The
stogie
lounge
is
a
small
quiet
little
spot
in
Ridley.
I
am
rating
this
spot
at
a
1
for
2
reasons
:
Reason
#1
:
The
lounge
ounge
only
takes
cash.
I
go
to
the
mac
machine
and
withdraw
$
20.
The
taxes
came
to
21.40.
I
didnt
have
the
1.40
cents
and
the
owner
got
really
upset
and
almost
refused
my
business
over
the
tax
of
1.40.
The
issue
is
that
i
would
have
to
withdraw
$40
to
do
that.
The
owner
expressed
his
anger
over
1.40....smh
Reason
#2
:
the
lounge
does
not
allow
outside
drinks
but
does
allow
outside
food.
The
issue
is
that
i
bought
a
big
mac
meal
with
a
drink....the
owner
actually
said
to
me
that
i
can
eat
the
food
but
will
have
to
leave
and
go
outside
in
the
cold
to
drink
the
drink
that
csme
with
it.
so
after
driving
from
delaware,
stopping
at
an
atm,
getting
good,
all
to
relax
and
do
my
work
while
enjoying
a
nice
hookah
-
all
went
down
the
drain
over
a
drink
.

jimmy,
the
owner,
does
not
understand
the
nature
of
business.
...
he
had
not
one
issue
with
turning
away
$20
over
a
drink.
