I was very dissatisfied with my stay at this location. I had to be assigned three rooms. The first two rooms which were assigned, neither was vacuumed (both visibly not touched), RM 1415 had pills on the rug and dirt, and bathroom was dirty. RM 1208 had two dead flies on the floor, crap in the sheets and smelled very musty. Then the maid/housekeeping supervisor got very upset and told me that she was offended because I called them maids, used the race card and told me as an African-American woman I should be shamed to ever say a word such as that. Then had the nerve to go on a rant and rave about it, all while asking me "Why I didn't want to stay in that room" -- Is she joking??? I finally got a room, that had actually been cleaned. The front desk staff was pleasant and very apologetic and did all they could with what they were supplied with. Overall, I would never stay here again, the location is great and very close proximity to the stadiums, arena, and airport, however, it needs to be closed for at least 6 months and fully renovated, including new updated elevators, exterior paint and fixtures, rooms gutted and refurbished. Highlight of stay, was the shuttle vendor, who runs a separate business.

It was not bad!! The room was clean, heater did work but you cannot control the temperature and it is a little bit noisy, and the room would but kinda try if you turn the heater on. So I turn the heater off when we were sleeping. It was not cold though, even if it was snowing. The bathroom is not bad as well. There was hot water, but the temperature changes a little when you are showering.. Beds were comfortable. No fridge. Elevator was fine. People were helpful. Breakfasts are bearable. I liked eggs and the cakes. Recommend for the price, I will stay in the hotel again if I go to Philly. There is a bus station nearby and you can take No.17 to the City Hall (City Center) for 20 minutes.

I stayed here with my partner over the summer, around the end of August- we had no complaints! The room was clean and well maintained, the air conditioner was fantastic, the beds were comfortable, and there was WiFi! I really don't know what else you can ask for at the price we paid. The parking was a bit of an inconvenience, but again, for what we paid, the extra $10 / day just wasn't that big of a deal. Citizen's Bank Park was a quick cab ride away, and we ended up walking home after. We plan on visiting Philly again at the end of this month and have every intention of staying here again!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Rooms are filthy, staff is rude, and out of the 3 elevators, only 1 works. We had to wait at least 20 minutes for an elevator each time! Our room smelled like smoke. The carpet was disgusting. The shower curtain had mold growing on it. They will tell you it is a 10 minute walk to Citizens Bank Park but that is a lie! We had to take a cab, and THAT took 10 minutes! We even complained at checkout and were told there was no one we could discuss our experience with at the moment and that we were "yelling and cursing", which is not true. Oh, and when we arrived, i noticed only 1 bath towel in the bathroom. I called down to the front desk and she said she would have to "find some towels, and could I come down and get them". Um NO....i am paying to stay here, i am NOT coming down to get my own towels! Terrible and will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

The outside of hotel looked horrible. When you get inside yes the lobby looks really nice but the elevators were run down and didn't work correctly they have a place where it says phone but it is just a wall with the frame. Hallways were dirty the rooms were ok except for the bathroom where it really could of been cleaned, it looked like the walls in the shower were never cleaned and I mean ever. My daughter and I could only think of one thing. The BATES MOTEL. I don't know why we have to pay an added $10.00 for parking in a hotel that you already pay to stay at. I got home and checked my credit card and saw they charged me not 10 but 30 dollars. Waiting to hear about that one. Then we were told that yes you do not have to walk to the Wells Fargo Center they have a shuttle that will take us. Which again we were not informed we would have to pay more money for, everyone that was trying to take the shuttle were looking for enough money to get on. For all the money I spent for one night I could of stayed somewhere else. Will never stay at a Ramada again. If you stay here make sure to find out everything before you book.

We checked in on Friday night July 10th. Upon entering the hotel the lobby seemed nice and clean. Staff service was very slow, had to repeat name multiple times due to staff not listening. One front desk staff for whole hotel who was very rude. We stayed in room 1404. Upon entering room there was noticeable dust build up along every single edge, corner of room. Carpet had multiple items left on floor from not being cleaned/vacuumed. All of the night stands/dressers had dust build up and underneath night stands had been barely wiped with a noticeable hand mark where they "cleaned" it. Room had a very musty/moldy smell. Bathroom had 1 towel for two guests. Next we checked the bed which we found multiple long hairs under the pillows. Bed most likely was not changed, just flipped over everything. Immediately we left the room. Upon returning to front desk we waited ~5 minutes for a staff member to return who was carrying a cell phone with them. We told them of our displeasure and requesting a refund/check out immediately. All they said was "ok" and its taken care of. Not offer to fix anything, no apologies. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to a single person. I hope Ramamda sees this and can attempt to do something about this. I do have pictures of everything described in this review.

One star is way more than this hotel deserves. Made a reservation months ago for one night in May. They overbooked and sold our room despite my calling three times that day to remind them that I'd be there around midnight. This left me stranded, in Philadelphia, to sleep in my car. Ten days later they charged my credit card as a 'no show'. It is now June 16th and I still have not seen a credit! I have had to deal with the staff over and over due to the charge on my credit card and not a single one shows any remorse for what happened. The 'only person who handles refunds' is conveniently NEVER around when I call. I've never had an issue this terrible with any company. When I tried to bring it to corporate I was told that they have 'no control over how that hotel handles their reservations/complaints'. Awful. The entire thing was probably a blessing in disguise because as we were being turned away a woman came down from her room frantic about 'little creatures in her bed that kept biting her.' With all of this going on not one of the hotel staff seemed to care one bit. The worst experience ever.

We had 2 rooms mid-May 2015. Undergoing poorly done renovation. Both rooms smelled and carpet filthy. 1 bathroom fan was so loud used it without light. Windows leaked in storm badly. forgot to clean our room 2x in 3 days. Elevators slow or did not stop at floor, charged for parking for 2 cars and we had only 1, only 2 of 15 floors had ice. charged for the rooms a week later even though we bought through Priceline pre-paid. NO pool closed for summer for renovation. Friendly but incompetent staff - leaderless & untrained. Accounting said would correct hotel charges but 10 days later found more charges not removed charges. Use a credit card to avoid further issues. Terrible hotel was cheaper at the counter than buying through Priceline by $20/day. Get there early or they will give away your room even though pre-paid... we saw it happen. Dirty place, poor staff & no management, don't trust them with your debit card (risky) or credit card (safer). Wish we could give negative 2 stars.
