    So... I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Two different meals, both with lobster tails. Who thought this was acceptable? I'll wait... And why...do I need to give them a star...when all they are giving is food poisoning???

    So, my family and I went to Red Lobster for lunch after a mall trip. Our server was Erin and she was amazing! The drinks were great, and so was the food. I wasn’t really a fan of the shrimp stuffed Rangoon (I think I expected a different concept) but everything came out quick and tasty.

    I’m EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED 😔 to have to share a bad 🥺 food quality experience with you because 99% of my Google Maps posts are usually about EXCELLENT 🤩 quality, hot and delicious foods whether I dine-in or do To Go. Unfortunately, tonight’s To Go dinner from Red Lobster was HORRIBLE!😱 I order from the bar and the bartender was great, friendly, very attentive with great service. NOPE, I didn’t have cocktail because I don’t drink but did give him a nice tip!🤗🤗🤫 My order was done in about 15- mins and I only live about 8-10 mins away so thought 😳 I would have a great seafood dinner tonight but NOT!😔 As soon as I walked in the house, I washed my hands, poured a glass of ice tea and excitedly sat down to eat my meal. I ordered Fried Fish and Fried Shrimp. I bit into the shrimp and it was slightly warm, I said to my husband “this is odd my food is NOT piping hot 😳, I ordered in-person and came straight home 🤔so this should not be!”. I ate the shrimp first before they got any colder and then tried to start with the fish but the fork wouldn’t cut through it and it was cold😳. I thought this Fried White fish is supposed to be hot, white, fluff in texture and fried to perfection but it was NOT!🤨 So I tried to pinch a piece of fish off but it would break but all the breading fell off! Still in disbelief that I got this meal from Red Lobster.🤔🤔 The fish was not breaking no matter what I did so I started bending it and it bounced back like a rubber band. NOPE definitely could NOT eat it nor did I want to at this point. The baked potato was not hot. I’m wondering if I got the meal that someone was supposed to pick-up a couple weeks ago?😳😱 So I thought let me try the coleslaw but that didn’t work either because it smells a bit sour unless it normally smells like that.🥴 I’m just too tired to go take the meal back and I wouldn’t want another one in its place. I’m just totally mind boggled about thus meal because this is the first time this has ever happened to me at a Red Lobster and I do have posts of other Red Lobsters with excellent food experiences. NOPE never expected this especially on a Wednesday early dinner night. I started to get Chinese at least it would have been prepared for especially me and piping hot. I’m not saying that I won’t ever go to this Red Lobster or another one but I probably won’t order this meal again anytime soon.🤢😔 You just never know who will get the meal you prepare.

    My husband and son took me to Red Lobster for Mother's Day. The lobster bisque soup was amazing, and my house salad was delicious and fresh. We shared calamari which was over cooked and chewy but taste overall was good. We ordered 1lb of crab legs and 1.5 lbs of cleaned and Steamed live lobster for the table. The crab was fresh and amazing, my lobster was quite rubbery and chewy. We were too full for dessert. Overall a good Mother's Day dinner!!

    EXCELLENT service by Ciara, she's awesome!!...nice lunch break...food was good, rolls were great as usual... The woman that sat us was very friendly too... Only issue I had were the seats in the booth, they are entirely to tight... A bigger person will have a major problem trying to sit in those seats, and the bad part is the table doesn't move at all... But other than that it was a great experience I would definitely return 👍🏽💯👏🏽

    Went here for my son's 18th birthday. I could just visit this place for the cheddar Bay biscuits alone. They are absolutely scrumptious. Aaannnddd they will refill them as much as you'd like. All the food options we chose were delicious. Plenty of great seafood as well as land lubber choices. Prices are a bit steep, but hey, it's seafood.

    Went in for unlimited ship but each order took so long and the scampi shrimp tasted so bland. The deep fried variety wasn’t good either. The breading was too thick and over powering the taste of actual shrimp. I guess it lives up to its reputation to be a fast food seafood joint.

    Great food. Our server Neena was wonderful and Zach, the server manager made us feel welcome. We were told we'd have a 30 minute wait but we're seated in 15. Restaurant and the restrooms were clean. Food: exceptional. And I don't like seafood! Definitely recommend!

    I haven't been to red lobster in years. The food was just OK. I ordered chicken Alfredo and the sauce was tasteless. The chicken was tender. But you can never go wrong getting those biscuits. Had salmon baked potato and steam broccoli The broccoli was overcooked. Hit-or-miss for me.

