This is no better than the other branches I've known so far, plus it is located unusually beside the Bicol Medical Center, and there are more near biggs branches near the Centro, but if you somehow prefer to be somewhere hidden or away from the crowd, this branch might be for you, but don't expect too much. The place looks a bit old though, some room for improvements are necessary, but overall it is still relaxing and the food are great.

Loved the food, but they needed to improve their serving time. Our coffee was served after we finished our food.

The service is glacier paced. Took us 1 hour to be served with our order. And when the chicken and kebab arrived, its already cold- fried chicken not crunchy. I would pass on this outlet. Biggs doesn't offer justice with their service in this outlet.

When we enter the establishment, there are no security guards, only limited staffs were there to entertain you. The place is clean, but they are lacking COVID protocols such as checking of the body temperature. You could also still use their comfort rooms. You couldn't find any customers excluding us in the restaurant even if it's in its peak hours. PLEASE SUPPORT LOCAL. 🧡

Another so good branch of Bigg’s Diner in Bicol. Staffs are respectful from the guard to the crew and manager as well. I don't consider this as one of the regular fast foods because they serve good food instead. They cook and prepare the foods upon order to serve it to you fresh and yummy. Almost everything here in the menu is a food to try. Having tenderloin tips as one of the favorites. And their so juicy chicken whom everyone loves. So if looking for clean and good food this is the place to be! And today's food to try is their best selling goto.

A smaller branch of Biggs Diner but still offer decent food. Location is good since its the only restaurant within the vicinity of Bicol Medical Center. Parking is very limited though.

Filipino fast food restaurant offering meals like fries, burgers, spaghetti etc. Pretty decent I tried soup which was fine and fries were decent too. Staff friendly. No frills but decent enough food and inexpensive.

The foods are good especially the fried chicken and their tuna sandwich is very delicious it's what I eat every morning

During my lunch Feb 13 with my friend I ordered bangus meal food is good it taste like fried bangus. 😛But the down side was, lot of flies in the dining area😞(langaw)😔 considering that they are near the hospital..the service is also poor..

I seldom visit this establishment but to my observation i gave a4 stars to it.

This is our favorite branch ng Biggs when in Naga City because it is not crowded, and you get the same quality food. First time to try their burger and it did not disappoint, super sarap!

The waiters here are great! meant to go again.
