an earlier check-in time despite the fact that the rooms were available. They gave me a really hard time about this which made the experience much more stressful than it needed to be.

My Fiancée and I are frequent Hilton guests as they always have reliable cleanliness and are always in perfect locations for our travels. I have to say, Hilton really dropped the ball with this location! To start, I received an email the day before our arrival letting me know that I could pick my room and sign up for contactless check in. Naturally, I picked the top floor room with the best view. Upon arrival, we were told the room was not ready yet and that we would be one floor down and towards the middle. Not a huge deal, but it did ruin some of our excitement about the great view. Here are some of the negative we experienced: - The rooms are really dated and because of that, they just cant be properly cleaned. Beyond the dated rooms, the cleanliness was lackluster and didn’t seem to be up to “Covid” standards. - The bathroom shower could use a new shower head as the one position it has was so powerful and strong that it was uncomfortable. - The toilet was really old and it would barely flush a single piece of toilet paper. It was also broken so it constantly ran unless you jiggled the handle. - The exhaust fan was caked in dust and doesn’t look like it has ever been cleaned. - The chair in the room had a mysterious brown/red looking stain all over the cushion so we avoided that at all costs. - The coffee creamer in the room was expired which shows the lack of attention when cleaning these rooms. - Finally, even being placed on the 25th floor, we could barely sleep due to the motorcycles and ATV’s racing up and down S. Broad Street. While this isn’t Hilton’s fault directly, newer soundproof windows could solve the problem. Assuming, you are reading this for advice on traveling to this hotel, here are some things that I wish I had known: - The location is great… but so are many others with more amenities included. I found myself looking into the Cambria hotel located right next door after visiting their excellent rooftop bar. Something I was wishing we had on site. - There is a pool but it was pretty chilly and located on the 5th floor so the pictures that show it as a “rooftop” are a bit deceiving. - The shape of the hotel makes it so that you can see directly into your neighbors rooms - left, right, up and down. - Ice machines are only located on every other floor - we like to make drinks in the room so this was a minor inconvenience. - Finally, there is a subway station located directly under the hotel and many stops close by if that is something you are interested in. We chose to walk most places as it is a very walkable city. All in all, we still had a wonderful experience on our trip to Philly but we couldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking.

The room is...fine. I don't think it was cleaned properly. Sticky desk, dirty nightstand. When we checked in...no one was at the front desk. We waited over 5 minutes for a person. All of this for $200 a night? No breakfast? You can find better. Hilton dropped the ball here. In response to their response, what's included isn't an issue. The experience want worth the price. And to spend more to get something passable is an affront to reason.

We are Hilton Diamond members and we've stayed at this hotel many times in recent years. There were several problems with this most recent stay. First, our room was not as clean as it should have been. There were food crumbs and someone's earring post embedded in the room carpeting. Second, Hilton corporate changes to the Diamond reward program are unwelcome. We were given a puny $12 food voucher credit to use "anytime" we wanted. We travel for a family business, so our priority while staying in the city is breakfast before starting our day. During the week, the breakfast buffet was gone, it was order-from-the-menu only. A simple order of eggs, no juice, no coffee, was $18, far exceeding the voucher we were given. Then the breakfast service was SLOW. We watched as servers trickled the food out of the kitchen and then circled in confusion about which table to go to with the order. Some patrons got up and left the dining area because no one took their breakfast order in a timely manner. Finally, our room overlooking Broad Street was obscenely loud. Drag racing ATVs up and down this corridor has become the fashion in Philadelphia, and even a high floor location was deafening throughout the wee hours of the night The cheapening of benefits by Hilton damages its relationship with the customers who are most loyal and who are traveling despite the Delta variant. Hilton seriously needs to re-think this approach or we will switch brand allegiance to another chain.

We had the greatest experience with this Double Tree in Philly! Perfect location to walk everywhere plus we discovered the Broad Street line railroad which took us to the Phillies game which they won and was EXCELLENT FUN and ENTERTAINMENT! We walked to the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall and all the rest of town! Highly recommend this Double Tree and have now become loyal Hilton Honors members!

My date and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We opted for high floor and was given the top floor. It was very nice but we would have preferred the city side view. Front desk did not give us any options. Maid services are on demand. The wifi is $10 a day unless you are a Hyatt rewards member. The in-house restaurant Standing O is nice but closes early at 11pm. Hotel is next to the Walnut-Locust subway station which we took to go to Citizen's Bank Park. It is convenient to many restaurants.

Fabulous location for centre city. Booked a room and was upgraded to a suite. Real spacious room. Using sofa bed in couch as 3rd bed and cannot beat it. Breakfast buffet is a bit pricey but worth the value. Kitchenette is fully stocked. Centrally located to all locations on Broad street. Will definitely book again when I visit Philadelphia again.

