I love the vegan options Redefine Meals has! They are filling, delicious and wholesome. Every time I come in, I am always greeted by Kristina who is always smiling and so so helpful! She lets me know the new options, and answers all of my questions :)

I had just left the Lake Grove location and grabbed some meals after my workout. Such filling meals. I will definitely keep coming back. The girl Trisha behind the counter helped me out with suggestions of her favorite meals and gave me some advice with my diet restrictions. Love this place.

Listen I love redefine meals I really do. The food is the highest quality of all meal prep services I’ve tried and I’ve tried them all. I can’t think of one bad meal on their menu. My one and only gripe is the inconsistency in portion sizes. I know obviously when you have so many meals to make it can be difficult to keep this consistent, but sometimes I’ll get 15 pieces of broccoli and other times I’ll get 2 which is concerning for the nutritional facts on the package. Other than that fact I would highly recommend this meal prep service

She helped he find the perfect meals I was looking for, and walked me through how to read the labels on each meal to meet the needs I was looking for. If you are ever there and Kristina is working I highly recommend asking for her assistance.

Food was very good, I got the honey garlic chicken with mac and cheese. Perfectly cooked chicken, some of the best I’ve had. Kristina helped me with my order and recommended some things. Hands down the nicest customer service I have ever seen.

Redefine meals are really awesome, yummy and perfectly portioned. I use them at work and at home for lunch and some days dinner. They’re well prepared, perfectly balanced and most taste great. I do want to share that Kristina, from Lake Grove, was awesome. She helped me find new meals to try instead of the same 3 I grew super comfortable with. If you go in, try her recommendation. She always has some good recs. Not that others recs aren’t any good. She’s just the best, ever! Seriously good people work there and the food is reasonably priced and it’s healthy. Check it out.

A friend of mine told me about this company and gave me 2 to try out. I enjoyed them both so much that I immediately placed an order. I’ve tried 4 so far and each one is better than the next. Portion sizes are perfect…I’m able to finish the entire meal and feel satisfied. I’ve used other companies but was never really satisfied. I’ve already started my next order. And I have to say the cookies and cream overnight oats are the best oats in any form I’ve ever had, fantastic!! Highly recommend this company!

I have tried many of the meal prep places on Long Island and I have to say this is hands down the best meal prep company on Long Island enough to make me leave a review. You are getting resturant quality food with almost every meal. The food is amazing and blows every other meal prep places food out of the water. High quality amazing prices and amazing healthy food can’t go wrong with this place 10/10

The process of ordering my food was great, staff was SO nice. However I just can’t eat this food. I feel bad, but I dreaded eating this all week. Some meals I threw out because I thought it tasted so bad. And all the broccoli was basically raw, microwaving it made my apartment STINK and I was embarrassed warming up my food at work due to the smell.

Stopped in to get 2 meals . A breakfast and a salad, the breakfast was okay but the salad was a whole head of lettuce just thrown in there, not shredded or cut with little packets of cranberries and nuts. Needs to be shredded at least .

Just finished the first 7 meals my husband and I ordered. I really wanted to love these meals. We wanted to try this service because we are incredibly busy and eat out far more than we would like to. The meals were fresh, had adequate portion sizes, and seemed to be made with high quality ingredients. In my opinion, they were just bland. The dishes with sauce had very little sauce, the meats didn’t have much seasoning, and there was a lot of oil in the dishes. I’m just sharing my experience based on my personal preferences, if I’m going to pay for a meal prep service, it’s important to me that the meals be tasty.

I have so many great things to say about this place, I don't know where to begin. LOVE the Vegan options and the food taste amazing. I always feel like I am sacrificing flavor and taste when it comes to eating clean but it isn't the case here. Also, the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. Deanna helped me by picking out her favorite options and walking me through the selections. She was awesome! So happy this place exists.

First time trying these meals to save time and I am not really impressed. The portions are inconsistent as a previous reviewer stated. The food is also bland not much season. I tried two other meal prep this one is not the worst but this isn't the best either. I definitely wouldn't be ordering again unfortunately 😕

Love these meals! I just wish I could get them mailed to Shelter Island. I make special trips just to pick them up. Absolutely the best prepared meals I've ever had. Nutrition and portion are absolutely on point as well.

This place gets it. The staff is always friendly. The meals are amazing. I have been going there over a year and they keep the meals interesting. I have used other meal prep companies over the years and it always gets to a point where it gets boring. Not this place. The food is always fresh and tastes delicious. They have an amazing variety. You can't go wrong with this place - check them out.

If you’re in the NYC area do not order from them. They will deliver you meals at before 5:00am and then this morning they rang my door at 3:30am… That is absurd. They have also accidentally charged my card randomly before. I have never written a review before. But this is crazy. The foods itself is not bad but the rest is a disaster.

Sodium content is way too high. I understand the importance of sodium in an athletes diet to regulate hydration. But meals with over 1200 mg of sodium is insane. I drink at least 2 gallons of water daily and im still cramping during lifts.

Redefine Meals has the most incredible customer service around. They answered my inquiries in a polite and professional manner. Delivery was on time and the food is awesome. I will be using them again and I’ll absolutely recommend to friends!
