i Love this place. it's like being home 😊 plus the feeling that you're not in a super urban setting, considering you're in a city 😊. no noisy neighbors. safe and secured. the management continuously do a great job in taking good care of the tenants. hearing concerns and taking action at once is really a big factor that made me value and appreciate that I found my place here. they connect with sincerity and made me feel welcomed since day 1 up to this day. kudos! It's like a home far away from home. A community of young professionals and some uni students. What I like about this place is, it is secure since there are CCTV's installed and it has back up power source in case there is a power outage; a conducive place for freelancers and for those who work online. Reasonable price and neighbors are considerate. The management are quite nice to talk to and addresses complaints or queries in a timely manner.

As One of the First Boarders to Live here. In Choobie Juan, you are All S.E.T. Safety - The Management has 24hrs Surveillance Camera, Tanod Post and Tanod Operation until 11pm is a plus, another thing is that the Police Station is Walking Distance. Experience - Less Noise, Understanding Neighbors, and Never in One Time I have experienced theft just because I left an item open. Transparency - Any concerns in your room is well-observed by the management. They act immediately and responsibly. They do have Honest to Goodness Water Supply, all that you need is to do your part.

This place has it all. Location near all known establishments. Clean rooms, lovely neighbors inside a very secured environment with CCTV cameras 24/7.

The management has been the best that I have ever experienced anywhere I have lived. The maintainance has been the best. I could not be happier where I am currently living and plan to continue living here for a long time to come.

The place is very secure. Clean sorroundings and no noisy neighbors. So far it is also safe outside since there are a lot of tanods guarding the street when it is night time. I like how responsive the owner is to the tenants.