    Had the stuffed mushrooms and I think it could've been cooked longer. We had the surf and turf, it was good but the price was a little expensive. Drinks were good, had the lobster punch. The big issue I had was the bathrooms, I didn't feel comfortable changing my baby in the bathroom. It was a mess and it looked like the changing table hasn't been clean in a long time

    It started off great, with server anna lease, but I didn't get my drawn butter fory crab legs and lobster tail. She got a big table in her section and it consumed her, someone else bought our food, and whatever else we needed. It also took too long for us to get our checks so we could leave. .

    Had a great dinner with family. The Ultimate Endless Shrimp was amazing. Everything came out fresh, hot, and, most of all, Delicious!!! The chefs really did well. Overall, a great experience. But I must also give an honorable mention to our server Jacob. Very respectful and diligent in taking our orders. From what I could observe, he was, easily, taking care of half the restaurant. If I didn’t know any better, I would think he was the manager. Phenomenal job Jacob. The 5th star is for you!

    As with any establishment, customer service can make or break your experience. Our server, I don’t remember her name because I waited to write this review; she was excellent! She was also telling us that she has regular customers that like to sit in her section. I totally understand because I used to have favorite servers at the now closed Marlton Diner, the Medport Diner and at the Applebee’s in Mt Laurel and in Burlington. Service was excellent and the food was good. I will be returning.

    So disappointing , I wanted a shrimp cocktail and they don't have them. They discontinued them. It's not the end of the world , but a shrimp cocktail in my opinion is such a simple and traditional seafood. last time I came the food was horrible at a red lobster. I was trying to give them a chance to redeem themselves , but now I am just annoyed. The server was very nice, it is not her fault the cooks are not to my preference and the company made a poor business decision. The lime vinaigrette on the house salad was so yummy!

    Smell was dank, stale, and musty. The service was good. The food taste was not good at all. The crabs were cold and very little flavor. The portion seemed so small and the crispy potatoes were plain and flavorless. Half of the muscles were closed. This was a very lack luster experience. Very disappointing because I took my son for dinner to have a great time. We ended up coming home and cooking. I saw other tables complaining. We just left.

    Red Lobster has gone downhill in my eyes. I've been there twice in 3 months and the food is just ok.... very bland! For the money I spent on "lunch," I was expecting much more! The biscuits are still very tasty though.

    Nice location better than your average Red Lobster. Service was very good. Went there around 6pm not too crowded during the week and I am always amazed on how fast the food arrives and it’s actually very good. Don’t go there of you are on a diet very tasty but greasy as well. I would definitely come back to that specific location.

    Spent about a $100 on food to be delivered. I order the ultimate feast, a bar harbor lobster back, and a half dozen of biscuits. What I got was some piece of fish and some shrimp soup. Save your money. Don’t order delivery from this location. Go and pick it up and check your order yourself. The only thing I got out of my original order was the half dozen biscuits.

    Was looking for a place for good seafood with a buddy to catch up from old times. Decided to come here and check out their offerings. I got surf and turf, but he got fried shrimp. Steak was ordered medium and it was tough all the way through. Lobster was Was incredibly delicious and perfect. Not tough at all. Chocolate wave dessert with ice cream or something that would keep you coming back for more. SERVICE was just OK, they forgot the salad, and didn’t feel water.

    Dim lighting, from what I saw it was clean. Huge area for seating. Jazara was our server, pleasant attitude and good energy. A couple of our mussels were not open(about 5) and it was replaced with a whole order😁. All the food came out hot. I definitely recommend using the Red Lobster rewards, I was able to use a reward to try the Lobster and Artichoke Dip was amazing.

    Came here today to eat with my sister she informed our waiter /bartender that she had a food allergy to gluten, she ordered Brussel sprouts and in the menu it doesn’t specify that they are drizzled with soy sauce. Yet they came out with soy sauce on them she ate two of them. She clearly told the bartender she was gluten free and couldn’t have it. We asked to speak to the manager on duty and all he tried to do was make up excuses for the kitchen he didn’t care at all about her stomach ache and he didn’t bother to discount it comp anything off our Bill .His customer service was terrible I didn’t expect that. Attached is a copy of our bill where he didn’t compensate anything didn’t even tell her to feel better. Just walked off. Will be forwarding this to the corporate office. This is bad hospitality, this is isn’t how you treat customers.
