I was looking for a jeweler in the area and went into Michael’s to have my rings resized. After speaking with Julia about other concerns I had, i learned that Michael’s had the skill and technology to change the head and setting of the ring. I didn’t know this was even possible to do without redoing the entire ring until Julia explained the expertise they had. I worked with Julia to redesign and she had catalogs where I could actually pick what I wanted have them order it custom. I am so happy with the service and the turn around time was quicker than expected. Julia and Allegra have A LOT of knowledge of engagement rings and are 100% honest. Second time in for repairs, possibly a present for my sister. Steven waited on me first very pleasant will good followup which brought me back. This time I think Alexa is her name, very pleasant but also good customer service skills informing me of the current sale, different percentages off according to vendor which encouraged me to take a closer look at possible options to consider during my sister’s visit after the 10th of Sept.

Michael designed a ring with me, printed it on a 3D printer so I could try it on and we could make any changes to size and design before he made the actual ring. It took me a while to find a diamond setter, but, boy, when I found Michael, it was worth the wait. Not only is he personable, he is capable. He took his time to extract the diamond from a bezel, so that the bezel could be used again. He allowed me to watch him so that I could feel confident that everything was as it ought to be. I wanted to see moissanite stones and they had a few samples brought in for me to choose from. I went to Michaels with my late wife’s wedding band of sapphires and diamonds and not a clue what I wanted to do with it other than to make something for my daughter to have. After working with Steven and the staff a beautiful necklace was designed incorporating the sapphires and diamonds plus we added a gorgeous aquamarine stone as the centerpiece. The necklace is fantastic. I had no idea what I wanted when I went into Michaels and they made my blurry vision of a necklace a reality. I’m am very grateful to them for the work they did.
