Came today to just get a container for my baby’s stool sample and scrape it from his diaper that I had in the car to get lab results asap. When I entered it was 10:52, they close at 11. I didn’t check in as the baby is not with me and it’s just a stool sample drop off and before I didn’t have to check in for that. The girl waited until 11 to take my papers and then told me because it is 11 now I can’t leave the sample as they are closed and I didn’t check in. I told her I have the diaper with me but she claimed there was nothing she could do. I definitely felt like she just didn’t want to deal with me at this point. But while I was sitting in my car out front crying (sorry but mommys get emotional when they have to wait for important lab results to see what’s wrong with their baby’s!) I saw people entering, a few minutes after 11 and checking in. she then came to lock the door real quick but those people were checked in and are receiving service while my drop off was denied?! My tears quickly turned into anger and I will make sure to not return to this location!

Absolutely horrendous. The person at the front desk is rude to everyone coming in. I waited 30 minute after my appointment time before they even called me. I had to get bloodwork and a urine test. I had to ask about the urine test because no one mentioned it. She gives me a cup and says there's the bathroom. Doesn't tell me what to do with it or even write my name on the cup. I walked into the restroom and their is urine all over the floor and paper towels, as if some just threw them on top of the urine. I come out and tell her and she says OH YEAH I GUESS IT HASN'T BEEN CLEANED YET. She expected me to go in there to use the bathroom with urine on the floor !!!! I told her absolutely not. So she goes ago look for the guy to clean it. I wait another 10 minutes no one comes stop clean it and she disappears. There is another guy there drawing blood, sees me waiting and says with a major attitude. Are you waiting for someone??. I say, I have to do a urine test and there is urine all over the floor in the bathroom. Is anyone foing.to clean it?? He just says ok. CLEARLY, he didn't care at all! Finally, the woman comes out, I say is anyone going to clean it up??? She makes some huffing noises and walks away. She comes back and says I told him again. There was another bathroom that was marked out of order. I asked about another one. She said fine, use this one. There was tissues in there as toilet paper. I got my test done. I went to wash my hands. There is no soap. Or hand sanitizer in any of the containers. I will NEVER go back. Absolutely disgusting place.

Customer service is terrible. Had a drug test appointment set for 1:30 pm. As i finished checking in it was 1:32. The receptionist proceeded to tell me that they don’t take appointments past 1:30, when it was literally 1:34 pm. After that she proceeded to say they ran out of cups. I guess her first excuse didn’t work.

Came in here for a 3hr glucose test. Diamond was my lab tech and she was very professional and made me feel really comfortable. Thank you, Diamond!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Staff( the guy working in the front desk) will give you attitude. I hate coming here if I don’t have too. Gosh ruin my day.

I never leave reviews but I almost cancelled this appointment after seeing all the bad ones. I'm so glad I didn't. The girl at the desk who's name I didn't get was super lovely.. When I told Manny, who drew my blood, that I was terrified he made me feel very reassured, was super quick, and kept me focused on something else while he did it. Totally recommend.

today 6/23/2022 I arrived at I registered at the machine I put my ID on the front and on the back as the machine says everything is correct I sat down to wait after 30 minutes of waiting they called me on the forehead and then they told me to sit down and wait I've been waiting for 2:30 minutes or more I arrived at 8:30 and it's 12:20 minutes and now I came to leave and I left at this time because I went to the scanie My ID machine and I registered again when I they called the second time I told the brunette with braids that he is working it is the 2 second time that I registered he told me if it is true, I told him I have been waiting for more than 2 hours and they never called me and then he said ohh sorry this employee is the worst of the world and while he is working this experience will happen to many more people EYE

Alexis was great. Took care of lil one and myself. A true professional. I didn’t get the front desk gentleman’s name but he was great also. They were busy but they took us on time.

Never had a problem when I was there. Everyone was friendly. And the phlebotomist were cool they talk to you and make u feel comfortable while getting bloodwork

I've had to get blood work done a TON since August 2022 for some heart issues & every time I've been to the Pennsauken location staff have been fine. If you want to talk rude: I've seen clients being rude to the front desk staff, I was in the waiting room when a client decided to play music on her phone for everyone waiting & the staff was still professional. If you want to make changes add security to kick those people out.

Horrible. Front desk is completely incompetent, gave me some one else’s insurance card, then failed to give me correct paperwork as I was leaving. Go to any other labcorps.

Not sure about the other staff but it’s always a good visit when manny, diamond, or the guy that works in the front with dreads (not sure of his name) is there😄😄😄

Slowest lab. Came.in for routine blood test.... It took 1.5 hours of waiting in the lobby with 50 coughing people! Did I just read they have IV drug users drawing.blood? Omg avoid Pennsauken at all costs!!

Jennifer the newish intern used to work at Ars and used to bang my junkie roommate and they take shrooms together and are co defendants for social services and social security fraud look up on BeenVerified stay away from her im reporting her in the am I have everything from texts to videos of them doing illegal things together her full name is Jennifer mecouch glasses shortish brown hair 42 years old I think I’m calling lapcorps in the am tomorrow and emailing and faxing them everything she shouldn’t ever be in health care she’s reckless and drugged out and overall I can’t believe she’s not in prison but soon enough also that inappropriate photo is her banging her client at Ars Dan smith

Very fast service no matter how packed the waiting room is! Always a great experience here.

the environment was amazing and everyone was super friendly and worked efficiently. Joanna was so good and calmed my nerves down perfectly. would recommend 100% :)

The staff at this location were SO wonderful. Everyone was kind, patient, and extremely helpful. If I ever need blood drawn again, I'll go here because I felt VERY much taken care of, every step of the way.

this is the most dirtiest, most unorganized and poor in customer service skills i ever seen. not only did this location have the wrong address on google maps but i waited forever in a sardine lobby to find out nobody is getting texts for their appts, even though they say check in and you can wait in your car until they text you. i will never choose to come to this disgusting place again

Great staff thank you! These days alot of companies are short staff and going to a Healthcare facility like labcorp is expected to be busy and a challenge for the staff. I see that they are doing the best they can to service a lobby full of patients. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR SERVICE LABCORP.

I've been here twice and both experiences were great. Fast, professional, polite and efficient. I had the same lady both times. I believe her name was Joanna and she has to be one of the best people who I've ever had do my lab work.