Everything was great, but they HAVE to do something about their elevators. 4 elevators but it seems like NONE of them work. You’re waiting 10+ minutes for an elevator. If you’re gonna stay, get a lower floor.

My family stayed at this DT location for our summer vacation last July (2022). We had never been to Philadelphia, and we were looking to explore the city with a restful place to lay our head. The city - AND the hotel - did not disappoint. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for 3 people (2A, 1Y). The lobby and hallways were always clean. The restaurant was fabulous; the waitstaff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating! And the small "food mart" inside the hotel lobby was really convenient and loaded with goodies. We ate at the hotel's breakfast buffet just once - I felt it was a bit overpriced for the options provided and for serving ourselves, but the food itself was very good. The pool was acceptable for a couple hours of fun, nothing special though. The location in Center City was perfect for us. The concierge on hand, no matter the time of day, were friendly, super helpful, and always welcoming. It was the perfect stay.

Sander works at the front desk and he went above and beyond for me and my husband he was very knowledgeable of the area and all the activities to do he gave us great suggestions, So pleasant and kind he is a great worker and definitely an asset to your company.neco From housekeeping was so helpful. And so polite I absolutely loved her personality. She is the kind of person that makes the hotel worth staying at. As well as Mona from the front desk she was an absolute sweetheart and very very helpful over all. This was a great day perfect Father's Day weekend. Thank you all for everything.

My room was by an emergency exit that had seen better days. They should definitely try a bit to hide the exposed pipe, etc. I hope this hotel is on the update list. It's certainly not the worst I've stayed in but if I had paid the going rate, I would say it wasn't worth it. My bathroom had rusty door hinges and the room smells of cigars, despite it being a non-smoking room. The check in staff was super friendly and helpful and the check out staff was also nice, quick and efficient.

Pros: Great views (depending on where your room is of course), good location and comfy bed. Cons: I didn’t have a pleasurable experience and being a HHonors Diamond member didn’t help with the number of issues i ran into. I visited with my mom as we had to attend a funeral. Though we checked in early the staff didn’t seem very kind, and when i had questions about the hotel, they seem rather annoyed. The first room had a HUGE water stain in the ceiling, wasn’t the cleanest and the coffee maker didn’t work. We requested to move to another room , and before i had my mom move all her things i checked it out myself. Again issues with cleanliness. Finally was assigned a 3rd room and it was meeting expectations. Also, the toilets are really really low to the ground which made it hard for my mother to navigate. In all, I’m grateful to have stayed and that the front desk was accommodating, but I plan to visit at another Hilton property as this one didn’t meet my expectations on a number of things. This Doubletree was one of the worst I’ve stayed at, could use some room upgrades, attention to cleanliness and staff who are kind to guests. Thank you.

Great hotel. Have stayed in doubletrees in the past and they are decent but this one in center city is really nice. Great location can walk to most places. Parking is $38 / night and cheaper than most hotels in the area. Garage has plenty of parking, you just have to sometimes go to the top floor and make your way down to the lower level floors for additional parking which no one seems to know about (some more signs would be helpful). Standard 2 queen room was clean and good. Mini fridge in the room.

We stayed at this hotel and immediately upon check in we were asked to sign a contract with 8 rules of conduct for this hotel. I was happy to sign this as I have been to too many hotels that I have not gotten a good night's sleep due to other guests. However, it did not seem to matter. Our first night there was noisy with kids running up and down the halls and noisy parties throughout the night. Our second night there I finally complained to the front desk. The party room did not quiet down, so we called again. I have to say all of the staff at the hotel were extremely nice and tried to be helpful, however, the code of conduct stating that a noisy party could be evicted after only one complaint did not seem to apply either, unfortunately. The offending room finally quieted down around 3:30 am. We would not recommend this hotel if you want to get any sleep! On another note, the whole hotel needs a facelift. The carpets are disgusting, the hotel is dirty, the paint and wallpaper are coming off the walls, the outlets and the plumbing fixtures need significant upgrading.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel overall. The first room did have ants in the bed and weird stains in the tub, so please check that. We were moved to a second room and that room was much better even though there was food in the fridge from whoever stayed in the room before us. The beds are comfy and the hotel is in a really good place.

Dirty. The room was disgusting. When we first got there I noticed the sheets and pillow cases were dirty, even though the bed was made. Makeup, hair, and spots on them. Room looked like it wasn’t dusted or cleaned well in months. AC was extremely noisy and didn’t work properly. Before we arrived I called to ask about parking and location and the front desk agent ( Nika or Nico) was rude and obnoxious. Kept cutting me off and had a severe attitude, for what reason I have no idea. Horrible first impression. Elevators took forever. I would read the reviews prior to staying here. Not worth the money. So many other hotels around the area, go elsewhere.
